About this vendor
Criscito Pizza is a wedding catering company based in San Diego, CA. Owner and head chef Phil is delighted to offer his mobile pizzeria for milestone events. Couples who choose this catering service for their wedding can avail of the business's delicious organic pizzas, along with a range of tasty and healthy salads.
Phil is a passionate culinary professional who approaches each event with a sense of warmth and enthusiasm. Each wood-fired pizza is lovingly prepared using a family tradition of fermenting the dough and slow-baking it at 800 degrees. This method not only enhances the flavor but also increases the nutritional value. Phil and his team use only the finest, locally sourced ingredients possible, including adding wild yeast to the mix for extra flavor. No matter the size of your milestone gathering, these professionals are happy to bring the pizza party to you.
The Criscito Pizza team begins the experience by requesting you reach out via their online booking form. From here, Phil can work collaboratively with you to devise a wedding package that best suits your preferences and goals. Their range of organic pizzas is comprehensive and includes firm favorites such as the Calabrian, the Margherita, and El Spicy. For couples seeking to complement their pizza with some healthy sides, there are tasty spinach and Caesar salads to choose from. For convenience, Phil can provide paper plates, napkins, and cutlery on the day, in addition to offering event set-up and clean-up services.

It was a joy to try so many different kinds, and served as the perfect late snack as the night went on. I am so thankful we found Criscito Pizza and were able to work with Phil.
