We booked her for a 60-day management package along with help for our welcome party, and it was exactly what we needed. I had already done most of the planning myself, but having Jillian step in during the final stretch was a game changer. She coordinated directly with our vendors, helped build out a detailed timeline (including working closely with our photographer), and made sure everything was in place leading up to the big day. She is incredibly organized and uses Google Docs and planning worksheets to keep everything streamlined from tracking décor items to outlining setup and breakdown responsibilities. On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly that if there were any issues, I genuinely have no idea because they handled it all. Her team executed our ceremony and reception setup exactly how I envisioned, if not better. They were also unbelievably efficient with teardown and packing everything up- like literally everything was organized so well, which made loading out that night and the next morning so easy for us. I’m so impressed with their team and would highly recommend Crown and Harmony. If you’re someone who enjoys planning but needs support closer to the wedding, the 60-day management package is perfect.

I wanted someone to be in my brain, see my vision, and execute the little things without me having to call all the shots and make all the decisions. Jillian and her team (special shoutout to Barbie) were absolutely amazing. Each team member brought professionalism, kindness, warmth, patience, decisiveness, and good vibes. Jillian helped us 60 days out with lots of little and big decisions. We can’t recommend Crown & Harmony enough! Our day was seamless, fun, and we were able to be fully present because of them. 

an, I told her I wanted to be stress free on our wedding day. I did not want to set up or see our reception space until after our ceremony and I put all my faith in her to make my vision come to life. SO WORTH IT. When we finally got to see our reception space done, I cried tears of joy for how amazing it turned out. Every single thing I asked for them to do, they took it and made it better. Also, if anything went wrong, we didn’t know about it and everything was handled from beginning to end. It allowed us to fully enjoy our day. Worth every single penny and I would hire them over and over again. Thank you Crown & Harmony!!!!

e fully prepared for that, but the honest truth is that thanks to Jillian our day was literally perfect. The timeline she helped create was perfectly paced so we stayed on schedule all day, she had communicated with vendors leading up to the day so everyone was set up for success, and probably most impressive, our venue only had about about 2 hours to get all of our ceremony and reception decor unloaded and in place, and the spaces looked FLAWLESS.  I’m a super organized person who was on the fence about whether I needed some kind of planner or coordinator for our day, as I was confident I could manage it — to my fellow type A brides: hire Jillian. I was able to fully be present and enjoy my day instead of worrying about any logistics because I knew Jillian had everything handled.

Any time I needed anything, she took care of it right away! Having a day of coordinator is definitely worth the investment
