Creme de la Cocoa is the best bakery ever - especially for your wedding! The tasting was amazing - so much delicious food to try - they really want to make sure you get the tastes you want for your wedding. The presentation and the taste were both excellent. People are still raving about the red velvet tier of our wedding cake and the homemade oatmeal cream pies! We chose to have other desserts with our wedding cake and we are glad we did since the guests loved them - cannolis, macarons, dessert shooters, oatmeal cream pies, and truffle wedding favors. Everything turned out amazing! We also get to have a small cake for our 1 year anniversary freshly made so we don’t have to eat a freezer burned cake! They think of everything. We highly recommend using this vendor for your wedding day.

We were fortunate enough to work with Crème de la Cocoa for our wedding cake and a couple additional treats, including the 3-piece macaroon gift boxes as a gift to wedding guests and individually packaged oatmeal cookie sandwiches for our welcome dinner the night before. We were able to have several cake flavors shipped to us in MN for a cake tasting at home and were fortunate to be able to have a cake tasting in person at the bakery with Nils several months prior to our wedding. It was a great experience! Nils was so fun to work with. We loved our cake. It was beautiful and even better than we had imagined. Our guests loved the cake and other treats and still talk about how good they were! Creme de la Cocoa provided cakesicles for our wedding. We wanted something a little different and our guests loved this dessert. Crème de la Cocoa was amazing to work with start to finish! The tasting was fantastic they were always quick to respond to answer questions and make changes to our proposal. All of their cakes and desserts are delicious! We went with the Florida native flavor for our wedding cake. The cake was simple and beautiful just like we wanted. My husband and I got married on May 11, 2023 at the Treasury on the Plaza and we were so so happy with our cake! They did such an amazing job creating my vision. Bailey spoke with me several times over the phone and then drafted a personalized cake for the wedding that was absolutely everything representative of my now husband - a stack of books, with details that included an antique looking page that quoted the Princess Bride. Fabulousness. Bailey and her team also embraced my absolute need for variety and indulgence. They helped me choose 3 amazing flavors for the cake itself and design a several table long sweep of desserts. There were cookies, single serve dessert parfaits, macaroons, truffles - each with 3 different flavor options. The confections were beautiful to look at. Depending on the dessert, the flavors were delicately balanced or boldly surprising. I cannot recommend them highly enough for the divinity they provided to our reception dinner.

Crème de la Cocoa's desserts are truly out of this world! I was so impressed with their ability to make a 3 tiered delicious and stable cookie cake for our wedding last weekend in Palm Coast. They are extremely reliable, patient, and aim to please. Their chef has outstanding culinary skills but also is an excellent communicator and went over everything with my several days before the wedding to confirm he got the details right! I am still eating their little cup desserts and our cake a week later and am already looking forward to coming up to St Aug to visit you at our anniversary. Creme is the absolute best! The team over there know exactly what they are doing - delicious cakes, impeccable designs, and, just as important, immediate communication via any platform. They are also extremely flexible because about 3 weeks out from our wedding I realized I wanted to edit a few minor details on our cake and they did it no problem. Nils and his awesome team helped make our wedding dessert table dreams comes to life! We opted for a smaller 2 tiered wedding cake with an entire dessert spread that our family & friends are still raving about up until this day. Highly recommend stopping in for a planning and taste test day with Nils! He's the best and actually helped us pick out our rehearsal dinner spot as we were in store for our tasting appointment. Best. Cake. Ever. We got our Wedding cake from Crème de la Cocoa and it was beautiful! Everyone raved about how good it tasted too! Our consultation went so well, we picked our flavors and discussed design ideas. As our day got closer we re-discussed our design ideas with the Crème de la Cocoa team to make sure our vision didn't change. The experience was pleasant from start to finish and when the day came every detail of the cake was perfect. We also got dessert cups and macarons for our dessert table and they were a hit! We were able to mix and match flavors to make sure everyone had something they'd enjoy.

We are so happy that Creme de la Cocoa was a part of our big day! The cake design exceeded our expectations! It was extremely beautiful and very impressive. Not only did the cake and desserts look amazing, but also tasted amazing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed them! We look forward to visiting the bakery whenever we are in town.

Okay, so we didn't do cake because we don't really like cake so we did wedding pies! We got key lime and strawberry cheesecake. Both were AMAZING and worth every penny! My groom picked up the pies and also got macarons as a surprise for me. We had a destination wedding, but if we lived here I would use Creme de La Cocoa for all our get together/dessert needs!

