However, there were se...
veral disappointments that significantly impacted our experience. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent; I often had to follow up on messages because I wouldn’t get a reply. Our photo gallery was also delivered later than the timeline stated in the contract, which was frustrating.
The most upsetting issue, however, was that a key photo—a picture of me (the bride) with my mom—was completely missed. The only image of us together was a candid shot where we weren’t even looking at the camera. I reached out the same day the gallery was delivered, thinking the other photos may have been overlooked during upload. Instead of addressing the concern thoughtfully, Cristina brushed it off, downplayed its importance, and took no accountability. When I later expressed how deeply disappointed I was, she completely ignored my feedback. This lack of professionalism was extremely disheartening, especially for such a meaningful moment.
While Cristina’s talent is undeniable, the experience as a whole fell short of expectations. Professionalism and communication are just as important as the quality of the photos, and unfortunately, I cannot confidently recommend her based on my experience.

I’ll never forget how special she made me feel at my bridal shoot- I was this shy and timid fiancée and by the end of our session, I felt like an effortlessly confident bride. Money can’t buy that. We felt so calm the day of our wedding knowing she would capture everything we envisioned and then some. All of our vendors and guests still talk about her to this day. he whole big wedding, so we decided to keep it as low stress and low key as possible. I’d planned to just have a single photo keepsake of the day, us standing in front of the courthouse with a copy of the marriage license, but oh my goodness, I am so glad that we had Cristina.
She kept the energy fun, and with only 3 people, 2 of which are a little reserved (me and my now husband), that can sometimes be a challenge. She helped us know what to do, how to stand, how to look, and even what to say to each other to keep us smiling genuinely throughout.
Her finished photos made me feel pretty and confident. Seriously, I usually feel uncomfortable in front of a camera, but her work is just… It’s amazing. My husband and I were able to share the photos with our families so that they felt more involved, and having them helped us feel less guilty about not including them in the day (his family are overseas and wouldn’t have been able to come).
