I was not satisfied with their services. I worked with Roe, and while she was very nice to talk to, I felt she was just selling us what will get her commission over our needs. I told her we want to do a 2-week trip throughout Italy, on our own time with a rental car. We would just need accommodations and any suggestions for activities. Now to be fair, I never communicated a budget with her. Regardless, she offered us an 11k package of a touring service (with drivers and assistants) not including airfare! I gave a firm but polite "no thanks" to that. I am either going to use a different agent that can listen and work with our needs, or like my late father would say, "It's better just to do it yourself!"
My husband and I recently got married this past August 2015. We had our reception at the Harbor Club at Prime located in Huntington, NY. We used Creative Travel and more specifically, Anneliese, for all our honeymoon travel planning needs. Anneliese is the utmost professional. She is an expert in the world of travel. She helped us plan a most relaxing and enjoyable honeymoon to Bermuda. The honeymoon planning was completely stress free, which was most helpful with all the wedding planning taking place. Anneliese took care of all our travel planning and accommodations. We were surprised with an upgrade and champagne upon our arrival at our resort in Bermuda! We will certainly use Anneliese and Creative Travel in the future. They have our highest recommendation!
