Our experience with Creekside Terrace/Wedgewood was amazing! The planning process was smooth from start to finish, even as we planned from out-of-state. We worked closely with Lindsay and Ivy, who were both professional, organized and knowledgeable. Our wedding day turned out better than we could have imagined! The venue itself is beautiful, and it was so nice that the Creekside team handled all of the decor setup and vendor communication. Even with a big rainstorm right before our ceremony, the team quickly cleaned up the mess so that we could still have our outdoor wedding as planned. Kaylee, Tyler, Brooke, Nicol, Lindsey, Scott and Josh also helped our day run smoothly. We used many of the preferred vendors — Flower Corner, Sugarplum Cake Shoppe, DJ Maestro — and had great experiences with all of them. Highly recommend!

ir venue is absolutely beautiful with indoor and outdoor options for the ceremony and reception. We traveled from Nebraska and were able to do most of the planning from afar. Our coordinator, Ivy, was so kind and helpful with answering and questions whether it be wedding related or just recommendations on local things to do. She helped make our wedding day run smoothly. Our captain, Lindsey, helped so much during our reception and making sure we had everything we needed. The bartenders, Tyler and Brooke, had amazing service the whole night and even made us some specialty shots which were delicious. The food was absolutely delicious as well- the whole dinner team, including Kaylee, Nicol, Michelle, and Josh, were amazing and did their job so well. The dance floor was on fire all night long, our DJ, Jessee, did a great job. I would highly recommend Creekside Terrace, they are so helpful and nice to work with all around!!Â

Lindsey was the reason our wedding came together as perfect as it did. I have literally nothing but fantastic reviews for her. Her attention to detail and anticipation of events was perfect. I would 1000% hire Lindsey for any events in the future. Honestly all of the staff was great.
The space was incredible, options for both outside and inside. I personally wanted a modern, chic, clean vibe and they have multiple areas that I could have chosen from. Literally chef's kiss.

Lindsey & her Creekside team were extremely patient, inclusive, and excited. They made us feel like they were completely "here" for us, and we left there knowing our wedding would be in such good hands. We also felt so welcome, and almost as if our time with Lindsey was to celebrate us. It was a really cool experience. Creekside was our #1 choice in Colorado Springs and we absolutely loved everything about it. You'll definitely want to add this place to your list to check out.

Their planning team was INCREDIBLE, and planned our entire wedding in 2 months. The food was AMAZING. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL. The DJ kept the dance floor full (with a wedding of only 28 people I might add!), and the cake was the best cake I have EVER had. Whatever we needed, the Creekside team was there to make our day as stress free as possible. I wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding, and I would 10/10 recommend the Creekside Event Center!

nd I got married on 10.10.2020 and it was the perfect day. This date was heavily sought after and Creekside communicated to us from the start how many other couples were interested and helped us immensely in locking down our key date. When we first booked our wedding, we were working with an event coordinator who is no longer there, and she was lovely, but the transition after she left was very smooth. Katelyn took over and the process was seamless. She made sure to stay on top of all communication especially with all of the updates due to covid. They were so accommodating with covid standards and all of my family felt very comfortable and safe with the procedures in place. We were so happy that covid didn’t effect this venue because we couldn’t possibly dream of having our special day anywhere else.
We went with an all inclusive package and I’m so glad that we did. Most of our guests were from out of town, including my family as the bride. I felt like they took care of everything and all we had to do was the fun stuff! The flowers, cake, catering and DJ services were all provided through the venue. I cannot thank all of the vendors involved in the process. Kevin, from All Star DJ, was awesome! He listened very well to our taste in music, the timing for the ceremony was just perfect and we danced the night away! The wedding cake was so delicious and absolutely beautifully made by Sugarplum Cake Shoppe. Our guests could not say enough good things about the food, You and I Caterers did an amazing job. The raspberry glazed salmon will forever be one of my favorites! And finally, Flintwood Florals made me the most beautiful bouquet I could have ever dreamed of. I had so much fun working with Kristin. She was so happy to work with a bride who didn’t want the same old thing, I loved her creative and watching her bring my vision to life.
Our day-of coordinator was Trysten and she was absolutely wonderful. She communicated everything to us from the time we arrived until the time we had our beautiful send off! She was extremely professional and very punctual; she even helped my bridesmaids with my bustle! I cannot thank her enough for her enthusiasm and efficiency to get the job done. We had the best wedding we could have imagined and it was all thanks to Creekside.

