Sally helped my fiancé design my engagement ring, all while being states away! Due to secrets and work schedules, he was unable to visit the store in person, or see the ring before...
the day of, and Croghan's and Sally knocked it out of the park! After he proposed, he let me know that Sally wanted us to visit the store so she could meet me, and she was even more excited, bubbly, and kindhearted that he had described to me! We are both in love with the ring, and the experience, and will be shopping for our wedding bands with Croghan's.

estions. She actually told me 4 times the type of prongs I wanted on a ring didn't exist (v-tipped prongs on a princess cut) despite the pinterest inspo photos I showed her. It took 4 weeks to get a follow-up email to our visit that simply said "we were so busy; I'm sorry" without the promised quote for the custom ring we were trying to discuss. I've had a prior bad experience (~1 year ago) with Croghan's when I went in to try and get prongs on an heirloom ring re-tipped. the older woman behind the counter cut me off and told me that I should probably do business somewhere else as they wouldn't be able to get my ring back to me for at least 6 weeks and she couldn't see me being willing to wait that long (I got the work done at another highly respected jewler in 3 days). My boyfriend and I got the feeling they were treating us like we didn't look like we could afford to shop there even though we were dressed at least as well as any other customer in the store. Very rude, snobby staff, and there are so many better businesses around. We had great experiences at Skatell, Polly's, and Diamonds Direct, and I would highly recommend going to any of them before Croghan's.

We had had no luck finding an engagement ring prior to going to Croghan's. I like more delicate looking engagement rings, and all of the ones we'd seen at other places just looked ...
sort of clunky. We went to Croghan's, and I talked to a Tacori representative at first, and they did have beautiful rings, but not exactly what I wanted. Then, Bryan Shuler waived us over and said, "I've got the perfect ring for you." He was right. I got a Henri Daussi cushion cut with a halo, and it's gorgeous. It makes a statement, but it looks elegant instead of clunky. I am so happy with it!

They were able to save my Mom's ring and turn it into a band for me. It wasn't an easy task, but they did it because they knew how important it was to me.