100% recommend Creme de la Cocoa! The cake was the prettiest cake I have ever seen, they made it look EXACTLY like I wanted. It was delicious too! It was perfect and they were so nice and accommodating with my budget and timeline. The best cake I’ve ever had! The owner is very personable and truly knows what he’s doing. The prices are very reasonable. We got a small wedding cake for the cake cutting, a few different macaroons, 4 different mini cakes (my personal favorite is the Florida native) and a grooms cake! They even send you a cake on your one year anniversary! So so yummy!

We had so many people approach us at our wedding saying that we had the best desserts of any wedding they had ever been to. Creme de la Cocoa never misses-- I think about their oatmeal creme pie cookie sandwiches on a daily basis. I think about cracking open that wedding cake in the freezer too often. Our dessert table was mine and my husband's favorite thing about our reception. Everything they have to offer is amazing-- the desserts, the customer service, the communication. I'd give 100 stars if I could!

OMG - I LOVE dessert. I have always said you ALWAYS save room for dessert. However, my family and friends love dessert just as much as I do and devoured everything before I even got to it. Haha! The reviews about all our desserts from creme de la cocoa were AMAZING! Everyone was obsessed with the desserts and specifically the moon pies. Honestly, I can't wait to eat our top layer of the cake on our one-year anniversary.

One thing we knew when we started booking vendors was that we absolutely had to book Creme de La Cocoa for our wedding cake/desserts. I was very familiar with their product and I knew my husband and mother in law would be sold on this choice. We did our cake tasting and Nils worked with us so well to help us pick out our desserts/wedding cake flavor. It was super unique and we loved that. We did a small two tier cake with a vanilla raspberry amaretto flavor on the bottom and a lemon elderflower flavor on the top as well as a standard sheet cake and a bunch of cake cups and cookies. We did 200 each of the cake cups and cookies with gluten free options and they went quick! Not only is their product amazing but they were so flexible and helpful. We were originally a March 2020 wedding but had to postpone multiple times and they were there every step of the way. Bailey and Brooke kept in contact with me and checked in to make sure everything was still exactly how we wanted it. They are truly artists in their craft, they will not disappoint. Whether you want a simple two tiered cake, something rustic or something extravagant they have the skills to execute that for your celebration. Thank you to Nils, Bailey, Brooke, and the whole team for making our desserts a huge hit at our dream wedding. It was everything we could've ever asked for.

Nils and his wedding team are awesome! From the day I booked them for my wedding, I was throwing ideas at them for desserts that were out of the box and new concepts for them, but they made every idea I had into a real dessert. Of all the things people loved about our wedding day, the desserts were the most raved about. In fact, the desserts station line formed immediately after dinner and never slowed down until all the desserts were gone. Everyone at Crème De La Cocoa was so accommodating and we’re beyond happy we chose them for our wedding day. Creme de la Cocoa was recommended to me by my wedding venue and it was absolutely amazing! Brooke and Bailey were so responsive, even as I planned my destination wedding from 1,000 miles away. I did not do a traditional wedding cake but I had cupcakes and shot glass desserts and their amazing mini cookie sandwiches, which were my favorite item. Every single wedding guest who tried a dessert complimented them, no matter which flavor or item they chose. They also had beautiful display plates and arranged the dessert table to look fantastic. 10/10 service and taste!

Their cakes were the best I’ve ever tasted! I love food that not only tastes good but gives you a feeling and that’s exactly how I felt about their desserts! Hands down the best cake around. Guests enjoyed the cake so much that there was none left by the end of the night! Not only was the cake and set up gorgeous but the cake pops and petite desserts were unbelievable . Bailey, the sales rep we worked with was absolutely a dream. She quickly responded to emails and really took care of all details. Nils also was amazing to work with and really completed the night with an awesome cake. This team is the best you will find!! Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious! It was exactly what we wanted, and our guests loved it. They also loved our favors (mini oatmeal creme pies), which were also provided by Crème. There was a shipping issue outside of the bakery's control, and the material that was going to be used to make our fake top tier couldn't arrive in time. Instead of leaving us with a cake that was one tier too short, Crème made an additional real tier for us at no additional charge. We were completely blown away by their generosity, and we will always appreciate what they did for us. We would 10/10 recommend Crème de la Cocoa to any couples searching for a bakery for their wedding in the St. Augustine area!

When I went in for a tasting, it was impossible to choose because everything was so incredible. Not only was our cake absolutely stunning but it was the best cake I’ve ever eaten! So thankful to have found them and so glad they’re only 30 mins away so we can go back and get some of their delicious treats anytime!! Creme de la Cocoa did our wedding cake this past Saturday @ The White Room in St. Augustine and not only was it beautiful and just as we wanted it too look but delicious as well. We asked if they could put some "real" fruit around the outside of the cake (oranges and lemons) and they were perfectly placed and looked beautiful. Highly recommend.