reception outdoors and taking all the necessary precautions. They were extremely flexible with us and super responsive to e-mails. We had the premium package, and all of the chosen vendors were fantastic. We got lots of compliments on how delicious the food and desserts were. The DJ was awesome and kept things moving. The bridal suite was perfect for 6 bridesmaids and hair and makeup.
That being said, there were a few minor issues.
-Because i was talking to multiple coordinators, I ended up repeating myself. and there were instances (the rehearsal for example), where I had to explain the lineup and order as what was written was different than what I discussed at the final meeting. I also felt rushed during the rehearsal, and the wedding party asked me about how the entry to the reception worked after, since we didn't cover that part.
- the decor items we dropped off at the rehearsal were stored in the bridal suite, when we were previously told they would be stored in the office. This meant we basically had to do double the work, in dropping off the items at the bridal suite on the rehearsal, then piling them back in the car to move them closer the day of the wedding,
- the reception entry: we discussed bride and groom entrance as opposite of the wedding party entrance at the final meeting, which the coordinator on our wedding day did not seem to know.
- staff setup: we were under the impression that there would be more staff to assist with setup and tear down. My mom ended up falling while trying to setup the decor, which could have likely been avoided had they had more staff to assist.
-There were also some details the staff should have caught, such as the barcode on the wine barrel used for the cake display facing on the outside so everyone could see it.
- microphone: we were told the microphone would pick up our vows, we found out by different guests that it did not get everything.
Overall, it was a beautiful wedding that worked out wonderfully in spite of being in the midst of a pandemic.

We had our wedding and had a beautiful day, and the whole Creekside team was professional and helpful for the preparations and day of. Our coordinator Trysten was incredibly helpful and a joy to work with even while working with a tough weather call! August in Colorado is rainy and hard to predict what the next hour would look like but we had a beautiful indoor ceremony and loved the tent option for the cocktail hour. We would recommend the Creekside Event Center to any couple in Colorado that is looking for a rustic elegant wedding with lots of natural greenery and beautiful photograph opportunities. Katie was nice enough to not only respond to our questions, but those of my parents who lived out of state as well. We chose Creekside because not only are their spaces beautiful, but their all inclusive package was too good to resist! I do not think the process could have been any easier! Their vendors were amazing and everything went off without a hitch. I can not thank Katie and her team enough for giving us such special memories and making our big day feel like a fairy-tale!

First of all, Katelyn is amazing!!! She was incredible through the entire planning process (and even before our meeting with her was what made us fall in love with the venue in the first place). She is so incredible at what she does. Our wedding day was beautiful and I would have to say in large part to her!
Halfway through the planning process I got too overwhelmed by the entire thing. Creekside let me switch to an all inclusive package with about 5 months to go and it was the best decision we ever made. The package offered creative freedom while still making all of the choices very manageable! Their vendors were amazing and they all handled themselves like pros!
I highly highly recommend Creekside! The venue is beautiful and the staff is incredible!

The venue itself is truly breathtaking. One major thing that set Creekside apart from similar All-Inclusive venues we visited was the variety of locations to have your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. You can bring your own decor to personalize your day, but Creekside offers you so many decor pieces that you don't need to bring anything if you don't want to. e the wedding they allow to have 1 hour to run through rehearsal. Unfortunately the event coordinator talks about all the rules for 15 minutes cutting into your hour time. You would also think she would help with coordinating things hence her title. Nope, she sat inside while the wedding party was outside figuring things out. They couldn’t use the hour to set up either, because the venue had a flood and the event room was a mess.
Now the wedding day, they had maybe 2 hours to set up. The event coordinator same lady allowed them into the building at 1:30 to start setting up. The wedding needed to start at 4:30. As you can tell that’s clearly not enough time to set up and get everyone ready.
Wedding was absolutely beautiful, including pictures.
Onto cocktail hour, they sent us to a patio area/grass area. No seats available, no drinks available (only water) and meatballs.
Drinks weren’t available until 6-9 sodas, water, tea, beer and wine. Cocktail hour wasn’t included in this. At 9 they start charging for drinks, mix drinks, soda, wine and beer. But get this no cash allowed! Better bring those credit cards.
Onto the reception, dinner wasn’t even warm. Remember they had to use their vendors. They had picked out songs and certain things that was suppose to be used for dollar dance and etc. The DJ, didn’t even play any of them. They had to be reminded to do certain things which isn’t okay. I’m glad my brother and sister had their wedding and it was beautiful because of them. But not because of the venue or the quality of what they received. I wish they could look back and say they had a better experience.

