Perry was fantastic throughout the entire planning process. We did a couple dry runs prior to the wedding day and my hair and makeup were fantastic. He did makeup for all our girls and with a simple questions of - how much makeup do you usually wear, the makeup for our girls was perfect and exactly what they wanted. Everyone raved about him. He was so easy to work with and so flexible. He truly listened to what we wanted and customized his approach to fit our needs. I would highly recommend him.

What CAN’T I say about Perry? He goes above and beyond in every aspect of the process to ensure you are always touched up right until you walk down the aisle. He was down for whatever the vibe of the room was, took pictures I didn’t realize I would need immediately after the wedding until he sent them, and helped create the most perfect day for me. He is truly dedicated to his craft and it shows in the love and care he puts into your special day. I absolutely recommend using Perry as your artist!!

Perry did hair and makeup for myself, my maid of honor, my mom, and her best friend for my wedding on 10/26/24. I think my mom picked Perry because he seemed flexible and reasonable (e.g., totally willing to come to us at my friend’s house without an insane upcharge). He went above and beyond in his service - per my request, he made me look “so beautiful” but “still like me”. He was efficient, easy going, and went the extra mile following us to the venue for touch ups and to get my veil situated and… one other small detail… help my MOH get my dress on!! Working with Perry was the perfect start to the perfect day. Highly recommend :)

Perry was absolutely amazing to work with! From my trial run to the day of the wedding, he was great at communication and made sure everyone looked perfect before walking down the aisle. 20/10, I would absolutely recommend him for your makeup needs.

Perry was absolutely wonderful for my wedding! I hired Perry to do makeup for myself (bride), seven bridesmaids, and my mom. Perry did beautiful work the day of, but also offered lots of advice and support leading up to the big day. He did everyone's makeup in ~5 hours including touch ups, then went to my venue with us and stayed until I walked down the aisle to assist with any additional touch ups or bridal party emergencies. He was friendly and supportive, and definitely made me confident for my big day! I highly recommend Perry to do your makeup for your wedding!

There is a reason Perry has nothing but five-star reviews. I am not typically one to leave reviews but Perry went above and beyond. I am simply blown away by the service I received and would give six stars if I could! From the beginning, Perry was incredibly communicative and quick to respond. Not only are his prices incredibly fair, you get what you paid for and then some. I got married last week and Perry stayed with me right up until I walked down the aisle, doing touch-ups and making sure my hair and veil were in perfect condition all through the first look, family pictures and getting ready to go for the ceremony. He even touched up my bridesmaids (whether they were getting hair and makeup with him or not). He went above and beyond the call of duty and I have no doubt that other vendors would not have done the same. I could tell it was just really important to him that everyone looked and felt their best on my wedding day. In addition, Perry took some amazing pictures, which he shared with me the day after the wedding. I was amazed at how good they looked - he just has an eye for these things. It was seriously top-tier service and beyond everything I could have hoped for. Not to mention, Perry has such a wonderful calming energy that is a pleasure to be around on your wedding day. When I had to deal with a last-minute wedding issue while getting ready, Perry let me do my thing and adapted timings on his end. I didn't feel rushed at all. I could tell he just wanted what was best for me and my bridal party. Perry also brought his colleague Ally to help with hair for the bridesmaids. She was equally lovely and had great energy. In the end, my bridesmaids and I all wound up looking exactly like we wanted, with looks that lasted through to the wedding after-party, and felt calm throughout the whole wedding and getting ready experience. People kept telling me how beautiful I looked (part of that is probably because I was the bride, but I know it was also because Perry did a fantastic job). I will not be looking elsewhere for hair and makeup for any other events I might have. Seriously, book this man. Not doing so would be a big mistake!

Perry did an absolutely amazing job. He went above and beyond. He makes you feel like a bride right off the bat, asking what my drink of choice was and having a glass for me to enjoy during my trial! After my trial I got nervous when I noticed some areas where my makeup hadn't lasted .... I messaged him showing him photos and within minutes he texted back explaining exactly what happened, and exactly how he would change my makeup to fix it the day of. My wedding makeup stayed put all day and all night! He was a blast to have around; he did hair and makeup for 4 of us without breaking a sweat, and then volunteered to help with the flower girls hair... And when my 5 year old niece showed up with a huge black eye from the jungle gym the week before, he happily covered it up. Flawlessly. He followed us to the venue and stayed for touchups through the first look... When the flower girls would get restless during photos he jumped in and "touched up their makeup"... They felt like princesses and immediately turned into models 😆 because of Perry they felt beautiful and confident and strutted down the aisle! Perry stuck around to teach my MOH how to safely remove my veil and put it back in for sunset photos and literally fluffed my dress and veil as a I started down the aisle. Thank you Perry!!! I felt great knowing we were all being taken such great care of.

