Our day was truly perfect and more magical than we ever could have imagined. Every detail came together so beautifully, and the entire team made the experience feel seamless from start to finish. We were able to just enjoy every moment knowing we were in such great hands. A huge thank you to Kyle, Jessica, Danielle, Lily, Madeline, and everyone else we had the pleasure of working with along the way. We are so grateful for all of the time, care, and attention that went into making our wedding everything we dreamed of and more. It was the very first venue we visited, and after meeting Katherine and touring the property, we knew it was the one. We toured the estate several more times with family, our wedding planner, and during different seasons before booking. We envisioned a garden ceremony, beautiful getting-ready spaces, parking for our 150 guests, and shuttle access. Crossed Keys checked every box. We also reserved 11 rooms at the Crossed Keys Inn for family and our wedding party, making it the perfect place to host our rehearsal dinner and welcome party on June 25, 2026. Having everyone together in one location made the entire weekend effortless and enjoyable. Our garden ceremony and farmhouse reception on June 26, 2026, were beyond anything we imagined. Katherine and her incredible team, including Jessica of Crossed Keys Design, brought our vision to life with exceptional attention to detail. Every aspect of the weekend was flawlessly executed. Katherine's preferred vendor list was invaluable. Every recommendation was vetted, familiar with the venue, and wonderful to work with. Throughout the planning process, Katherine was responsive, thoughtful, and always willing to share her expertise, making wedding planning feel seamless. The getting-ready suites were beautiful, and our guests are still talking about the food. From our rehearsal dinner and welcome party to the cocktail hour and reception stations, every meal was exceptional and the service was outstanding. One of our favorite surprises was having Kristine Greer capture content throughout the weekend for Crossed Keys Estate and for us. Receiving beautifully edited videos almost immediately after each event allowed us to relive those special moments and share them with family and friends on social media especially loved ones who couldn't attend. It was such a meaningful and memorable touch. From our first tour to our last dance, the Crossed Keys team made us feel like family. Their warmth, professionalism, organization, and genuine care created an unforgettable experience that exceeded every expectation. If we could do it all over again, we would choose Crossed Keys Estate in a heartbeat. To any couple considering this venue: don't overthink the cost, distance, or anything else. for us, without a doubt. The grounds are breathtaking, like you’re in a fairytale. It’s has such a unique look and aesthetic, unlike any other venue I’ve ever seen - It’s not your typical ballroom nor your typical rustic venue. From the tall window reception room, to the greenhouse cocktail hour with the cool light fixtures, to the meticulously groomed gardens, to the huge playhouse where the bridesmaids get ready, to the groom men house with the golf putt, every corner of the estate is beautiful. But this is just the beginning, the people working there and the service provided is unmatched. It’s a family owned business and you really feel like you’re part of the family throughout the process. Katherine’s warm demeanor during our tour sealed the deal, and that was just the beginning of the warmth. The whole team was friendly and communicative and paid attention to every detail of your planning. The floral team led by Jess was extraordinary, the way they can take your vision and bring it to life. Having the floral team in house was not only convenient but was also more talented than any vendor we could have outsourced. Everyone at the wedding was floored when they saw the flowers on the wedding day, they couldn’t even believe that they were real! Another thing guests could not stop talking about was the food, every person said this was the best wedding food they’ve ever had, even the very picky eaters. Every single food was perfectly prepared/displayed and delicious - from the cocktail hour stations to the hors d’oeuvres to the dinner to the dessert (excellent affogato station!). We also loved that instead of having a “tasting” day for just the couple like most venues do, they threw a huge party for all the couples getting married that year to come taste the food - getting to have that guest experience of being part of cocktail hour and reception. The preferred vendors the suggested were all incredible and reliable. The staff that handled the day-of events, like Kyle the Maitr’d and Danielle Palmieri the venue coordinator and Kristine the content creator, made everything feel flawless so that we can have the best day of our lives. It’s crazy how many people told us this was the best wedding they have ever been to, and we could not agree more that it was the most perfect day and wedding we could have ever dreamed of. Truly a real life fairytale come to life. Forever reliving this day. 100/100
