Our wedding on January 5th at The Carriage House was truly a dream come true, all thanks to Cross Creek Ranch and their incredible team. From start to finish, our experience was flawless, even as we navigated planning from out of town and facing two hurricanes in one month. We originally booked our wedding for January 2025 in August of 2023 while living outside the Tampa area, but after moving to Tampa in July of 2024, the team made our transition seamless. Our event liaison, Haley, was always available to answer questions with kindness and patience. Our lead coordinator, Klaudia, ensured that everything on our wedding day ran smoothly, making the final preparations stress-free. Our assistant coordinator, Valerie, was incredibly supportive throughout the day, continuously making my husband and me feel special. Bria, our house mom, created a warm and welcoming environment while we got ready, and my bridal assistant, Amber, was so attentive and reassuring in moments when I felt overwhelmed. The attention to detail extended to every aspect of our wedding. Our florist, Alta, crafted the most breathtaking bouquets and boutonnières, putting so much heart into her work. Lisa, our design lead, guided us effortlessly through the decor selection process, offering a wide range of options to fit any style or vision. The venue itself was absolutely stunning—pristine, well-maintained, and simply magical. The team was prepared for any weather scenario, ensuring a perfect day regardless of conditions. Our reception space was elegant, and the cocktail hour felt like a scene from a movie. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful everything was. To top off our incredible experience, my husband and I stayed on the property in their charming “Little House” for our honeymoon night. It was the perfect ending to our celebration, allowing us to enjoy our sparkler exit and retreat to a cozy, romantic space right on-site. The women at Cross Creek Ranch are truly exceptional. They are dedicated to supporting, uplifting, and celebrating their couples, making the entire planning process and wedding day as smooth and joyful as possible. CCR was able to take our vision and make it a reality! Everything was amazing from the beginning with communication and transitioning to each stage of the wedding planning stage. The venue is STUNNING, there is not one bad thing I can say about CCR and their staff and vendors.

My experience with Cross Creek Ranch was spectacular. I give them a 10/10. My husband and I are from Maine working with Cross Creek almost entirely remotely; the experience with planning was seamless. They are an all-inclusive venue, meaning they have vetted venders they work with that I did not have to go find, such as the fresh florals (Elsa is perfection and saw my vision), the DJ (DJ PT was so on top of his game and kept the party going), VESH (everyone raved about dinner), Alessi (my gluten free cake and the whole dessert bar was demolished by my guests), decor/ design of the whole wedding (Lisa saw my vision with the help of Pinterest and gave me a beautiful design), and my lead coordinator (Valerie with the assistance of Holly were a dream team; I did not worry about ANYTHING the day of my wedding). I basically only had to find my photographer, alcohol, hair/make up, and transportation for my guests independently. The whole team at Cross Creek was very responsive and quick throughout the whole process; they answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way. I spoke to many people along the way, but everything was written in my portal and everyone seemed to have great communication that there was nothing missing or have fallen through the cracks. I felt like I could reach out to any of them at any time during planning and they were able to help. The whole team was professional, but SO welcoming and accommodating. They really listened to my ideas. My wedding was a DREAM, despite being on a pretty low personal budget. Another great thing about Cross Creek Ranch is you are able to have a STUNNING wedding on a strict budget, like I did; it is very affordable. If I had to do it all over again, I would pick Cross Creek Ranch again. THANK YOU all for giving me and my husband a gorgeous wedding and it was great working with you. I wish you all the best.

Where do I begin, from the moment we toured the venue through my daughter's wedding day everything was great, every detail perfect!, Valerie our coordinator went above and beyond! She made my daughter's special day even more special! She has made a friend for life. All the staff very friendly and helpful, DJ spot on!! All the guest raved that it was the best wedding they have ever been to, loved the ranch!!

