Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare Hotel

I had my cocktail hour in a different room and my reception in one of the five banquet halls. I was assigned an excellent wedding coordinator, Sarah, as part of the wedding package that included a four-course meal and drinks (including champagne to toast), wedding cake, the rooms and minimal decor, and the executive suite for my husband and I. My wedding guests and my husband and I stayed at the hotel for the weekend and the rooms were a hit with their upgraded features, comfort and cleanliness. I lived out-of-state (but born and raised in Chicago) and the Crowne Plaza worked with me to arrange reviewing the venue and arranging the tastings after I booked. My out-of-town guest took the conveniently, closely located public train to downtown Chicago and loved downtown. I absolutely enjoyed my wedding and everything went off without a hitch and on-time. Sarah was present at each locale to make sure everything was progressing smoothly and resolved any minor issues that arose. There was even an elaborate Indian-wedding at the Crowne Plaza that weekend and there was no overcrowdedness for my guests, lack of attention from the Crowne Plaza staff for my smaller event, or intrusion due to noise or anything as the two events celebrated. There were no complaints from my guests about the rooms or the food, drinks, or dessert at the wedding. We all just had a good time - the way a wedding should be. The Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare treated me like a bride, who would remember this day for the rest of her life, and I appreciated that they were professional and friendly.