Creme de la Cocoa created the most beautiful cake and dessert table for my wedding reception. It looked so gorgeous and tasted even more delicious. The dessert cups were a huge hit with my guests. I would def recommend Nil's team to anyone who needs a beautiful, delicious wedding cake. We are not St. Augustine locals, so next time we are in town to visit we will have to stop in for some treats.

We we looking for a cake vendor that would be affordable, and we were directed to the delicious and beautiful creme de la cocoa! The pricing is fair, and the quality is amazing!!!! They are so willing to work with every vision! I recommend them for snacks as well we got amazing ice cream from them on our honeymoon! They have so many cake flavors and they are all very unique! We had the chocolate sea salt caramel crunch and it was heavenly!!! They made an adorable fondant version of our cat! They also supplied our favors - chocolate truffles!

The Folks at Creme de la Cocoa are incredible. We are so pleased to still have some cake leftover from our wedding in our fridge. They are incredibly reasonable in price but Oh My Word they bang for the buck is incredible. I felt like a King with my cake. My bride asked specifically for a New Orleans style Almond cake, since she was born and raised in the French Quarter. The folks at Creme de la Cocoa were used to making it, but they offered to try and make us a sample and it blew us away. We ordered the cake later that day - and on the day of the Wedding it was the star of the show. We cannot recommend Creme de la Cocoa highly enough. We will travel back to St. Augustine literally just for them.

We couldn't have asked for a better bakery to create our wedding cake! From the moment I first contacted them, they were always very responsive and helpful. We were able to schedule a cake tasting with Chef Nills who is such a creative, genuine, and friendly person. He made sure we loved the cakes we picked out for the wedding cake and made it clear that he could change anything to our liking. Not only was our wedding cake the most delicious cake I've ever had in my life, it was a work of art. My husband wanted a grooms cake with a large mouth bass on it, Nills was confident he could do it and he even specified what kind of fishing pole my husband wanted. The grooms cake did not disappoint, I have no idea how someone can make something like that out of sugar but all I can say is that it was a work of art. Thank you Creme de la Cocoa!

I mean, if you haven't had anything from Crème De La Cocoa stop what you are doing right now and go try ANY of their delicious desserts. Our cake tasting was one of the first things we did when we started planning and it was amazing. Nils cares so much about your special day and making sure your cake is amazing. And I mean, everything in the bakery is delicious. We used to live in the area and moved a few months before our wedding but every time we are down there we load a cooler up with a bunch of goodies to bring back home because it is just that good! It was so hard for us to choose our flavors but narrowed it down to three and could not stop telling all our guests about it before the wedding. Our cake was GORGEOUS and tasting even better than what we remembered. All of the guests have not stopped asking us about it and have said it is the freshest most delicious cake they have ever had! We had some leftover and ate it within 2 days after the wedding LOL. And the best part is that they will make you a top tier for free on your anniversary, so no need to freeze the top tier of your cake for later (like it would last a whole year with how delicious it is). Seriously, do yourself a favor and have Crème create the wedding cake of your dreams!!!

One of our favorite things to eat in the world is macarons. Neither of us eat cake and we wanted to do something unique for our wedding, so they came up with the idea to make a macaron cake!! So, for our wedding we had a 6" macaron cake with our cats made of fondant as our cake topper <3 Sounds cheesy, but it was super cute. In addition to our non-traditional cake we also had lavender blueberry honey, pistachio, salted chocolate macarons, and petite desserts of midnight espresso and white chocolate lemon. I don't think I've had a better dessert in my life - and our guests were scrambling to bring home leftovers :p Can't wait to host another big event and use this incredible team.

We were blown away from Chef Nils and his team! I sent him a picture from Pinterest of what I wanted our cake to look like and he absolutely exceeded our expectations. We also had dessert cups and macrons, they were a HUGE hit with our guests. We did a prohibition type theme and Chef helped us customize all the flavors to fit our theme perfectly. Everything tasted so amazing and looked so professionally done. I highly recommend Creme de la Cocoa!

We recently used Creme de la Cocoa for our wedding rehearsal and reception. We got many different desserts ranging from cannolis, cookie sandwiches, three different flavors of shooters, and three different flavors of wedding cake. Everything was just delicious and they were so accommodating with the cake design as well. We were very glad we went with them for all our sweets for our wedding day.

Our entire experience with Nils and his staff was extraordinary from our tasting to multiple emails about cake stands (because i'm indecisive) to how absolutely beautiful and flavorful our cake was! During our tasting, we were blown away not only by the cake flavors we tasted but all of the options Nils offered us. We had more ideas of what we didn't like than what we did like and he worked through it all with us to give us the cake of our dreams. We cannot wait for our anniversary cake and we now also stop into the bakery anytime we are in St Augustine now because all of their desserts are simply delicious.