If you are looking for venues, stop your search here! I cannot recommend cross creek enough! I was asked several times throughout the year if wedding planning had me stressed and I can honestly say it did not, thanks to everyone at cross creek. Our day was better than I could have ever imagined, everything ran smoothly, they thought of every little detail from giving us water between pictures to keep us hydrated to tissues labeled “happy tears” for when my maid of honor gave her speech. The level of professionalism was beyond anything we could imagine. The venue itself is incredibly beautiful, all of our guests were in awe! My husband and I are extremely glad we chose to get married there and grateful for everyone who had a part in making our day so special!

Cross Creek is a literal dream come true. At first we were a little intimidated by the price, but everything included and the exceptional service we received made it absolutely worth every penny. The package included catering as well as floral, and you can feel confident in these as well as their other preferred vendors. This venue is able to transform to match whatever style you can imagine. Traditional or themed, the space is clean and classy and their designers will listen to what YOU want and tailor every detail down to the furniture in order to fully realize your vision. The staff is attentive, friendly, and of course professional. They made us feel special with each interaction. Holly is amazing. There were some staff changes during our planning, but we were so happy to have our event land in her exceptionally capable hands. Her warm enthusiasm matched our excitement and it is clear she is passionate about what she does. Cross Creek set a high standard for quality and made the whole planning process as well as the event itself practically stress-free! Overall we felt truly pampered, and my mother highly recommends them: so you can focus on enjoying your special day, and confidently let Cross Creek handle the rest.

It was the wedding of my dreams. Cross Creek Ranch, the vendors they recommended, and the vendors that were included in the bridal package, did a spectacular job. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a medium-large sized wedding. It was worth every dollar spent.

My now husband and I got married at Cross Creek on November 9th 2023. We found this place about 2 years before our day and fell in love immediately. I knew after our tour it was the one for me. The venue is absolutely stunning. We had our ceremony at the Enchanted Forest and the ceremony in the Carriage Stable House. Day of, everything was incredible. They think of every little detail for your day. This place is all-inclusive, meaning they booked everything minus the officiant and the photographer. IF YOU ARE DEBATING ALL INCLUSIVE, DO IT. They know what they are doing. We had multiple design meetings that took pictures and ideas we liked to create our own unique look. They do all the table stuff (I did not make anything minus a few specific things, like my MOH painted my bar signs), they have all the signs, decorate everything. I even specially brought a mirror in for their calligrapher to turn into the seating chart. You have a team that is extremely dedicated to making your day perfect. Haley helping to ensure my bar was ready, Lisa helped with design, and Holly was my lead coordinator, and she was INCREDIBLE. Even day of staff made sure we were always comfortable. The day was absolutely perfect. They create timelines to ensure you do everything you want to get done and add some time post ceremony for just the couple to be alone. I never felt overwhelmed or concerned over what I should be doing. Throughout planning they always ensured I had things done when they should be. They had it all planned and covered from the second that we signed the contract to when our friends picked up our things the day after. Even after the wedding guests could not stop talking about the venue and the staff. I cannot say enough good things about Cross Creek Ranch, the venue itself, the staff, my wedding day, and the preferred vendors. I thank CCR so much for making our day so incredibly special. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue! It’s such a beautiful spot to get married and the staff is phenomenal. They took all of the stress out of wedding planning and was there every step of the way to answer questions or provide support. They have such an efficient way of running things that on my wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about a thing besides having a good time. I highly recommend everyone get married at this venue!

Cross Creek Ranch was the perfect venue for us. From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we were in awe. We wanted and Enchanted Forest wedding and it was perfect. The design team & coordinators were so helpful and made sure that everything was exactly how we envisioned. Annika, Jennifer, Lisa, Andrea, and Haley were such a pleasure to work with during this journey. The team is so detail-oriented and efficient, they go above and beyond. They even saved us leftovers and brought us appetizers during cocktail hour. I would recommend CCR to anyone and have been since we booked it!

