tiful but the size of the room is perfect for your guests to be all in one room. The conference room on the side and also has the bridal room is so helpful. We didn't have any issues finding a caterer and rentals to bring into the room. Since we had to bring in all vendors we were able to design everything for our wedding exactly how we dreamed it to be. I'm so glad we selected Nocatee for our reception, I wouldn't change anything from that day.

We went to book our wedding in October 2014, and the only available date they had left on a Saturday in the fall was 9/26/2015, unless I wanted something closer to the holidays. They book up extremely fast, so book early!! The only complaint I really would have is if your looking for a venue to set-up/clean-up this would not be the place.. unless you pay the extra fees. One fee is set-up (setting up tables and chairs only for inside) and if you want chairs outside that's an additional fee. If it rains and you rent their chairs outside you will not receive your money back for those chair rentals. Luckily, it was perfect weather on our wedding day. Another $250 fee is clean-up. Where they will pick the tables and chairs up, vacuum, clean bathrooms, etc. If you do not pay that fee you are expected to do that. We paid for both set-up fees and clean-up fee, but my mother and aunts stayed to pick up all my decorations after the reception. The only other thing I didn't really particularly care for was since they are a popular venue a lot of people book on Friday which meant we had to do our rehearsal with our wedding party on a night earlier in the week and have our rehearsal dinner still on that Friday. It would have been nice to have it all on the same night. Otherwise, I loved the venue and working with Tina was extremely easy!! Our pictures turned out beautiful and I'm happy with our selection!!!

of the other girls (as well as the workers on the day of) were so helpful and accommodating and easy to work with. Everything was perfect on the day of! We did the optional set up and clean up as well as using their tables and chairs and it saved us money and time in the end. Definitely recommend this amazing venue!

in list of vendors. You're basically only paying for the space and it's nice to be able to price shop. One of my only complaints was that the address listed on the website took some of my guests on a tour around Nocatee that wasn't expected. Just make sure you're clear on the invite and offer driving directions!

I would recommend getting a dance floor and putting it in the center of the room if you can afford it because I found at the reception I felt like I was on a stage up front by the fireplace and it wasn't quite big enough for my guest I had 130. I had the ceremony-outside and reception inside and it went very smoothly.

day they are the sweetest and easiest people to work with! The Brides room was so amazing and beautiful! You can rent the lawn and the hall for the whole day (8am-12pm) and have access to many places for pictures. I am beyond pleased with the service and the venue!

ons. Tina works with all of the brides and I can honestly say she was great to work with. She answered all of my questions and even helped my mother in law come up with a back up plan in case it rained. The ceremony on the Green was perfect and inside Crosswater Hall made for the perfect reception. I also loved that I got to bring in all of my own vendors, that meant I got to have my day exactly how I had envisioned it. I would recommend it to anyone.

last minute planning, (Booking literaly two weeks before the wedding). She was so kind to let use the lawn for the ceremony since initially I was not going to be able to set up until late in the day. (I didn't use the lawn since it was so hot and of course the potential chance of rain was not great idea, but it is a beautiful spot for brides have a Spring/Fall/Winter wedding). Last minute, she was able to give me great news and said I could get in early which was perfect. The Seabreeze Conference room was great to have my wedding party get ready and had a beautiful bride's room as well. Crosswater Hall is absolutely stunning and is perfect for a small to medium size wedding. They set up everything and cleaned up with a minimal charge, which was worth it to not have to worry about it. The grounds surrounding the hall is are beautiful and perfect for wedding pictures. I received so many compliments on how stunning the venue was. The best part for me was the fireplace and the exposed beams with chandiliers.

There is very little decorating the place due to its natural beauty.
