We used Crown Limousine for our wedding night transportation and it was one of the best decisions we made! The Crown Limo team is incredibly responsive to messages and flexible with changes. Our driver arrived on time during a stormy night and made sure we stayed dry by covering us with umbrellas as we entered the vehicle. The Escalade SUV was clean and felt VIP. The driver also helped us load all of our bags. I highly recommend Crown Limo and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

as we got. Here we are 2 weeks before my wedding and I received an email from them saying we are giving you a free upgrade to a 30 passenger BUS. I said no thank you. I do not want to show up at my wedding in a bus, I don't care how it looks, a bus is a bus. Well the next email said the truth. The limousine that was promised to us, months ago, is not in service and all they have to offer us is a BUS or a refund. So now with everything else that happens 2 wks before a wedding, I need to find a new company with an available limo. With that said, stay away from people who bait and switch on you

sive or required minimum hours just for a point-to-point service. We had to adjust our pick up time a few days before the wedding and that was a quick phone call and no extra charge with a confirmation email sent right away. The driver arrived on time and the sprinter van was clean, spacious, and there was a plastic wall divider between the driver's area and the rest of the van for safety purposes. I would use their services again and recommend to others to use them as well.

I travel a bit for work and will likley use their pick up service again (although I doubt the boss will spring for a stretch!) Bottom line - I absolutely recommend them.

The driver was very friendly, knowledgable, safe, and professional. He assured us that we would be taken care of and had nothing to worry about regarding any part of the transportation.
The limo was exceptional! it was clean, big, and maintained. They even provided refreshments inside.
I am very happy with the quality of service we received from Crown Limousine and would definitely recommend them.

The car has arrived to us perfectly net, brightly glinted in the sun, was very magnificent, capacious and convenient. We were located in it with the big company, when drove through the city and photographed. In a limousine there was a champagne which we drank when rode, and it has even more lightened us mood. The driver also was very tidy, in a beautiful suit and cheerful. With it our trip was just unforgettable. Also in this company we ordered a limousine for our guests, who came from other cities. They were happy with a trip. In the future we will address to the same company.

Had a great experience overall and am glad that we decided to use a limo and shuttle service.