Our wedding at Cross Creek Ranch was more beautiful and perfect than we could have dreamed. CCR's team worked hard to accomplish our vision and were really flexible and accommodating. They also thought of EVERYTHING. We had scheduled alone time on our wedding day, they brought us the food and drinks from cocktail hour since we had to miss that time for photos, they even sent us home with a to-go box of all the food and desserts from dinner because they (rightly) guessed that we wouldn't eat much since the day goes so fast. I especially want to shout out our day-of coordinator, Alexis W. Alexis was kind, fun, poised, and extremely on-the-ball with everything our entire wedding day. Cross Creek Ranch is a spectacular venue and the fact that they are all-inclusive makes the wedding planning process really enjoyable! From the very beginning, almost a year out, they had stellar communication with us and were very organized. They organize and help coordinate your vendors, spend a few hours going over your dream designs and how they can bring those to life in your design meeting, and have an impeccable follow-up throughout the months leading up to your day. They connected us with Jean King from Monarch Events and Design for our fresh florals and they turned out to be so beautiful. She made our entire vision come to life. I've heard that wedding planning and coordinating all of the vendors, especially on the day of the wedding, can be very stressful! However, we did not experience any of that having Cross Creek Ranch as our vendor. We decided to get married at their newest site, The Oak Hall and it was GORGEOUS. That part of the property is stunning, quiet, and magical with all of the plants and trees. On the day of the wedding, we had zero worries. We had Christine as our house mom and she was so patient and helpful while we got ready. Valerie was our lead coordinator and I highly recommend her for anyone's wedding! She had constant communication leading up to the wedding, followed- up on every question I had, and was so KIND and loving to us on our actual wedding day. She was so passionate about our wedding and making it so special for us, that I felt like she was a part of our family. The entire wedding team staff was also so wonderful and truly wants your day to be so special. And it means the world to have a whole team behind you on such a big day! They connected us with Grant and Hemond & associates, and Rafael was our DJ. 10/10 recommend Rafael if you truly want to have an awesome and lively party. I cannot thank the whole CCR team, Bonnie and Sean enough for making literal wedding dreams come to a reality.

Cross Creek Ranch was very easy to work with and their communication with me over the year-long planning period was amazing. They gave us the most beautiful and flawless wedding day possible. If there was an issue, I would have never known because they made the entire day flow seamlessly. We could not have picked a better place to have the wedding of our dreams!

CCR is honestly amazing and you should definitely have your wedding here. I had zero stress on my wedding and knowing that we had Holly and her team putting everything together was a literal godsend and I don't know how people get married without planners. The fact that it's all inclusive is a mega plus. The grounds are amazing. I got to live my fairy princess dream wedding. Nothing bad happened. Lisa who did our design meeting got everything perfect. You literally pick everything you want in a 4-5 hour design session and they take care of everything. I loved that all the florals (sans the bouquets and boutonnieres) were silk. No waste and sustainable. On the day of the rehearsal, I saw something another wedding had and I wanted it and Holly made it happen. There was a little issue with my brother's boutonniere and Holly fixed it in 2 minutes. Bria, our house mom, took care of us in the morning. Haley helped me gather my things; it felt like I was a celebrity. There were so many people there to make sure everything was perfect. Anita helped the boys and they all talked to each other on head sets to communicate and make sure that everyone was aligned. The timing was incredible. They talked and handled any and all things regarding vendors. They got us in touch with the preferred caterer so we could do our tasting. They linked us up with Alta for florals. They made sure the DJ reached out to us. They do all the setup and decorating and teardown. They kept everything on time. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. The entire team that supported me and my husband that day made it perfect. I had the best time. I want to get married exactly in the same way 100 times. Everyone said that we had an amazing wedding and it wouldn't have been as great if we didn't go with CCR. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! We love you Holly!

Cross creek ranch goes above and beyond to make your wedding day literally perfect. My wedding day was the best day of my life.. my guests and I were all blown away at the attention to detail and how perfectly everything was organized. Our day of planner, Megan, was so considerate of everyone’s needs. All the vendors were amazing too, especially Vesh catering and Rad red photography. I just wish I could do it all over again!!! A day to remember FOREVER! Choose this for your big day and you won’t regret it.

