I had purchased some faux centerpieces early on in my wedding planning and I wish I had just had Cathy do those centerpieces instead. She was also more than happy to help me set up some of my own candles I had for the chapel. She will work with you with any budget but her work looks far more expensive than what she charges. We chose Crest because they were preferred vendors of our venue and it is so evident why they were chosen as such. You cannot go wrong choosing Cathy & Crest for your florals.

From the table arrangements, gazebo, staircase, ceremony aisle, bridal party bouquets and boutonnieres and much more were obviously impeccable and beautiful and they truly delivered. The flawless coordination of the entire floral team the day of set up was truly impressive. They are incredibly organized, ensuring that every attention to detail was perfectly carried out as planned the day of the wedding. Their professionalism and attention to detail was simply amazing. They have care and pride in their work from the very beginning of the day to the end of the wedding celebration. I wouldn't think twice about hiring them again. I interviewed about 5 florist and I felt she was reasonably priced compared to other florist where I compared pricing for the same floral designs.

I showed her some photos and she informed me on what flowers are best for my time of year and how to combine different types of flowers. Cathy knew my venue so well, she helped us to decide on what extras were needed and what wasn’t needed. She truly exceeded my expectations. I cannot wait to use Cathy again for all my future floral needs.

Park Savoy, I 100% recommend using Crest, as you will not find someone more familiar with the venue and more familiar with how to make the place even more stunning than it already is. We had numerous compliments on our centerpieces and people were absolutely floored by our ceremony flower arch. While everything was beautiful, I do warn against going with Crest if you aren’t too sure of what you want AND have specific colors in the mind (unless you’re ready to do the research in advance). You can’t walk through the flower shop and pick flowers... you have to go by names, which is tough if you aren’t sure (and they aren’t especially helpful in helping you figure it out). For example, I really wanted some pops of color, but the only help I received was a few Google images of peonies... I don’t know flowers particularly well, especially which are in season when, but I felt limited and almost pushed to go with their standard... but again, their standard was quite stunning so it all comes out in the wash...

process beforehand completely stress free by being knowledgeable and organized (shout out to Cathy for this!). The final product exceeded my expectations and was even better than I had envisioned. The flowers were fresh and arrangements/bouquets were full. They even sent me a photo prior to approve which made the day of even less stressful since there was no surprises! Thanks again for making our special day beautiful and elegant!

throughout the planning process which was a result of them not listening to our requests and updating the proposal accordingly. We had an Indian fusion wedding and wanted very colorful flowers, but they kept sending us back the proposal with white and blush florals even though we repeatedly asked for that to be changed. Crest also over promised and under delivered for certain items and other items were either wrong or missing. We had paid for florals for our unity candle table which were not delivered, the tossing petals were white and pastel when they should have been bright colors, and the groomsmen boutonnieres were the wrong flower and color. They were much lighter than all the other bright colors we were getting and because they used a different flower than what was in the contract, they were too delicate and did not hold up the whole day. The biggest issue was our ceremony garlands which are a huge part of an Indian wedding ceremony. Prior to signing a contract with Crest, we showed them a photo of what we wanted to make sure it was something they could do, knowing this was important to us. They assured us they had made these garlands before and it would not be a problem. We gave them the photo and asked for it to be made exactly as shown in the photo, but they ended up being nothing like we asked for. Not only did they not do the pattern the same (they should have been symmetrical on either side instead of three different sections of color), they used significantly less flowers than they should have. The flowers should have been more densely packed, but because they were not, the flowers shifted during the ceremony and while taking family photos, leaving large gaps. This not only looked bad in the photos, but it exposed the wire and was cutting into the back of our necks. When we contacted Crest after the wedding about this issue, all they said was they made them to the best of their ability. If this was made to the best of their ability, they should have told us when we asked that this was not something they were able to do. Crest did accommodate us the day of the wedding, when we saw they centerpieces and they were mostly orange and did not have any fuchsia like we expected. They had someone bring over fuchsia roses to add to them, which we really appreciated. Overall, the event was beautiful, but because Crest was difficult to work with and because they did not properly follow through or acknowledge their own faults, I would not recommend them, especially for anyone trying to do something special outside the western norm.

nds had used Crest for their weddings and the flowers were absolutely beautiful, but they heard some questionable things. However, I know their experience was much different than what they had heard. Everyone’s bouquets were done so well including the beautiful chuppah they decorated and center pieces for the tables. It helped we were very specific on which flowers, color, shape and size we wanted for all aspects and even included sample pictures of what we wanted it all to look like. They did not disappoint. They did an excellent job and it looked amazing. It was a bit of a sticker shock for me, but we’ll worth it.

I got married at The Park Savoy and when I walked into the ballroom for the first time, I was in awe. The setup for flowers and candles were absolutely breathtaking.

Like many, I had to postpone my wedding from 2020 to 2021 and Cathi was super accommodating and frankly easy to work with. They brought the vague, amorphous idea I had to life with just a few questions and some helpful direction. Because of Covid and the flower shortage, we weren't able to see samples beforehand, just pictures via text the night before, but they were very attentive to details and went over my order by phone with me several times to make sure they had gotten everything I wanted. The bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, boutonnieres, and flower crowns were all just beautiful. I wish I could keep them forever. They really captured the idea of soft romance that I had wanted. They even offered to paint the flowerboxes blue for me to bring in the color of the bridesmaids' dresses. Many of my centerpieces went home with guests. I could not have been happier with my experience with them.

to portray what I was looking for. The flowers for my wedding came out beautiful, especially the bouquets. They looked and even smelled so pretty! However, the reason I am giving 4 stars is because at the initial meeting, I took an image of a centerpiece directly from Crest's website and said I wanted that exact centerpiece for the wedding and I was assured that was no problem. It wasn't until my final meeting, less than a week before the wedding, that I was informed the specific centerpiece was a rental, and they did not offer it. Something similar was used, but not what I envisioned. Ultimately, the centerpieces did some out beautiful and I received many compliments, however I was still disappointed and wish I was informed much earlier. Overall, Crest does beautiful work and I was very pleased with how everything came out.

diately understood the style I was going for and executed it brilliantly. I truly appreciate how flexible he was too. He said that I could add or subtract from the initial plan as needed and he meant it! What is more, at our pre-wedding centrepiece mock-up I fell in love with a particular plant that had not been included in my original plan. It should have cost about $10 more per centrepiece. I said that with how many extra expenses were coming up with the wedding I could not afford to add on. Matt insisted that he wanted me to have it and did not charge me extra. It is rare to find professionals in an expensive industry who genuinely seem to care about PEOPLE. He was not only a good person, but he did an absolutely beautiful job on the wedding day. Our ballroom and bouquets looked gorgeous!

Even my guests were raving about them! The ballroom at Park Chateau looked like a fairytale, and the bouquets and boutonnieres perfectly matched the bridesmaids' and groomsmens' looks. arly a month to receive a contract. I was working with someone named Melissa, who suddenly stopped returning my calls. I found out later that she was no longer with the company. Then, I had to go meet with another florist and do the consultation all over again. All in all, I met with them three times. My parents met with them an additional two times (I live out of state). Every time we spoke to a consultant, we were assured that the flowers and other decorations used in the church would be moved to the reception venue. This did not happen. When I questioned Crest following my wedding about why the move did not occur, they responded saying that was never the plan, and such agreement was not reflected in my contract. If you work with this company, make sure you have everything stated in writing. I was devastated that these expensive, vital components of my decor were not carried through to my reception.

Matt was wonderful to work with, and he really worked with us to understand what we wanted, making sure to show us a preview to ensure we were all on the same page.