To address some of your specific concerns, the package that was selected in this instance included a Venue Manager, not a wedding coordinator. The couple was aware of this when they booked with us and the responsibilities of the Venue Manager were communicated clearly. Additionally, set-up is not allowed prior to a wedding day per the venue's policies because we have may have other events in a given week, and the time for set-up is given for the day of the wedding. The timeline of the ten allotted hours was determined by the couple as were the decisions for when the bar would open, what alcohol was provided, what and drinks would be served, what food would be served, etc. Also, there were three sets of complimentary (normally an upgrade), comfortable patio furniture for seating for the cocktail hour. Our card-only bar was communicated to the couple (and the couple was asked to share that information with guests) and during the rehearsal to family and the bridal party. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service of your vendors. However, we are certain that the food for the wedding was hot, and the DJ went above and beyond by staying an additional 30-45 minutes beyond his contracted time. We recommend every vendor on our list because they are top rated vendors in Colorado Springs and because of their excellent service to our couples on numerous occasions, and we are sorry to hear that you feel they fell short in this instance. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to serve your brother and sister, and we wish them all the best. - The Creekside Team

Creekside also recommended a DJ. And holy smokes am I glad we went with their suggestion. All Star DJ is awesome. Creekside also has tons of additional packages for outdoor heating, photo-booths, etc... I didn't use them but appreciated they were there.
During the planning phase, Katie, our contact answered questions quickly, and updated us on any changes. She also let me know her schedule, so I knew when to call if I needed to. The place is affordable, if you aren't a bridezilla and for some reason want to spend a fortune.
CONS: If you are dead set on wanting a family member to cook for your guests, or to make your cake (to save a little $), I wouldn't recommend this venue for you. All food and outside vendors have to be licensed and insured. That isn't the worst thing in the world to most, but is something I wanted to note.

ht of the night. The staff is very helpful and went out of their way to make sure our event went well. Even when I misunderstood that there would be a video projector available for us to use and it was my mistake, Katie came from the comfort of her home to bring it to us. I was so relieved and flabberghasted by her generosity to do that. The only complaint I have is the somewhat restrictiveness of the catering options. The caterers we had served great food but they charged us for our initial estimate of 200 guests even though only 100 guests came, and the did not offer us any of the leftovers before they cleaned it all up. You'd think they'd have the courtesy of that especially since we paid twice as much per person. With so much going on, it was gone before I knew it. This is not Creekside's fault, however; just beware of U & I Caterers. Creekside did allow for a lot of flexibility with bar options as they had not received their liquor licence yet, but now that they probably have, I'm not sure that will be the case. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd do it again, just be more cautious of vendor policies.

lf is so beautiful! Everyone had plenty of space to prepare onsite, and the coordinators were so kind and helpful! The coordinators also worked with our vendors to keep our day rolling smoothly and stress free.
We live in Michigan, but my husband's family is from the springs, so that is why we had the wedding there. Being so far away it is difficult to be there to get everything selected and ready to go, but Creekside (specifically Katelyn) went out of their way to make it an easy process!
We highly recommend this venue to anyone in (or out!) of the area!

o very different ceremonies on consecutive days at Creekside- both had different decor, vendors, style, etc. - and the staff handled all of it with grace and professionalism. Their preferred vendors for food, cake, decor and DJ were all on point and did a wonderful job. The Creekside team communicates and communicates some more to make sure every little detail is executed flawlessly. They have multiple spaces, both indoor and out, on property so you can have an outdoor ceremony (like us) and and indoor reception, or any combination you'd like. They have amazing decor throughout the space, a great lighting and sound system in the grand hall and ample room in the foyer, all with an awesome farmhouse look and feel. Even the grooms will like it, if for nothing else than for the man cave. Check it out. You won't regret it.