Such an incredible team that way surpassed my expectations. They fulfilled every detail and handled every situation very well while keeping a smile on their face. Since day one, they wanted to make sure everything was to our liking and satusfaction. They met all our goals and did all the heavy lifting from when we decided to book with them. The team at Cross Creek Ranch was incredible! My wedding day involved being in a tornado watch and a torrential downpour for the majority of the day but they still made my outdoor dream wedding come true at the last minute when the sun came out! The whole team was involved from my lead coordinator Valerie, the design team, the decor team, the other coordinators and my house mom Christine. They exceeded my expectations and truly gave us a wedding straight out of a fairytale. All of the vendors and outside resources they use from caterer to bakeries, to florist, and DJ are top notch and myself and all of our guest could not rave about them enough. I could go on and on but they truly made getting married the easiest and most stress free process I could’ve wished for!

Could not recommend CCR enough! Not only was an all inclusive wedding package the best thing EVER, but the staff there went above and beyond to make our dream wedding a reality. Cross Creek made my wedding day perfect! I fell in love with the enchanted forest on our tour of the venue and I am so happy we booked that day! I could have not imagined our wedding anywhere else. Everything was perfect! They had everything planned to the exact moment, but they still offered so much flexibility for me and my husband! I ended up running late because hair and make up took so long, and they still managed to fit everything in! They were incredible!

There are no words to describe how wonderful getting married at Cross Creek was. We moved to NY halfway through wedding planning and everyone was so helpful in getting things planned over Zoom. I was nervous since I couldn't see anything in person until the day of, but it was beyond my wildest dreams- just beyond beautiful. The day of I felt so cared for by the bridal assistant, the concierge (Holly was AMAZING!), and just the whole staff. All my guests were RAVING about the venue and how gorgeous it was. Would recommend this venue to everyone!

I have no words to describe the amazing experience it was for us to have our wedding at Cross Creek Ranch. The venue is beautiful and everyone in the staff is there for you. From your wedding planner to the house mom they were amazing! My mother had surgery 2 months prior to our wedding and the way they took care of here and made sure she was looked after so I could enjoy our special day is beyond anything I could’ve ask for. Cross Creek was everything I could have imagined!! The house available to get ready in works perfectly is cozy and welcoming! The property is the definition of beauty and grace! All of the staff involved were friendly, outgoing and easing going. The food (vesh) was delicious as well as the cake (artisticwhisk). The DJ (Thomas) played all the right songs and really played our style of music. We went with a recommended photographer (radred) who made the process of photos fun and relaxing- I hope to use them again! Truly, nothing could have gone better and not one thing I would have changed! If you want a venue that deliveries all that it offers- this is your place!

Cross Creek Ranch is the perfect venue for anyone looking for an all inclusive venue. We had a great experience from beginning to end and Cross Creek executed our wedding vision better than we could have imagined. Each step of our process was easy and seamless from Nicole taking us on a tour and ensuring we saw The Enchanted Forrest ceremony site first knowing the impact of the space, to Lisa and the design team bringing our garden party to life, to Annika and team ensuring our day went smoothly and according to our timeline. Cross Creek has the best included vendors including catering and pastry chef as well as florals and DJ. The thought of hiring all our vendors was a daunting task but Cross Creek made it extremely easy even for vendors not included with the package. The staff was always friendly, patient, and accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. They say a bunch of hands touch your wedding and it’s true but all hands involved truly care and get to know the couple like family versus another number. We were fortunate to meet most of the team that had a part with our big day including Jill who was always willing to answer our billing questions and Helena our wedding concierge always willing to find us answers to any questions we had leading up to our big day. I truly can’t recommend Cross Creek Ranch enough.

