Cristina’s Fine Mexican Restaurant catered our wedding on 4/8/2024 at Rustic Grace Estate.
Everytime I think about Cristina’s, I get hungry! I am still thinking about their chimichangas and fajitas from our wedding day!
We are not local to Texas, so we knew for our wedding our travelers needed either Mexican food, or BBQ. I reached out to several caterers in the Dallas area, and Cristina’s was the first to reply- within 5 minutes of my original message! Since we were only stopping in Dallas for a week, it was crucial that we had both clear communication and fast scheduling, and Cristina’s catering team had both. They scheduled us for a tasting NEXT DAY. Wow!
Leslie was our catering team member who we met at our tasting and continued working with us after we booked. She was kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable about all of their dinner and lunch options. We loved everything we tried and it was difficult to choose which we wanted for our day! We went with chimichangas and quesadillas for cocktail hour, chicken and steak fajitas for dinner, and churros for dessert. We LOVED our meal and so did our guests, we had many, many compliments for the food at our wedding, which is uncommon!
We had plenty of leftovers. We ate it all, and it was all just as delicious as on wedding day. To this day, my husband and I will sometimes say to each other, “I could really go for some Cristina’s right now!”
Overall, here are the highlights: Great catering team, fast and effective communication, and seriously excellent food.
Cristina's has been a restaurant my family has gone to for family dinners for years now so when it came to needing catering for our wedding, Cristina's was my first option! From the initial communication to the day of the wedding, they were awesome to work with! The chicken and beef fajitas were delicious and their catering team was awesome. I highly recommend using Cristina's!
Cristina's did an amazing job with our catering! The food was SO good. Our guests talked about it all night, and in the days after. We got fajitas and used the chips/salsa that came with it to do a happy hour nacho bar. They made this cool-looking chip-waterfall and it really took it above and beyond. They were helpful for my guests that have eating restrictions, setting their own plates aside and labeled. Great experience.

We are so glad we chose Cristina's for our wedding! We have so often lamented "cheese and crackers" dining at other weddings we've been to, and we wanted to make sure we provided a GOOD meal to our wedding guests! It was actually our first time trying Cristina's and they did not disappoint! They provided all dinnerware and two servers graciously treated us and our guests. 10/10 recommend!
Cristina's has been a family favorite for years. We knew we wanted Mexican for dinner, and it was a no brainer to hire Cristina's for our wedding. The food was outstanding, but the service was even better! The staff was top notch and went well above and beyond their duties for guests all night. They were incredibly helpful and I can't recommend them enough!
Incredible customer service and amazing food! Throughout the whole wedding planning process everyone we worked with was so kind and responsive. On the day of the wedding, Cristina's was on time, set up wonderfully, they provided above and beyond service and my husband and I are so happy we went with them! 10/10 no flaws

I highly recommend Christina’s for a wedding reception. I priced a LOT of texmex restaurants but Christina’s was far and away the best deal. They didn’t overcharge for buffet service and allowed us to create our own menu of what we needed.
The caterers arrived on time, didn’t mind that I ended up buying my own plates and plastic ware and we very kind and efficient. We ended up ordering way too much food and they packed it up for us so we could take it home easily.
Great food at a an even better price. Our guests loved both the nacho bar and taco bar! The servers were kind and helpful truly a great bang for our buck.
We chose Christina's as the caterer for our daughter's New Year's Eve wedding. The food was absolutely wonderful and Ana was so easy to work with! We chose chips & guac, beef quesadillas, and mini chicken chimichangas as appetizers. The appetizer display was set up in the cocktail area and was nicely done. For the meal, we offered chicken and beef fajitas, with rice and beans. The portion sizes were large and we had some great leftovers to enjoy at home!

We went with Cristina's for our tex-mex buffet at our wedding, and it was definitely the best choice! We could not find a better deal for our 150 guests, and the food was so good! it was just as good on the day of as it was during our tasting! Ana and Aglae were also great at staying in contact with us and making sure they knew exactly what we wanted. We ended up doing chips, salsa and queso during cocktail our, and then fajitas and enchiladas in beef and chicken for the buffet. We got tons of compliments, and some tasty leftovers!
THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! We used Cristina's for food and bartending! They were very responsive and kind through emails and worked well with our coordinator! All of our guests compliments their organization, sanitation, and overall presentation of the catering. Everyone loved the food! We did a taco bar and it was a hit! There was a miscommunication on their side with the margarita machine we wanted, but they responded fast and fixed the matter for us! I did not even know about the issue to well after the wedding - that's how well they handled it! So kind, organized, and will most definitely use them in the future for catering!
The service was absolutely amazing and the food was delicious, we are frequent customers to the restaurants itself and as always the food was great. Everyone loved the food and all the options of food from my sea food lovers to my meat lover, and my vegan lovers. I would definitely have them cater again in the future.
My daughter and I were looking for someone to cater her wedding in September 2020. Christina's worked with us and our budget and did a wonderful job. They were very flexible when I called two days before the wedding and changed the number of guests. They were always quick to respond to my emails and sent back emails with the new total for the event. They were there on time and set up nicely. We had to use plastic plates and flatware because of Covid, but they were again flexible and even brought some extra service items. The food was great and there was plenty! I would definitely recommend Christina's for your wedding or any event.

My now husband and I spoke to a few catering companies that just weren’t quite meeting our expectations when we decided to give Cristina’s a call. We have loved them for years but didn’t initially think of a restaurant to cater our wedding. It was the best decision! Ana and Algae were so patient and helpful with customizing our quote and making adjustments along the way. COVID changed our plans several times but Cristina’s made it so easy. Wedding day their staff was great and made sure we were served first and checked in on us throughout the night. We went with them as bartenders as well, they even were able to serve my fav frozen margaritas. Several guest complimented us on the food!
We used Cristina’s to cater our wedding in October of last year and they provided not only the best food, but excellent customer service. They took extra precautions to ensure safety during Covid and were very accommodating to additional requests we had. I would recommend them over and over again to anyone wanting tacos or fajitas at their wedding!
We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Cristina’s Mexican Restaurant in McKinney, and also had them cater appetizers for our wedding the next day. They were great! Easy to communicate with and open to necessary changes, no deposit required which was helpful during our planning process, and the food was delicious. We had a fajita buffet for 40 guests during the wedding rehearsal dinner, and chips with salsa and guac as an appetizer at our wedding. All was delicious and we would recommend booking with them for any event!
