Fantastic experience through and through! From the moment we inquired about a shuttle for our wedding, Sergio was extremely quick to respond. He was on top of it from the beginning and we felt like we were in great hands. On the day of, I received information on who my driver was and a phone call when they arrived. The shuttle also looked great - our guests loved it! Highly recommend!

The sales team answered all our questions quick before we booked and even after. The driver arrived on time and was very helpful throughout the service. The limo was clean and well kept. The cost for the service provided was worth it.

We booked Crown to transport our wedding party from the hotel to the venue. The process was quick and easy from inquiry to booking. Other companies we inquired were much more expensive or required minimum hours just for a point-to-point service. We had to adjust our pick up time a few days before the wedding and that was a quick phone call and no extra charge with a confirmation email sent right away. The driver arrived on time and the sprinter van was clean, spacious, and there was a plastic wall divider between the driver's area and the rest of the van for safety purposes. I would use their services again and recommend to others to use them as well.

Loved this limo company! We had less than a week to find a transportation and they were responsive, quick and communicated excellent! Would book them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to all.

I loved the service provided by Crown Limousine L. A. Best chofer ever! Leo arrived on time, very professional and completely flexible to our needs. We celebrated my sister’s bachelorette party this pass weekend and we truly enjoyed ourselves comfortably inside the limousine.

We booked an airport pickup in a stretch limo to kick off our honeymoon in Los Angeles. From start to finish, the service was great. I had some questions about booking and their customer service was top notch. They emailed me a day before our flight to again confirm everything. The pick up was smooth and everything was perfect. I travel a bit for work and will likley use their pick up service again (although I doubt the boss will spring for a stretch!) Bottom line - I absolutely recommend them.

I used Crown Limousine for my wedding day and I have nothing but great things to say about their service. On a day were there are a lot of moving parts to make our event a success, it felt good knowing that the transportation part of it was taken care of. The driver was very friendly, knowledgable, safe, and professional. He assured us that we would be taken care of and had nothing to worry about regarding any part of the transportation. The limo was exceptional! it was clean, big, and maintained. They even provided refreshments inside. I am very happy with the quality of service we received from Crown Limousine and would definitely recommend them.

We ordered 2 limousines for mine snd my husbands wedding. Not only were our drivers on time, but the brides limo driver tried everything to help the brides disabled father get into the vehicle as easily as possible. Which wasn't very easy at all. We delt with Diego the entire time and he was such sn amazing help. We highly recommend Crowne Limousines

We used Crown Limo for our wedding party and wedding guest transportation. They were easy to work with! They were on time/early! Bernard was our driver for our sprinter and made us feel very well taken care of! Our guests took the coach for their transportation and they all had a good time too! I highly recommend their excellent service!

From initial booking to final drop off, Crown Limos were fantastic. Their office staff responded to our numerous email requests with incredible speed - often within minutes of us hitting send. They worked with us to quickly find the perfect limos for our guests, and once the big day arrived their drivers were on time, professional, and seemed genuinely excited to be sharing in our celebration. We may not have many limo needs in the future, but Crown has easily earned our future business.

Great service from beginning to end. Greg our driver was very courteous and helpful especially since we had a couple of seniors with walkers and wheelchairs. Office staff were on top of everything. Really a pleasant experience all around. I will use them again. Thank you for the great service.

Quite recently we with the husband have celebrated our wedding and it was the most wonderful day in my life. From the very beginning this was very good. The car has arrived to us perfectly net, brightly glinted in the sun, was very magnificent, capacious and convenient. We were located in it with the big company, when drove through the city and photographed. In a limousine there was a champagne which we drank when rode, and it has even more lightened us mood. The driver also was very tidy, in a beautiful suit and cheerful. With it our trip was just unforgettable. Also in this company we ordered a limousine for our guests, who came from other cities. They were happy with a trip. In the future we will address to the same company.

We had a limo pick up the groom and I after the wedding and then had a shuttle go back and forth to the hotel and venue to take guests to and from the wedding. Was a bit of an extra expense, but totally worth it! All of our guests loved that they could have that option and the drivers were very nice. Had a great experience overall and am glad that we decided to use a limo and shuttle service.

We had a beautiful white limo for our wedding which turned out nicely with our photos. They provided excellent advice and service and are very competitive with pricing.

I would not pay full price for this limo service. I ran across a coupon and used it for my wedding party (10). It fit us fine, limo was stocked with ice and sodas (free), driver showed up on time, car was clean, everything was good...except the A/C. It was sooooo hot in the car. Not sure why it wasn't blowing cold air.
