We used Crown Coordination services to help plan our wedding. We met with Courtney via phone call for several planning meetings, and then closer to our event she looped in Hillary, who was our day-of person there at the venue on our wedding day.... First of all, Hillary freakin nailed it. She got to our venue late morning, and she immediately got to work and didn’t stop until the end of the night. She was polite, helpful, and hard working. She did a fabulous job setting up décor, helping us pack up gifts, cleaning the tables at the end of the night, saving our cake top, etc. She picked up our floral arrangements from Wegmans on her way in, and we handed off our payment and gratuity envelopes to her and she took charge of distributing them. She probably did a hundred other things we didn’t even see. My husband and I did not have to worry about any logistics, set up, or be bothered by any issues that came up during the day, and it was amazing. Prior to the wedding, Courtney helped our planning process with a detailed event document we worked on together, which I appreciated because it helped us focus in on what decisions needed to be made (order of events, song choices, who was involved with what, etc). There are so many details you don’t necessarily even think of that you need to consider. They also reached out to all our vendors to make sure the timing and set up were coordinated. We would highly recommend Crown Coordination services if you are interested in having a wedding day that you can fully enjoy, and not have to sweat the many details that go into event planning and execution! Well worth it!
