This venue is incredible. When i walked in the first time I knew it was the place we wanted for our wedding. They have space for not only the reception but the wedding service and ...
the cocktail hour. One of our requirements was that we have everything in one place so that no one would have to drive from place to place. It rained that day and it just solidified our choice to not have any part of our day outside.
The staff and management were incredible to work with.
Thank you for all you did to make our day special.
Bay Gourmet is a great choice for a caterer for your wedding! Sarah absolutely wonderful to work with, and she had us try multiple foods she hadn't catered before we were requestin...
g for our Indian and Southern fusion wedding. Right up until our day she helped us make our menu perfect. Food was fantastic, a month out we are still getting compliments on our wedding and how tasty the food was and how creative it was to see chana masala and fried catfish and grits served right next to each other!
The Crown Hall was the perfect venue for the ceremony and the reception. They handled the flip with no problem and guests were all distracted by the delicious food they didn't even...
notice. It was so convenient having the cater and the venue together. It made things run so smoothly on the day of the wedding. They answered all my questions and even offered suggestions of how couples in the best used the space. They were so helpful with anything and everything. I was never once worried or stressed after choosing Crown Hall.

ng ahead of time and work with the chef to build the perfect menu for our event. Additionally, working with their coordinator Ella was great. She was super prompt and professional in answering any calls, emails, or questions that we had. We were able to view our venue multiple times leading up to our big day and sit down with staff to create the floor plan and overall design of how our reception would flow. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and venue for my reception and will recommend Crown Hall for any bride looking for a stress free, beautiful wedding or reception.

had brunch/breakfast foods and it was a huge hit! My family and friends are still talking about how good the food was. Sarah has a stunning venue and a awesome team that works there. You will not be disappointed!
Bay Gourmet is simply the best caterer in Alabama. Food for our wedding was the most important piece. We did not want a sit down dinner, but we also did not want a buffet. Sarah an...
d Susan brought my vision to life with unique stations. We did a grits station, carving station, charcuterie board station, grilled oyster station, and a raw seafood bar. They also had passed appetizers during cocktail hour. At the end of the night we finished with gourmet grilled cheeses and beignet fries. The food was unreal. People are still calling me to tell me how wonderful it was. They did not just achieve my vision for the wedding, they far surpassed it. They did both our rehearsal and reception. The staff is personable and kind. I truly cannot say enough great things about Bay Gourmet. If you are looking for a caterer, this is the best by far. Susan and Jamie coordinated my events and they were wonderful. Thank you Bay Gourmet!!!!

job day of. We added oysters to our menu and they were a hit! After the wedding, they sent a basket with all of the food and a bottle of champagne for my husband and I to enjoy. I would definitely recommend Bay Gourmet for your catering needs.

pricing was fair, considering the service and the amount of absolutely delicious food they provide! Susan and the other team members that worked our reception were AMAZING and incredibly helpful; really going above and beyond to help in any way. We are so appreciative of everything they did to make our day extra special and stress free. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any type of event. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful the food was!

still receiving compliments on how delicious our food was. They have such amazing and fun options that are specific to the South. My husband is from New Orleans, and for late night snacks, Sarah made the most amazing beignet fries. The mashed potato bar was to die for, and I am still craving the mini crabcakes. If you want delcious foo and stress-free entertaining, I'd highly recommend Sarah and Bay Gourmet!

I am so happy I went with Bay Gourmet! We had a heavy hors d'oeuvres dinner and it was so fabulous. The setup is beautiful - all nice silver serving dishes with lovely arrangements...
of cheese crackers, rolls, etc. Everything was very pleasing to the eye. The food was outrageously delicious - I got so many compliments after the wedding!
My favorite thing about them (besides delicious food) was their service. I will say their communication is probably not the best (though I almost exclusively communicated via email, so maybe that's why), but the day of, they were on top of everything. My husband and I went up to our honeymoon suite with our photographer immediately after the ceremony to take a few pictures and the caterer had already brought up a spread of food on multiple little plates. There were servings of everything, so we didn't miss out on the food! Then, after the reception, when we got to our room, she had brought up a basket with more little servings of everything, including cake!
The caterer cut the cake without charging a cake cutting fee. She also provided a champagne bucket for us. In addition, she was very flexible - I made a change to the menu about 3 days before and she didn't mind at all.
Bay Gourmet did an AWESOME job at my wedding. They are a small company and they are hands on. Both owners showed up and served at my wedding. They cooked food for the entire tim...
e of the reception and sent us home with tons of food. Everything was delicious, especially the grits and grillades and oysters on the half shell. All of our family and friends have been raving at how wonderful the food was! We will definitely use them for other functions in the future!