I honestly can’t say enough about Cross Creek. When we first started planning our wedding, my husband and I immediately felt the pressure of trying to find and book all the different vendors. Once we found Cross Creek, all that stress disappeared. Their all inclusiveness is really what sold us on them. Not to mention that the property is just absolutely gorgeous! With our schedules (both of us work overnights) it would have been nearly impossible for us to meet with all the vendors. We were able to have just a few meetings, most of which were able to be done over the phone or Zoom, to make the bigger decisions. Each and every one of Cross Creek’s staff were absolutely amazing. Super friendly, super helpful, super professional. They really care about giving you the wedding of your dreams. You’re not just another couple to them. We had a smaller wedding (45 guests) so we booked the French Country Inn. It was exactly the type of feeling we were looking for and we had so many of our guests say how much they loved the intimate feeling of the French Country Inn. Overall, our wedding was everything we wanted and more. We can’t thank you enough Cross Creek!!

This was the second venue that we toured and immediately knew that Cross Creek was a top contender. We were planning a smaller wedding (50 guests) and loved the intimate setting that the French Country Inn at Cross Creek Ranch offered. Shortly after touring, we received a hand-written thank you letter which sealed the deal for us. We were quickly assigned a point of contact and the planning process began. The only hiccup that we came across during the planning process was the turnover of employees which caused minor confusion. The leave of our designer was the most frustrating because approximately a week after my meeting with her, she resigned. We were provided with another designer, Lisa, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Lisa shared décor items that were not mentioned during the first design meeting- this was huge for me because I was not satisfied with the original items provided by the prior designer. The caterer, baker, DJ, and florist vendors were all pleasant to work with. My Lead Coordinator was Valerie and WOW, she is great. Valerie was super attentive, helpful, and genuine. We did not have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding- if there were any hiccups on our wedding day, we did not notice and never heard about it. Valerie and the Assistant Coordinator, Alexis, worked very hard at making sure we were taken care of. They were both superb! Also, the staff the day of the wedding were impressive. Our guests had so many positive things to say about the day. Mostly, that the staff was super attentive and on-point the entire time. Also, we received several compliments from our guests about the venue. Specifically, how intimate and romantic it was. The guests also loved the food provided by Vesh. All in all, the service provided day of was a 10 out of 10. The price of the all-inclusive venue was reasonable. Be prepared to pay additional if you would like certain décor items such as different chairs, french doors at the ceremony, lace runners on the reception tables, etc. Also, some of the dinner entrée options were additional. The allowance ($500) for the florist was not sufficient so prepare to pay additional for your fresh flowers. We are sure all of this is very common with an all-inclusive venue and truly felt the final price was reasonable. One tip, if you are paying monthly for the venue, do not pay online or via phone because the convenience fee is approximately $30-$40. Mail in a check to steer clear of the additional cost. In conclusion, if you are looking for a reasonably priced venue with an experienced, knowledgeable staff and a flawless wedding day, we recommend Cross Creek Ranch. Oh, & it was helpful receiving texts (about random marriage reminders) throughout the planning process and they are very active on Instagram which was fun to follow!

If you are looking for an all inclusive wedding venue outside the city of Tampa, look no further! The CCR team was helpful through every step of the planning process. Whenever we had questions we were able get a response from them within 24 hours. Right away we received a month-to-month timeline, so we new what to expect moving forward from CCR and what we should be doing on our end of things. About a month out we met with our Day-Of Coordinator, Megan Flaherty. She was absolutely amazing to work with. She and their Designer, Lisa Parsons, went through every detail with us to make sure we all were on the same page and happy with the checklist. Flash forward to the day of our wedding and oh what a breeze it was! If I could name the entire team I would! My girls and I got ready on the CCR property and Christine made sure we were happy with food and beverages all day long. Megan and her Assistant Coordinator, Emily, took over once the festivities started and the two of them had everything under control from staying on top of the schedule to making sure everyone was happy. The support staff was equally friendly to guests. It was truly a perfect setting for a February wedding in FL!

Each member of CCR was phenomenal to work with. They truly took all of the stress out of wedding planning and allowed us to enjoy the fun in planning our big day together. Each member actually took the time to get to know the both of us to ensure all of our desires came true. Our family and friends cannot stop raving about how beautiful the ceremony was in the Enchanted Forest as well as how much fun the Stable House reception was. Every one was so personable up until the “I do’s” that it was they were celebrating with us. Would recommend to any and everyone who wants the absolute perfect wedding experience.

