d disrupt your important events.
We regretfully hired Cross Key Coach to transport my 101-year-old grandmother and her caretaker to my wedding, held one hour away. Having emphasized the importance of her safety and timely arrival (they are located in her town!), we were assured a top, experienced driver.
Unfortunately, this was not the case. A new, untrained driver unfamiliar with the area was assigned. Despite my grandmother living just a few doors down from their office, the driver inexplicably went 45 minutes out of the way due to faulty GPS reliance. This resulted in a pick-up delay exceeding 45 minutes. On their way to the wedding he also go lost, causing our wedding ceremony to be postponed for over an hour to accommodate her arrival. This delay impacted all our guests who had to wait for the ceremony to begin and other wedding events, like cocktail hour and the reception, being shortened.
To add insult to injury, the driver who waited during the wedding was a smoker and smoked in the car while waiting, though it's apparently "not allowed" per Cross Key policy. This meant my grandmother endured a smoke-filled car ride home, a serious health hazard for someone her age.
While Cross Key issued a refund, it does not come close to compensating for the immense emotional distress caused to our family and my grandmother. There was more financial loses due to the wedding being shortened and us not getting the full experience we paid for at the venue. This company's negligence significantly impacted our wedding day and displayed a complete disregard for the specific needs we communicated.
Communication went very well and everything went smoothly!
I can’t recommend this business enough! I spoke with Fran on the phone several times through my process of booking and she has been kind and patient each time. The communication he...
re is fantastic. The day of our wedding, our driver arrived on time and rolled out the red carpet. It was such a sweet touch. The day after our wedding, I dropped the ball and forgot to schedule our transportation from our wedding night hotel to our mini moon. When I called I did not expect them to be able to accommodate such a last minute request, but Fran arranged for a driver to pick us up in less than two hours to get us to our destination. Absolutely incredible customer service. Both drivers were so friendly as well.
Very nice and Clean vehicles! The drivers were all so nice too!
Cross Keys Coach was wonderful. They were on-time, easy to work with, and fully met our expectations for our wedding day. Fran is one of the nicest and most helpful people we have ...

Crossed Keys Coach arrived on time and in alignment with my contract. I had two, very minor, problems. I was supposed to have the red carpet and champagne package with my limo, nei...
ther of which were provided. Also, when the bus showed up at the end of the night to take my guests home, the driver advised me that he was only scheduled for one trip, when my paperwork clearly stated two. He obviously ran the two trips and didn’t give me any trouble, but there was a miscalculation at some point. Overall, a professional company with a few hiccups!
Elliot was fantastic. His was very professional and patient during our interaction with him. Elliot carried our bags from the facility to the vehicle and onto our front porch. Our ...
ride was very safe and enjoyable, my wife and I made the best decision to hire CrossKeys Limousine. Fran is the best at what she does, she is the reason our interaction with the company was extra special.

driver. He navigated Old City and Center City Philadelphia with ease and got us to every location on time. The atmosphere of the bus was great and we had plenty of space to spread out even at max capacity.

I contacted Cross Keys Coach and spoke with Don who emailed me a quote for my daughter's wedding. They were supposed to pick up at the hotel and take people a mile away to the we...
dding site, making 2-3 trips. Then come back after the wedding and bring people back to the hotel, making 2-3 trips. I received an email indicating under trip routing information, both pick ups and drops offs for both locations and it even listed the times. Directly underneath the routing information it quoted a base charge fee, a service fee (20%), and then the total (I would include a copy of the quote if I could attach it). I sent an email back in response, waited a week, but never heard back from them. I then called on two separate dates, spoke with a woman, and was advised that they would have to call me back. I waited two more days and finally called again. I reached Don again and went over the quote with him, only this time he advised that it was twice the amount of the quote indicating that the fee on the quote is only for one pick up and drop off trip, not two. I advised that the quote mentions all the pick ups & drop offs with the amount right underneath. He advised that whoever typed the quote made a mistake. So after attempting to reach them back for quite sometime, when I finally reach them, they advise my quote is not correct. I would be afraid to do business with them.

s Keys Coach was very kind, caring and catered to our needs. We were traveling in a group of twelve, including two infants and two elementary aged children. Our driver on the way to the airport, Mark, was awesome! He made it a little easier to travel at 3:30 am. The limo bus was clean and perfect for the amount of people we had. Our driver for the return trip was Chris, and I can’t say enough about how patient he was with our large group. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Cross Keys Coach for making this memorable vacation even better!

professional our drivers were. Mark helped us out in so many ways, including helping grandmothers fix their corsages, helping the guys put on their boutonnieres and drying the bouquets! They also worked with our photographers, videographers and maitre d to coordinate our arrivals and drop offs. The limos themselves were the perfect size, everyone was comfortable.
Can't say enough about this awesome company. So professional - sent us a detailed itinerary and followed up to ensure accuracy. Our driver, Mark, totally exceeded our expectations....
Had cups of ice water ready for us as we walked back down the aisle, literally worked with our photographers to help with photos, helped the groomsmen, etc. I had a long train on my dress and he helped with that also. He stayed with us the whole time and was willing to help with anything. You seriously need to book with this company! Super impressed!

The drivers arrived early and had to wait an hour for us until my entire bridal party was ready to go. They coordinated with my amazing photographer in order to get my photos done and start my wedding ceremony in time. Everything worked out smoothly and our drivers were so patient and polite. I would definitely use Cross Keys Coach again and recommend them to my friends!

l and extremely helpful and like a personal assistant to the bride. The bridal party girls all loved him. (Forgive me for not remembering his name as I accidentally deleted the email with it on it.) The great limo experience was just another factor in making that wonderful day that much more wonderful. Kudos to your driver and company for a job well done and very satisfied customer who would recommend you to others. Also very reasonably priced. - Joy S
Cross Keys Limo was a pleasure to work with! We rented a limo bus for our large bridal party. I would recommend this service to local brides. Reasonable & Reliable!
Very punctual. Stuck to my schedule. Had a red carpet rolled out for me at the wedding. Inexpensive but great value.

e to them I knew they were the vendor for me. The limo bus was very clean and comfortable. Driver arrived on time and took wonderful care of us. In addition, I was able to use to bus to pick up guest at the hotel and bring them to the reception and back. Our driver Joe was the BEST!! The cost I selected includes the limo for the wedding party and then have the bus transport the guest and return them/us to the hotel after the wedding. The cost for just the limo for the wedding party was very reasonable!
