They are very accommodating to a wedding timeline and answered all of our questions pertaining to our rental pieces. The arch and mirrors for our centerpieces worked out beautiful...
ly! We would highly recommend using them for wedding rental needs!

Worst customer service of any business that I have used in the last 10 years!!! Literally unable to even speak to the people at the front desk! Rude is an understatement . Charged ...
$185 for a missing piece, that was returned to them the next day.(the little plastic drip trays from the freezie machine) Said, too bad! you signed the contract, read the small print! The lady on the phone today was unbelievably rude! They had Kerry so mad when he picked stuff up he was literally fuming! And he's usually the nice one!

They had a huge selection of inventory to rent. They came and set up/tore down that way we never had to worry about that. Very friendly.
