We got married this past weekend on 09/07/2024. We had a delicious personal gluten free cake and SO many non-gf desserts for our guests to enjoy. The set up went smoothly. I am extremely grateful that we hired Jessica for our wedding!
I am disappointed with my experience with this vendor. Not only a week before my wedding was she not replying for several days but she showed up too late to set up. The day after she showed back up to my wedding vacation home to grab her stands that she had me pay for without asking. In the contract it does not say the stands are a rental and she would need them back.
She was not able to find the stands because I brought them inside. So emailed me saying she would be back the following day for the stands. I questioned the fee she charged me for the stands. She claims the fee is in case they were broken. After letting her come back to pick them up on my honeymoon I did not receive the funds back for the stands.
I do not recommend relying on this vendor for your special day.
Jessica is absolutely amazing!!! She is soo nice, soo helpful and makes the best cakes (allergen friendly too)! I was trying to find a wedding cake that I could eat with my many sensitivities, and I found Jessica who went above and beyond to make sure that she made what we were looking for. She made the cake so gorgeous with flowers to match our theme, and everyone kept telling us it was the best cake they've ever had. She was an absolute pleasure to work with - Working with Jessica was like working with a friend!
