smoothly and that we and our guests felt completely taken care of. They listened to everything we asked for, made adjustments wherever needed, and handled every detail with professionalism and care — all without ever making us feel stressed.
We truly felt spoiled and like VIPs the entire weekend. Every request — from securing an additional room last minute for a photoshoot to giving us extra time to clean up — was accommodated so graciously. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue and staff!
A huge thank-you to Sam, our amazing event manager, who genuinely cared about our day and made us feel like our wedding truly mattered. And special thanks to Lea and Tom, who were absolutely wonderful on the day of the event and made sure everything flowed seamlessly.
Thank you, Crowne Plaza Bloomington, for making our wedding weekend so special and unforgettable! 💕