My husband and I are so glad we chose Cross Creek Ranch for our wedding venue. We had multiple venue tours booked and this was the 2nd one we toured. After our tour we decided to cancel the rest because we knew Cross Creek was the one! The venue is GORGEOUS and their team is amazing! They took all of the stress out of wedding planning for us and made sure our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be. The designer, Lisa, even went out of her way to order special flowers to create my dream center pieces! Everyone on their team was so sweet and extremely organized. A few of my guests even told me it was the most organized wedding they had ever been to! I will forever recommend Cross Creek Ranch to future brides and grooms!

Cross Creek Ranch was awesome. It is definitely on the more expensive side but definitely worth the money! It is almost all inclusive which makes planning so easy. They help you plan everything to the smallest details and execute it magnificently. Months later my guests still tell me how beautifully everything was. They also are very easy to work with and are willing to work with you. They have staff to handle everything, so your wedding is stress free. Every time I needed something my attendant would pop up out of no where. I felt like princess all day. They made my day magical!!

It was the perfect vibe, an intimate space, and within my budget. It’s difficult to find an all inclusive venue this amazing in Florida for the price. I never had to stress about a thing! The team at CCR took care of everything. They coordinated all vendors, sent me detailed timelines of the planning process, and made planning a breeze! Don’t get me started on how fun the design meeting is! Once we were down to the wire, I had a lot of questions and details to finalize. The CCR team was so responsive to all of my emails and questions. The day was perfect! The DJ kept the party alive, flowers were beautiful, and the food/cake was amazing. The wedding coordinator (Valerie) was always one step ahead and kept the day moving seamlessly! I’d give CCR a 5,00000 star rating if I could. The photos speak for themselves.

Very professional and breath taking venue. We got married in the Chapel and this was one of the biggest selling points. I always dreamed of getting married in a Church and them having a Chapel on site made my dream come true. Staff is wonderful and it's very well run. Their vendors are also reliable and professional. So happy with my choice - our day was perfect!

We began our wedding planning while living in Virginia and chose CCR because of their all-inclusive package as well as the beauty of the ceremony site and reception hall. The moment we visited CCR in person, we knew this would be our dream wedding. The enchanted forest ceremony site was described to us by friends and family as a fairy tale site. We could not agree more and are very blessed to commit to each other at the site. The reception hall was everything we dreamed of. The CCR staff took our vision and put it into reality, all the way down to the smallest detail. The staff was extremely accommodating during the entire day and process and are very professional. Our wedding was described by friends and family as the best wedding they have attending because of CCR. What others have described to us as a very stressful time, our wedding planning was stress free because of CCR. The preferred vendors they provided to us were very professional and went above and beyond to take care of us on our special day. The entire process from day one to the wedding day, we could not be more thankful for how it turned out. If we could do the day again, I wouldn’t choose any other venue than CCR. I would without a doubt recommend CCR to any couple that is looking for a fairy tale wedding. We cannot thank CCR enough for such a beautiful venue and professional staff. Cross Creek Ranch is a hidden gem that gave us a fairytale wedding experience, and we could not be happier! We initially looked at having a Disney Fairytale Wedding, but when we found Cross Creek, it felt like a Disney Wedding without the Disney price tag. We got married in the Enchanted Forest and had our reception in the Carriage House Stable. Choosing an all-inclusive venue was the best decision! Everything was handled for us, they had amazing vendors to choose from, and we didn’t have to worry about putting stuff together ourselves and figuring out what to do with it when it was done! We toured with Bonnie, and worked with her initially when signing contracts and everything - she is so, so sweet. Jill was also very helpful in going over everything in the contract with us in detail and answered every question we had about it so we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. Lauren and Lisa were our designers. Lauren definitely understood more of the theme we were going for and made suggestions that wound up using the day of! They were both so easy and nice to work with. We went into the design meeting not knowing what to expect or really what we wanted (other than a general theme) and were afraid we would be overwhelmed by all of the choices, but we worked so quick and they understood everything so clearly that we wound up finishing early! Our coordinator was Holly. We cannot say enough about her! We truly truly loved working with her. She made us feel so calm in our final planning meeting, answered everything at our rehearsal, and was there for us throughout the entire wedding day. She became what felt like part of our family - not just there to assist us. Holly is truly incredible. The rehearsal went so smoothly. Everything was covered in great detail so everyone knew what to expect the day of. My girls and I stayed overnight at the French Country Inn and we loved every second of it. It was so nice to be able to spend the night with my closest friends laughing and having a great time and to know they were just a few steps away if I needed them. It was a great place to stay! The day of, we had a house mom looking after us. I feel so bad because I don’t remember her name and she was absolutely incredible! She was there with tissues, offered to take photos, laughed with us, and helped us through the timeline of the day. The only two complaints that came out of the day were with the Bridal Assistant and a piece of the decorations. I don’t remember her name either, but when it came time for her to help during our portrait photo session she seemed very absent and it took a bit for her to come where we needed her or to understand what we needed. She also was completely lost on how to bustle my dress. Thankfully, I had my sister there and she knew. While it wasn’t an issue, it would have been nice to move a little faster during photos or to have my dress bustled faster to enjoy our alone time in the cottage. We opted to have a “you should be here” table just outside of the ceremony site. When we went to tour everything, it wasn’t set up, so I didn’t get to see it beforehand and it wasn’t ready for our photographers to capture photos of. This posed a slight issue as it wasn’t set up exactly to our liking, but we didn’t know because we didn’t see it so we couldn’t correct it. It also took away from having that moment looking at it ahead of time instead of feeling rushed to look as I walked past just before walking down the aisle.

