We regretfully hired Cross Key Coach to transport my 101-year-old grandmother and her caretaker to my wedding, held one hour away. Having emphasized the importance of her safety and timely arrival (they are located in her town!), we were assured a top, experienced driver.
Unfortunately, this was not the case. A new, untrained driver unfamiliar with the area was assigned. Despite my grandmother living just a few doors down from their office, the driver inexplicably went 45 minutes out of the way due to faulty GPS reliance. This resulted in a pick-up delay exceeding 45 minutes. On their way to the wedding he also go lost, causing our wedding ceremony to be postponed for over an hour to accommodate her arrival. This delay impacted all our guests who had to wait for the ceremony to begin and other wedding events, like cocktail hour and the reception, being shortened.
To add insult to injury, the driver who waited during the wedding was a smoker and smoked in the car while waiting, though it's apparently "not allowed" per Cross Key policy. This meant my grandmother endured a smoke-filled car ride home, a serious health hazard for someone her age.
While Cross Key issued a refund, it does not come close to compensating for the immense emotional distress caused to our family and my grandmother. There was more financial loses due to the wedding being shortened and us not getting the full experience we paid for at the venue. This company's negligence significantly impacted our wedding day and displayed a complete disregard for the specific needs we communicated.

The day after our wedding, I dropped the ball and forgot to schedule our transportation from our wedding night hotel to our mini moon. When I called I did not expect them to be able to accommodate such a last minute request, but Fran arranged for a driver to pick us up in less than two hours to get us to our destination. Absolutely incredible customer service. Both drivers were so friendly as well.

I received an email indicating under trip routing information, both pick ups and drops offs for both locations and it even listed the times. Directly underneath the routing information it quoted a base charge fee, a service fee (20%), and then the total (I would include a copy of the quote if I could attach it). I sent an email back in response, waited a week, but never heard back from them. I then called on two separate dates, spoke with a woman, and was advised that they would have to call me back. I waited two more days and finally called again. I reached Don again and went over the quote with him, only this time he advised that it was twice the amount of the quote indicating that the fee on the quote is only for one pick up and drop off trip, not two. I advised that the quote mentions all the pick ups & drop offs with the amount right underneath. He advised that whoever typed the quote made a mistake. So after attempting to reach them back for quite sometime, when I finally reach them, they advise my quote is not correct. I would be afraid to do business with them.

In addition, I was able to use to bus to pick up guest at the hotel and bring them to the reception and back. Our driver Joe was the BEST!! The cost I selected includes the limo for the wedding party and then have the bus transport the guest and return them/us to the hotel after the wedding. The cost for just the limo for the wedding party was very reasonable!
