CreatiVision Weddings

I wish I had a positive review to post! I was skeptical ordering online but I took a chance and did it. Unfortunately, this company has not given me the wonderful experience you all have had. When I ordered it, supposedly, it was in stock and their original delivery date was 7 - 14 business days. When I did not receive it, I emailed just to inquire. I received an email stating, I would get a response within 24-48 hours. I did indeed get a quick response and I was immediately relieved that they responded so quickly. BUT, that is when everything went down hill. They did in fact reply in a timely manner (sadly, the ONLY time they responded) and they ensured me that the dress was being made and that I would get it in 4 - 6 weeks. Fair? NO! I was patient and waited until week 8. I then emailed again, and again the auto reply of "Thank you for contacting us blah, blah, blah.... We will respond within 24 - 48 hours". This time, no quick response with a comforting reply. I waited again, emailed again...once again the kind email of "Thank you for contacting us, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH".... Now the phone messages. I found the phone number... I have since left 5 phone messages, numerous emails and no updates. It has now been 12 1/2 weeks and ZERO correspondence. VERY DISAPPOINTED. All that and I still have hopes on receiving my gown. It is as if the first email you send, they make you feel as though they are living up to their word and after that..... they no longer have time for you. This is already a very stressful time, planning a wedding and to be treated so poorly is unacceptable!