I was the mother of the bride and hadn’t had much experience with having someone do both my hair and my make up. But Perry put me right at ease, I loved his personality, and his approach. And the result was exactly what I would’ve wanted.

Perry was fantastic to work with! He showed up on time and was extremely thorough the morning of my wedding. He listened to my vision for what I wanted my hair/makeup to look like and really brought it to life. He not only did a great job with my hair/makeup, but he helped me walk around in my dress during my bridal party photos and even came to the church to give any final touch-ups before I walked down the aisle. He even fluffed my dress right before I walked toward my husband! He was kind, attentive, and clearly knew what he was doing. My family and I were all very impressed with him and would HIGHLY recommend anyone else hire him in the future for his services! He also did my mom's hair and makeup and she looked lovely. She and I both looked like ourselves but just a glammed-up version, which is what we were going for. We didn't want to look too dramatic, just elegant and elevated. Perry accomplished this beautifully.

Perry did my hair/makeup and my bridal party's hair/makeup for my wedding and he was FANTASTIC! He was the most perfect presence on my wedding morning. He made the environment fun and relaxed while being extremely professional. Everyone looked and felt beautiful. I heard about Perry through my sister Melissa and I couldn’t have asked for someone better for my wedding day!! Perry was extremely organized and professional. Not only did he do EXACTLY what i asked for but he even went above and beyond and helped me carry my train through the church. He was with me until the moment I walked down the aisle. I 10/10 recommend Perry for your wedding!!!

I found Perry through an internet search and was floored by his rave reviews, and knew he would be perfect to do hair & makeup for my wedding. He is super communicative over text and email, always following up on details and checking in to see how things were going. He provided 5 hair and 3 makeup services on my wedding day, showed up early, and was done ahead of schedule! Everyone loved conversing with him and he definitely exudes a calming presence, which was much appreciated. As we got closer to my ceremony time, I started to develop a bit of a heat rash, and Perry swooped in to apply a topical remedy and was with me until the last minute before walking down the aisle. All of our hair and makeup looked incredible and stayed looking that way through the night. If I ever have a need to get dolled up again, I’m going to Perry!

I cannot say enough good about Perry!! He was super responsive and sooo easy to work with! He did a run through a few weeks before to be sure we were on the same page, and easily pivoted with last minute changes. He showed up at 5am on wedding day to be sure all 9 of us were gorgeous for an 11 am wedding. He followed us through the ceremony to be sure everything was perfect. Perry Warren was hired to do the bridal party makeup and the bride’s hair at our wedding and we would highly recommend him. Perry took into consideration the wants and desires for hair and makeup and executed these ideas perfectly. Prior to the wedding, Perry was very communicative and provided excellent instructions to prepare for the day. Throughout the morning Perry and his assistant, Ally, were fun to hang out with and super efficient. Perry was present for pre-wedding photos and assisted with any needed touchups or fixes prior to the wedding. He was patient and would quickly fix any minor issue he saw. Additionally, Perry took photos throughout the pre-wedding period and shared those on the following day so that we would have photos the next day, which is incredibly kind of him and appreciated. Perry stayed with the bride up until she walked down the aisle, ready to help as needed. Perry was great to work with and helped make the day so much easier and memorable. We would highly recommend him.

Working with Perry was a gift! He did hair and make up for me, my sister, my mother, and my elderly grandmother. He is a consummate professional and a wonderful person. He put everyone at ease and even helped the photographer out. I have never felt so beautiful in my life and I can thank Perry for that. Perry was great to work with. I did a hair and makeup trial with him and had some adjustments from that (making sure the curls didn't fall out and my hair style didn't fall out on the actual day). He made the adjustments on my actual wedding day without me reminding him and everything was perfect. I got a ton of compliments on my hair and makeup. His prices are very reasonable, I would recommend. I also was looking for someone who was familiar with a range of skin tones (i.e. not just white) and Perry matched my skin tone perfectly.

I needed a top quality hair and makeup artist within a month for an elopement and by chance I’ve come across Perry. And thank goodness for that. Friendly, communicative, funny, professional, and with lots of useful tips; he was on time at 6:30am, calm as a cucumber, not only doing his actual job but also helping with anything and everything. The best start to a gorgeous day. And my hair looked beautiful and incredibly felt good too even the day after because of the quality products used. Thank you!

Perry was a joy to work with and a true master of his craft! He did the hair for my wedding and created beautiful styles for my two sisters and me that lasted through hours of dancing! What can I not say about Perry, he is amazing! He was flexible throughout our entire process. We added another person for hair and makeup services at the last minute, and Perry drove to two different locations to ensure that we were all ready on time for the ceremony. His professionalism and years of experience with brides shines through when you work with him. On the day of the wedding, he stayed with me until I walked down the aisle and not only helped with my hair and makeup, but made sure that my dress was perfect, my shoes etc. It was extremely windy that day, but I am happy to report that even by the end of the night my hair and makeup were both still in impeccable condition. He is great at what he does, and I would book with him again in a heart beat!

