Well no where in my contract did it say that guests who redeem hotel points, cannot be counted toward your final room count toward the shuttle. The person who books the room blocks, Moe, NEVER returns phone calls. Then, I had guests who called and the people at the hotel never booked them in our block, even after I called and told them to add them to my final count. To top it all off, myself, my parents a few guests of our were not only charged for their room rate but the hotel charged them/us for TWO rooms. Luckily they refunded our money but I STILL have guests, three weeks after the wedding, telling me that they have not gotten their money back and the hotel is giving them the run around. The only good thing about this place is that the rooms are decent and their pool is open 24 hours. Service was horrible and they over/double charged us AND, did not follow the contract they gave to me. I wouldnt book with them again.

the medium-sized ballroom is perfect for a wedding. There is a full-service restaurant, 24-hour pool, conference rooms available for a "getting ready room" for larger bridal parties or after-hours parties, and the catering menu is extensive and delicious. If you can think of it, chances are, they can make it happen. We even had some serious and specific dietary restrictions that were taken care of without the bat of an eye. Location is right off the highway for easy travel to/from airport for out-of-towners too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reception venue (or group rooms) in the area.
