I am the most anxious indecisive person you have ever met. My mom and and grandma had passed away and I felt so lost as a bride. The moment I met Francesca all my fears and worries went away. She is the best person on the planet and planner. I have friends with million dollar weddings whose planners treat them disrespectfully and don’t give them the attention they need, so that leads me to say Francesca is a billion dollar wedding planner, best decision I’ve ever made. Do youreeelf a favor and hire her.
Francesca is amazing, there aren't words great enough to describe how wonderful she was to work with or how beautiful and flawless my wedding was. It was the perfect day. She handled the tiniest of details and was so creative in finding ways to make our wedding tailored perfectly to us. She went above and beyond in all regards. She is extremely professional to work with and gets the job done no matter what. She is def someone you want in your corner in this crazy expensive industry, she has a laundry list of experience in all corners of events. Her team was also great and fun to work with. Can't wait for my next event to work with Cross Street again.
I can’t begin to describe how killer Francesca was for our wedding. We hired her for day-of coordination, but she scheduled a few quick pre-planning calls with us prior to get an idea of where we were at and what our vision was. These were so helpful in 1) making sure we were on schedule with planning, 2) make sure she had an idea of what our vision was and 3) assist her in making our day of schedule (she even had ideas we hadn’t thought of to make our day go smoother based on what our vision was).
She is incredible at commanding a room and this showed during rehearsal. She kept everyone focused and was clear about what would be most efficient for our day.
On our wedding day she was amazing at ensuring we (bride and groom) were not bothered with the little things, padded the schedule so when we were slightly behind we were still on schedule, and had an answer to every problem (there weren’t many since the coordination had gone so well, but when my bustle was failing she was quickly at my side pinning it back up with her day-of emergency kit).
These are just a few things to mention of many, but my #1 priority was to make sure we and our families weren’t bothered with the day-of details, and my mom still (1.5 months later) calls me to rave about how Francesca and her team were on top of every single aspect and she (and myself) and zero stresses and concerns.
I would hire Francesca again for any event in a heartbeat. Her extensive knowledge of events (not only weddings) allows her to provide the professional advice and suggestions from experience which was so helpful for someone (me) who has never planned in her (my) life.

Francesca was AMAZING! I knew from the moment I spoke with her that we would work so well together. We hired her as our day-of coordinator, and she handled the production schedule, logistics-related coordination wth the vendors, and made sure EVERYTHING operated smoothly on our wedding day. She truly listened to every word that was being said and handled all event-day hiccups without a hitch. We didn’t have any bridal or groomsmen parties for our wedding, so I truly appreciated all the help with the outfit changes and cues. She and her associate even made sure I was fed and had what I needed. Cross Street Events was truly the G O A T (Greatest of all time).
Outstanding experience from start to finish. The attention to detail and having well thought out weather contingencies (without adding stress to the bride and groom) was amazing . . . some things just can't be controlled . . . Mother Nature did her best to dampen spirits during the outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Not a chance with Francesca onsite! The Cross Street Events team stepped into action: relocated the ceremony and cocktail hour - no problem! Additional heaters in a snap and relocating reception tables to protect guests from the weather - no problem! We're looking forward to working with Cross Street on future events!
Working with Francesca and Cross Street Events took an immense load of stress off of our planning process in the months leading up to our wedding. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are second to none. We initially thought we could get by without hiring a planner, but I cannot even begin to imagine how that would have worked out.
Francesca ensured everything ran smoothly from vendor coordination, to timeline prep, all the way down to making sure we didn't forget to pack anything. I can't thank Cross Street Events enough for all their hard work and support through our special day.

Cross Street Events was such an amazing help throughout our entire wedding process. Francesca was there for us from the second we started planning the wedding until the moment we left our wedding. She is incredibly knowledgeable and sociable. But most importantly... she gets stuff done! We couldn't have asked for a better event planner for our special day.

There are not enough amazing things to say about Francesca! She consistently went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect. With the Cross Street team by our side we did not worry once on the day of our wedding, because we knew they were on top of everything. The ability to listen to what you want and execute it perfectly relieved so much stress leading up to the wedding. Not one of my vendors was left asking questions, because Francesca was so organized and had everything answered before they could even ask. She anticipates the unexpected, pays attention to every single detail and is incredible at organizing multiple vendors. I would recommend Cross Street over and over for any event!
She truly does it ALL. Francesca alleviated all of the stressful nitty gritty details that go into planning a wedding all while designing and producing an incredible event beyond all my expectations! She took the charge on all vendor communication, day of timelines, bridal party coordination, design details and decisions and SO much more! My experience with Cross Street Events couldn’t have gone better. Even all of my vendors agreed! Francesca is organized, authoritative (when she needs to be!), and has a keen eye for design aesthetic. I highly recommend her if you’re trying to plan the event of your dreams!
