Absolutely beautiful venue! I attended a wedding in April of 2024 and it was such a cool place. There was so much room and my friends were able to really make the place feel like them. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a venue for their wedding!

I got married last year at Crestview Dairy Events and I can not recommend this place more! The venue was beautiful, Hal and Lolo were incredibly accommodating when it came to any and all requests for our big day! The pictures that we took there were absolutely stunning plus it is very cost effective! We had an incredible night and all I could hear from my guests were how this was the best wedding they’ve been to and how amazing the venue was!

I got married here in April of 2024 and I am booking again for April 2025 for this venue to host my baby shower. I cannot say enough good things not only about the location itself, but also by the people running it. The coolest thing about this location is that there are multiple different venues all in one. We chose to get married in the lawn between the bridal suite and the groomsman cottage with the lake in the background. It was beautiful and so convenient for everything to be so close. My husband and I got walkie talkies and were able to talk to each other all day without seeing each other. We held our reception in the barn and it was a perfect indoor/outdoor feel. We had 500 people come fo our wedding and got 0 complaints regarding parking, seating, bathrooms, or anything else. It was as smooth and seamless as one could hope. The other vendors came straight as a recommendation from Lolo and Hal. Our photographer, who captured a wedding at Crestview before, has now become a lifelong friend because of how much fun and how easygoing she made the day. The restroom trailers were very nice and the food/ice cream trucks were the talk of the town. Lolo and Hal left the decorating up to us, so instead of it feeling like a cookie cutter wedding, it felt very personalized and specific only to us. Lolo and Hal - if you’re reading this - WE LOVE YOU. You cannot name two better buisness owners. Their fast response times and willingness to do everything they can to make your day exactly how you want it was so meaningful. At times I forgot they were strangers because of how excited they got for us about our big day. We toured and spoke to make venues - many of which were very dry, void of any personality, and had all these random rules. But not them! Any rules Lolo and Hal put into place were respectable and understandable. They didn’t try to control what music we played, they allowed us to have our dogs (all 8 of them) in the ceremony, and they did all of these things within an acceptable budget. First I had my dream wedding here, next I will have my baby shower here, and I cannot wait to see what next big life event I will get to celebrate at Crestview Dairy Event.

As a bridesmaid, I had the pleasure of being part of an amazing wedding at this venue in April 2024, and I can’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, the experience was stress-free and seamless, thanks to the venue's incredible setup. The preparation area for the bridal party was fantastic! It was spacious, well-lit, and had everything we needed to get ready in comfort. We felt pampered and relaxed, which is exactly what you need on the big day. The venue also offered ample time to set up and tear down, which made everything feel so much more manageable. No rushing, no stress – we could take our time and ensure everything was perfect. One of the highlights was the variety of spaces for guests to mingle. Whether it was indoors or outdoors, there were plenty of areas for people to chat, enjoy drinks, and take in the beautiful surroundings. The s’mores station was a huge hit! It added such a fun, cozy element to the evening, and guests were lining up for more throughout the night. For families with kids, the dedicated kids’ area was incredible. It kept the little ones entertained and happy, giving parents the chance to relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about their children. All in all, the entire experience was stress-free and truly enjoyable. The venue had everything we could have asked for, and the team was incredibly accommodating and professional. Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a beautiful, hassle-free wedding experience!

The venue was so accommodating to us from beginning to end. Lolo, the venue manager was very good at communicating and confirming things that were needed/ required for the event. We were able to get an additional bonfire party which we used for our rehearsal dinner. The next day we started decorating and getting ready from 9 am, had our wedding, and spent the night at the bridal cottage. They kindly let us take our time the following day to pick up decorations. The place was beautiful, spacious, and equipped with chairs and tables, heaters, and venue staff. There are a lot of outdoor spaces to choose from We couldn’t be happier with our decision and highly recommend doing your event here! We got excellent treatment from the owners

Hal and Lolo were amazing to work with! The venue is stunning! We ended up renting the entire venue (partial is an option) and brought in our own vendors. Crestview Dairy was great with flexibility, communication, professionalism, and worked with us to make our vision a reality!

This venue was beyond what I could have hoped for Hal had become apart of our family we all love him. They made our special day more than special. It was the first time in history both sides of my family were together. Thank you guys!!!!!

