I had my hair and makeup done at Cristallo Spa for my wedding. They did an awesome job from start to finish. The manager, Teresa, responded to all of my questions quickly and was e...
xtremely accommodating for my big day. The spa itself is beautiful and I was able to order food for the ladies in my wedding party to have while getting pampered. My hair and makeup came out perfectly! They truly helped to make my day special!
Would NOT count on this Spa for any bridal or wedding accommodations. Ever.
I am a bride who is getting married in June of 2025, and after booking Cristallo Spa in March of 2024 –...
I received an email earlier this week in March of 2025 that the spa BACKED OUT of my contract due and cannot provide makeup or hair services for my wedding date with little to no explanation. I had to call the spa myself frantically to inquire about what was going on. I couldn’t even get a courtesy phone call to let me know of this change, and I was only informed via email...Fortunately, I was checking my email that day and saw this update - otherwise I would not have found out as quickly.
I signed a contract with Cristallo Spa on March 12, 2024. That should have allowed for ample time to book artists for my wedding date in June of 2025. A year later, I am less than 70 days away from my wedding and this is unacceptable that I was left hanging like this with such little time to spare. In the last few days, I have been frantically trying to find coverage for hair and makeup with no luck. I still do not have a hair and makeup vendor for my special day that I have been waiting YEARS for. No company can accommodate 8 individuals this late in the game, and this short minute of a notice.
Sincerely,
Disappointed and would not recommend
Great service, very accommodating
It was such a pleasure to have cristallo spa be apart of our wedding day. Krystal was great to work with and did mine and my bridal parties make up and everyone looked great! I did...
two trials with them - one with regular make up and one with airbrush. They offer both - I ended up doing regular out of my own preference. I also really enjoyed working with Teresa, the spa manager, for the whole process and would highly recommend them for make up!
Everything was perfect!
Cristallo Spa has an amazing ambience with both indoor and outdoor treatment areas, it is perfect for pre-wedding festivities. All of their staff are excellent, the manager Teresa ...
was extremely accommodating of our large group. We even had a mimosa bar with fresh fruit, sangria, and sandwiches to enjoy while everyone was having nail services. It was the perfect way to spend the afternoon a day prior to the wedding, everyone had a chance to relax and get pampered while enjoying girl time :)
I had all of my wedding beauty services at Cristallo Spa in Rehoboth, MA. The services included a hair and makeup trial, mani/pedi, and day-of hair and makeup for myself, my 3 bri...
desmaids, and my and my now-husband's mothers. The girls and I were very happy with the quality of their work as well as the level of customer service they provided!
Yelena did my hair and Krystal my makeup for both the trial and the day-of. Both are super friendly, easy to work with, open for feedback, professional, and did an amazing job!! After both services, I truly felt confident, stunning, and beautiful, and ready for pictures to be taken of me that will be on display for years to come.
Teresa, the spa's manager, put together the whole day-of wedding schedule and helped arrange for my group to have food service and a yummy mimosa bar! Our time there was so relaxed and stress-free, and if anything we ended up ahead of schedule instead of behind schedule (critical so we wouldn't lose time with photographers before the wedding!).
It was important to me to have not only myself, but also for the women closest to me, to feel pampered and have time to really celebrate the exciting day ahead. Cristallo Spa delivered that and more! I would totally recommend anyone looking for beauty or spa services to check out Cristallo.
Thank you so much for your happy wishes to Alexandra. To say the very least, she had her fairytale wedding.
And...it all began with wonderful and talented hairstylists and make...
up artists. To say they were beyond perfect would be an understatement. The results were not only perfect but we all enjoyed every minute of our special time with each of the girls.
They are all professional, heartwarming women and exceptional at that.
Thanking you again...and hope to see you soon.
