My husband and I just got married here on August 1st! Lori went above and beyond for us and was so helpful! We seriously could not have asked for a better day and venue. It was beyond perfect! The cabins worked out great for all of our family and friends so they could come share our special day with us! I can’t say enough good things. It was a perfect day.
We had the most amazing wedding experience at Crooked Creek. We spent the entire weekend surrounded by our favorite people in one of the most beautiful places. The ease of having family and friends stay right there, not having to worry about driving or transportation made it so everyone was able to enjoy and relax all evening. So many areas for beautiful photographs and everyone on the Crooked Creek team was so easy to work with. They have plenty of packages to meet your needs, and are constantly continuing to find more ways to make your wedding day even better. Lori was so easy to communicate with, and always was ready with an answer and finding a solution! We got married at the end of June, and it was windy, and got a little chilly at night, but that did not stop any of us from having an amazing night dancing and partying, we just threw on sweatshirts :) Again, we cannot stop talking about the most magical night of our lives, at beautiful Crooked Creek!

Crooked Creek Guest Ranch is a mountain wedding venue nestled high in the Wind River Mountains near Dubois, Wyoming. Sitting at approximately 8,400 feet in elevation, the ranch offers couples a naturally beautiful setting surrounded by mountain views, towering trees, open skies, and the peaceful atmosphere of Wyoming’s Union Pass.
From the moment you arrive, Crooked Creek feels like a true mountain getaway. Couples can exchange vows outdoors with the natural landscape providing a breathtaking backdrop, then continue the celebration with dinner, drinks, and dancing surrounded by family and friends. Our spacious event tent provides a beautiful setting for larger receptions, while more intimate celebrations can take advantage of the lodge and other areas throughout the property.
As the sun sets behind the mountains, the ranch takes on an entirely different atmosphere. With very little surrounding light, clear evenings bring incredible Wyoming sunsets followed by star-filled skies—creating a memorable ending to an already special day.
Our team would be honored to help you create a wedding that feels uniquely yours. From intimate ceremonies to full-property celebrations, Crooked Creek offers several wedding options designed to accommodate different guest counts, styles, and visions. On-site food and beverage service is available, with customizable menu options ranging from casual gatherings to more traditional wedding dinners.
One of the things that makes Crooked Creek especially unique is the ability to turn your wedding into an entire mountain weekend. With 17 cabins and RV sites located right on the property, couples and their guests can stay together and enjoy more time with one another before and after the celebration.
During their stay, guests can explore everything the Dubois and Wind River Mountain area has to offer, including hiking, wildlife viewing, scenic drives, horseback riding, off-road adventures, and other seasonal outdoor activities.