Do not hesitate to hire Perry for wedding hair and makeup. He was the ultimate MVP from the day I emailed him for information. Perry is a champion communicator - he responded to all my inquires very quickly. His prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and competitive for the DMV area - you get way more than you pay for with Perry! To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. He is a true artist with hair and makeup and has a laid back, professional yet humorous personality. Just hire him. Perry was a DREAM to work with. Very responsive and helpful with keeping me on schedule in the planning days and ABOVE AND BEYOND on the big day! Perry styled my hair perfectly as well as all of my bridesmaids and mom. He was a soothing presence in light of the wedding day jitters and assisted with so much more than just styling - positioning for photos while getting ready, an extra set of hands for all the moving parts, etc. I even had Perry do a second look for my reception with limited time in a bathroom and he rolled with the punches. The second look ended up being my favorite and everyone was raving! Book Perry!

My partner and I had our hair and makeup done for a styled photoshoot by Perry. It was an amazing experience. Perry came prepared with not only all the hair and makeup gear to do the job but also a huge bag of earrings for us to choose from to elevate our look. Not to mention a tampon which I needed and didn’t have ha ha! That’s my kinda man! His work was stunning and we felt beautiful. He towed around for touch ups as the shoot when tin to make sure not a hair was out of place. Even sporting a very impressive wireless curling iron! All great things to say about Perry

Perry was absolutely wonderful to work with from the first moment we spoke. He was so wonderful with me and my bridal party on my wedding day. We all looked beautiful and he is just THE BEST!

Perry lives up to the hype of the reviews on here! He is so helpful, SUCH a professional, does an incredible job, such a calming person to have with you on your wedding day, and a great price! He is SO generous with his time and a breath of fresh air in this crazy industry! He goes above and beyond and simply knows what he's doing - exactly who you'd want for this type of role on your wedding day. I had my hair/makeup trial and loved my look - so classic and timeless. I also got my hair cut by him a couple weeks before the wedding. He also helped me with my extensions, which was so easy! He's an amazing communicator and made the day SO smooth. We had 7 people getting their hair and make up done, so he brought someone else to help (she was also great!). Even though we ordered him food, I don't think he ate from 8am (when he arrived at my apartment) until 5pm when he held my veil literally until I walked down the aisle! Then he disappeared like my fairy godmother :) He attached all the men's boutonnieres, fixed and sprayed my husband's hair, did touchups at the venue (no extra cost!), was with me for photos, gifted me hair accessories that were PERFECT (I thought I didn't want any, but a little sparkle really added to it). All I can say is: stop researching - he is a pro, simply the best, and with extremely reasonable pricing. He did my gen-Z sister's HAMU as well as both my 65 year old mom and my mother-in-law, and everyone in between. Every single person was so happy with how they looked. Couldn't recommend more!! I plan to keep getting my hair cut by him now as well :)

I cannot speak highly enough about Perry. I have never seen a makeup and hair artist go above and beyond the way he did. He stayed longer than I expected and continuously touched up my makeup and hair. As someone who doesnt normally wear much makeup or do my hair often, he was able to do everything perfectly even though I didnt know what I wanted. Thank you so much, Perry!!

Perry was very professional and attentive. He was able to do hair and makeup for myself, my mom and three bridesmaids within the given timeframe. He was super flexible about traveling from the hotel to the venue. And stayed at the venue for an extra hour during photos to make sure everyone’s hair and makeup held prior to the ceremony. Not only did everyone’s hair and makeup look great but, Perry went beyond his job description and was helping me with my dress (train) during photos. I would highly recommend hiring Perry for your wedding or any special event!

Perry was an absolute gem and so wonderful to work with. His communication is fantastic - frankly better than all my other wedding vendors combined. More than that, he is calm and helpful, and goes above and beyond. He stayed until we walked down the aisle, doing last minute touch ups on everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) and defused tenser situations with humor and grace. Literally cannot think of a single thing I would have wanted him to do differently. Like everybody else, I read the reviews and was convinced I had to hire Perry. The reviews do NOT lie. Perry and his partner are true artists, they did an amazing job!! We needed hair and makeup for 10 ladies, bridesmaids as well as moms, aunts and grandmothers. They maintained the timeline to photos seamlessly keeping the bridal suite atmosphere calm and relaxing. He also worked with my daughter and I prior prior to the wedding providing trials and detailed communication regarding day of needs that kept us organized and stress free. We hosted a large DC wedding that included shuttles to the monuments for photos and Perry stayed on to touch up the bride and her bridal party following this so that they were Picture perfect for the ceremony. We would Highly recommend him for your wedding needs!!
