Founded in 2025 by lighting designer Preston Cross, Cross Lighting & Audio Solutions was born from a lifelong passion for theatrical design and live event production. Preston earned his BFA in Theatrical Production Design from Belmont University and spent years working with event production companies in Nashville, Austin, and Birmingham before launching his own company. Today, the team collaborates closely with couples to bring their wedding visions to life through thoughtful design, professional execution, and attention to every detail.

- Preston CrossCEO, Head of Design & IntegrationPreston has been a lighting designer since he was a child, carrying his passion for theatrical design from grade school through his collegiate career at Belmont University, where he graduated in 2022 with a BFA in Theatrical Production Design. He began working in events in 2019 as a technician and, over the years, worked his way up to designing large-scale installations for conventions and major concerts. While he loves creating impactful experiences for large events, weddings hold a special place in his heart because they allow him to bring each couple’s unique vision to life in a personal and meaningful way.
