We met with Creme de la Creme for a tasting, we really liked their cakes and we contacted them the day after to book them for our wedding. They took two weeks to answer an email, a...
fter finally getting ahold of them they said they would send a contract and never did. I tried to contact them multiple times and they didn't answer our phone calls or emails. They are very unprofessional and can't be relied on. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Our cake turned out perfect! It tastes delicious and it was gorgeous!
Creme de la Creme has beautiful cakes at great prices that seemed too good to be true. We also really liked White Flower, but ultimately thought Creme de la Creme was a better val...
ue. My husband and I booked them for our wedding in July, 2012 about 12 months in advance. They worked with us on the deisgn and coming up with the flavor combination we liked and we were very excited about our choice. Unfortunately, a few months before the wedding they suddenly closed without warning and we were left cake-less. While they recommended another baker, the cakes were not as professional looking. White Flower was, of course, booked by this point. We did find another baker and Creme de la Creme did return the deposit we had paid. Still, I think that I would go elsewhere if you want to be able to rely on a cake for your wedding. It was unprofessional to take orders and not complete them and, quite frankly, left us with limited high-quality options due to the late notice. I'm sure they didn't decide to close suddenly and this information should have been provided to us during the booking process. The company is now re-open and I would urge brides-to-be to look elsewhere.

e de la Creme also worked with us to get exactly what we wanted including custom flavors which were delicious. The prices were much much lower than any of the other quotes too. A nice bonus!;I really could not have been happier with this vendor -- nothing but praise.
