was the best decision! Ana and Algae were so patient and helpful with customizing our quote and making adjustments along the way. COVID changed our plans several times but Cristina’s made it so easy. Wedding day their staff was great and made sure we were served first and checked in on us throughout the night. We went with them as bartenders as well, they even were able to serve my fav frozen margaritas. Several guest complimented us on the food!

e caterers arrived on time, didn’t mind that I ended up buying my own plates and plastic ware and we very kind and efficient. We ended up ordering way too much food and they packed it up for us so we could take it home easily.

tizer display was set up in the cocktail area and was nicely done. For the meal, we offered chicken and beef fajitas, with rice and beans. The portion sizes were large and we had some great leftovers to enjoy at home! Christina's staff was very courteous, professional, and genuinely pleasant and engaging. Our overall experience with Christina's was exceptional, and we highly recommend them!

Ana and Aglae were also great at staying in contact with us and making sure they knew exactly what we wanted. We ended up doing chips, salsa and queso during cocktail our, and then fajitas and enchiladas in beef and chicken for the buffet. We got tons of compliments, and some tasty leftovers!

There was a miscommunication on their side with the margarita machine we wanted, but they responded fast and fixed the matter for us! guests. They were always quick to respond to my emails and sent back emails with the new total for the event. They were there on time and set up nicely. We had to use plastic plates and flatware because of Covid, but they were again flexible and even brought some extra service items. The food was great and there was plenty!
