the process and each one was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Not only did I love working with them, but every other vendor I talked to (photographer, videographer, bakery, etc) lit up when I told them where my wedding was. I'm definitely not the only one who thinks they're great! Crystal, our day-of coordinator, made an effort to know the names of everyone in the wedding party and to understand the vision we had for the day, and it was so helpful! Crystal handled any hiccups we encountered throughout my wedding weekend (like extreme heat bringing the ceremony inside rather than outside as planned) professionally, without drama, and with a smile. Cross Creek Ranch has catering and table decor included in the price of their Reception Package (including flowers for table centerpieces), which was really nice! The catering options are Italian, Mexican, Barbecue, or American (steak/chicken). They also have upgraded options for each (ex. Rudy's is the normal Barbecue option but Hutchins is the upgraded Barbecue option). Table decor was also very easy with Cross Creek. During our planning meeting, they were able to help me translate the "vibe" I wanted into the actual plans (choosing flowers, table linens, centerpiece hardware, etc). The one thing I will advise: CCR handles so much for you that you don't have to get there so early and as such, you have access to the property starting 3 hours before your ceremony time. That freaked me out a bit when I was first planning a timeline for the day-of, but it was plenty of time for us (we even had extra time before the ceremony!). If it makes you nervous like it did with me, ask CCR or your other vendors for their recommendations on how to fit everything in your timeline! I genuinely cannot recommend Cross Creek Ranch enough!!

They met any and all expectations I had, and then blew those expectations out of the water, ensuring that not only all of our requests were met, but any unexpected issues (like my necklace breaking, a press-on nail popping off unexpectedly, and my groom misplacing his shirt) were taken care of so quickly and efficiently, it was like they never happened at all! I absolutely recommend this team of superheroes and their venue, not only is it wonderful to start with, their decor and personalized touches really brought the wedding to the next level.

They continuously make improvements, as we saw great updates during the year from the tour to our wedding day. They were extremely communicative throughout the process and were so beyond ‘on it’ on our wedding day. Everything went so smoothly and if it didn’t myself and my guests certainly weren’t aware. We’ve had multiple people tell us this was one of the best weddings they’ve been to, and I give a lot of the credit to Cross Creek. They answered all our questions and guided us in the right direction. It was a beautiful day I will never forget and I couldn’t recommend Cross Creek enough.

The property is absolutely beautiful in all seasons and so many areas to get some great photos! Seriously, just so happy we chose CCR! We recommend this venue to anyone looking!! We purchased their all inclusive package which included various decor including table centerpieces, catering, day of coordination, and more and I could not be happier with how our day went thanks to their amazing staff. Our day of coordinator Crystal was literally super woman - she handled everything from start to finish and knew the answers to our questions before we even asked them!! Not to mention, she and everyone else at CCR are the kindest and most supportive people ever. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, so book with them if you have the chance!!!

She kept everything running smoothly and was just a fun person to be in contact with. The location is beautiful. Unfortunately it rained on our wedding day but having an inside wedding was great. They were able to flip the room so fast! I got so many compliments on the wedding and need to give all the credit to the staff at CCR. I went to their open house and found most of my other vendors. It was so simple to have people that know the venue and the people that work there often. They have vendors that work with cross creek so frequently that it made even less work for me. I cant say enough good things about this venue. They were simply amazing!! Also don’t shy away from doing a December wedding. It was so pretty with the Christmas trees and lights. We just loved it!

They were very detailed and made sure my daughter got every detail she desired for her wedding. Cross Creek Ranch by far has one the most beautiful venues we have seen…from the bridal and grooms cabins to the beautiful outside wedding areas full of trees to the beautiful barn where we had the reception. The bridge is definitely one of our favorite features! Their wedding day was simply unimaginable…it was so beautiful and every detail of the reception was GORGEOUS! I think I cried at seeing it all come together! Moreover, they are structured so you don’t have to think or worry about anything. It rained and they pivoted so gracefully to shelter the ceremony. It was romantic and washed away any worry I may have had for it turning out beautiful - it was even more magic because of the rain!! They just pull it all together, provide you with a list of great vendors who work well together. I used an outside caterer because I am vegan and they worked it all out without me worrying about a thing. I will be back to renew my vows here - it was so special and perfect. I am so so grateful to them. It’s not just the place, but the people on the team that make it magic!

Let’s face it, it’s one of the biggest days of your life so there’s going to be stress. So here’s my tip for you brides out there: Let CCR take off some of that stress for you! They will not disappoint!! Shout out to Crystal!! From day one when we visited the venue she made us feel comfortable. Her personality made it easy to talk to her and her expertise had us at ease, with excitement to take on this next chapter of our lives. Anytime we had questions or concerns, we could call or email and someone from the team would reply same day, within reason. I had pieced visions of what I wanted for certain aspects of our wedding but I wasn’t sure how everything would tie in together. Especially since I couldn’t find pictures of what I wanted. I don’t know how Crystal did it, but she took all my bits and pieces and just knew what I was trying to accomplish AND THEN made it 100x better! The venue was gorgeous: just beautifully coated with the perfect arrangement of winter greenery and florals, custom garland, centerpieces, and decor. It was more than I could have ever dreamed of! They were flexible with the weather. Prepared to take it indoors, if needed, and they did a great job at playing it by ear with the guests as the weather started to get colder. We did the chicken and steak dinner and it was delicious!! Our leftover passed Hors D'oeuvre we’re brought in for the reception and beautifully placed. CCR had easels/stands for our favors, signs, and guest book and memory tables. That alone made it so much easier than needing to haul that stuff in. We got so many compliments on the decor and the food. I can’t speak enough to the amazing experience we had!!

was so overwhelming I put off the wedding for years! Then I came across Cross Creek Ranch and I loved the idea of an all inclusive venue. They literally made this SO easy and seamless- we had one planning meeting to pick out details and that took maybe an hour. Heather and Crystal are top notch at what they do! They went above and beyond at every turn and were always quick to respond when I had questions leading up to the big day. Crystal was my day of coordinator and YALL… when I say she is a rockstar, I mean it in every sense of the word! She not only made sure everyone stayed on schedule and things moved along smoothly, she also made sure I had a plate of what food I wanted along with what I wanted to drink already at my table when we made our entrance into the reception. My bustle on my dress broke and she was there to save me- literally went back into her office and made a make shift bustle with safety pins so I was still able to dance all night without anymore wardrobe malfunctions. The team at Cross Creek will no doubt make sure that your day and night is one to remember forever and always- as it should be! If I could give ten stars I would! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