What to say about Crestview Dairy? I think the appropriate word is breathtaking. First and foremost, the location. Just outside Kansas City, MO proper, Crestview is nestled on a strip of road away from the hustle and bustle of the City life but located close enough to be accessible to you and your guests. The grounds themselves are sprawling; with magnificent lawns, a serene pond, and lake side shelter slash firepit area that is just begging for smores and good times. The pond offers a quiet place to reflect upon your commitment to one another. The flowers naturally bloom in spring and throughout the summer, so they can add depth to your floral arrangements without breaking the bank. A huge value add. Imagine walking down a path lined with roses as the music swells and your special someone waits for you at an alter among the greenery of the small, wooded area around the pond. The lake side is party central and offers a great spot for a bonfire and roasting some marshmallows which could be a unique offering at your wedding (think about it, how many weddings have you been to with a smores bar over a real bonfire?). What’s more, you might not even need a DJ if you use their inhouse PA systems. We were able to Bluetooth our phones right to the speaker system and jam out to our favorite tunes (yet another cost savings). For the grand effect, Crestview also offers the option for a professional grade firework show to seal the night in absolute awe. They have Adirondack chairs that can be set up across the lake for optimal viewing and the kids who attend are sure to boast about seeing extra fireworks this year. The beautiful barn has been repurposed into an elegant spot for hosting a cocktail hour for your guests while you sit for pictures at any of the locations around the venue. The barn’s loft area is the prime spot for modern and classic photography to help capture the beauty and grace of your big day. And when it’s time to get down to business (the reception), they offer a shuttle to and from the various spots around the grounds. Overall, I can’t say enough about the location, but more important is the staff that works here. Hal and his team have put together everything to make sure your special day goes off without a hitch. They have two suites available for both bridal parties and the groomsmen (or two sets of bridal parties or grooms parties, they welcome all people). Plus, your day is guaranteed to run smooth with Kristi making sure everything is taken care of before the big day. On top of everything, they have tents to suit any size wedding or other event. As Hal says “We assume an absolute downpour” and they have the logistics to back that up. Even if there are storms all day, your guests will enjoy a dry experience under one of the big top tents they have to setup around the grounds. They partner with many vendors in the area but for parties over 100 guests you will have to use Embrace the Grape for drinks and ANY caterer you can find. Hal and his team work with ETG often, so the relationship really helps making sure everyone has something to drink (alcoholic or not). I can’t say enough about how Hal, Kristi, and company bend over backwards to make your fantasy wedding a reality at this grand venue. If you are looking for an event space that recalls a simple life in the country but you need that perfect flair of elegance, Crestview is where it’s at. Put your deposit down now, trust me, you won’t regret it.

My wedding was a dream come true at Crestview Dairy Farm. The day was perfect and evening more fun than we could have imagined. After our wedding ceremony in the rustic barn, we all retired to the reception area at the Lake. The tent we selected was beautiful and just the right size. We had a full dinner buffet and DJ that played music all evening. The guys even had fun taking turns trying to catch fish with the fishing poles that were provided. I would recommend this venue to any bride looking for a beautiful country setting close to the city.

If you're looking for a rustic wedding this is a perfect venue. Its less than 20 minutes from downtown kc and there are multiple hotels next to the venue. Despite that your in the middle of 31 acres landscaped lawns and gardens. Great venue.

After months of visits at outdoor wedding locations, some as far as two houses away, we saw the new Crestview Dairy site on the knot.com. After watching the videos we arranged to see it the next weekend. We entered the venue between two gigantic pillars and surrounded by enormous gardens on both sides. 300 feet away we saw Crestview lake below us in the middle of a large valley. There is simply nothing to compare to it and we cant wait to get married there next April.

By the time our wedding ceremony began last August my husband and I wanted to have our week long honeymoon at the Crestview Dairy instead of Mexico!! One reason? The fishing at Crestiew lake and the views from the bridal cottage which we rented for the night of the rehearsal dinner. If you want an outdoor wedding on a special estate this is the only place in town. Also the entire staff and the caterer were excellent.

I’ve lived near Crestview Dairy and attended several events there, including a close friend’s wedding. There is absolutely nothing like this in Missouri and the Oppenheimer family should be very proud.

We really wanted someplace special to get married that was outdoors. Crestview had four totally separate outdoor locations all surrounded by landscaped rolling countryside. The crew was amazing getting it set up exactly the way we wanted. The day of the wedding there was rain in the forecast so they put up a 60’x40’ tent by the lake and the deck which has a 21’ roof. The whole thing was so fun and the scattered showers weren't a problem anymore. Thanks Again Hal, Amy, and Peter!!

I was best man for my brothers wedding at Crestview Lake. The lake is surrounded by acres and acres of rolling hills and beautiful trees. At night the deck lights up like some far away castle that reflects on the water. It was truly spectacular.

Peter, and the owners Hal and Amy, gave us a tour and treated us great. The sheer size of the venue has no comparison to any of the other country/estate venues we looked at. Crestview has four completely different locations to choose from including some very affordable options. While we only expect 100 people the small wooded area and gazebo they showed us was perfect. We cannot wait to get married there.

The reception I attended on the Crestview Lake Deck was truly amazing. The enormous bonfire, the fireworks, the amazing sound system, the band, and the beautiful reflection on the water at night. WOW!

My wife and I have spent most of our lives gardening and I am a landscape architect by trade. This place is on 30 acres covered with boulders weighing 2-3 tons each in spectacular formations surround by walled gardens and a beautiful lake down in the valley. I have never see an estate like this much less a wedding venue.

I attended an event here several weeks ago and let me just say this place is stunning. What a beautiful serene setting. You can look at all the pictures and see how incredible it is- so many spots to take pictures and everything is absolutely beautiful. I'd recommend this venue to anyone! Thank you for making this day absolutely perfect!