The most AMAZING wedding venue ever!!! The place is very spacious and very well-maintained, with multiple options for ceremony sites to match your style (all of which are equally beautiful). The fact that it is an all-inclusive venue definitely made the wedding planning much less stressful for us, especially living out of state. The concierge and design team kept in close contact with us the whole time, guiding us throughout the whole wedding process. Alta, the florist, is the sweetest soul we’ve ever met! She took so much time and care to listen to exactly what we wanted for our floral arrangements. From the moment we set eyes on the property and met the amazing team, we already knew this was the perfect venue for us. We felt so taken care of (portable fans and glasses of water provided for us throughout the photoshoot to keep us cool and hydrated, snacks and appetizers catered to us in between the programs to make sure we are fueled and don’t forget to eat, accommodating our request to have a private “first touch/vows/gift exchange” without actually “seeing” each other, giving my groom and I enough time just by ourselves right after the ceremony so we can have a small private moment together before going back to greet our guests, and so much more). There were multiple last-minute changes we requested that they easily accommodated, including squeezing in an additional slot for a toast (my father decided at the very last second that despite his fear of public speaking, he would get up and provide a toast for us 😭). The whole team all worked so hard to make our day so very special. Every little detail so well thought of. We can’t thank Cross Creek Ranch enough for all the love and support we received (Nicole, Alexis, Annika, Lisa, Alta, etc). There’s no other place that could match this venue. We will forever recommend them to everyone we meet!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Cross Creek Ranch. Our daughter was married at the French Country Inn and it was amazing beyond words. Not only is the venue itself absolutely breathtaking (especially with all the gorgeous flowers they included in the grand design of the wedding) but they literally have the best staff in the world! From our initial encounter and property tour through the design meetings and the big day, every single moment was incredible. Our coordinator Valerie was amazing and she and her staff created so many special moments that truly made the day magical. Five stars just doesn’t cover it. Valerie and her team, our awesome DJ, and stellar bartender all went above and beyond to create beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. It was clear throughout our entire experience with Cross Creek that they enjoy what they do. It was evident in every interaction and the wonderful care they took to personalize the day and make it more incredible and special than we ever imagined.
