ith such helpfulness and support. Every question we had was answered quickly, and all of our (sometimes last-minute!) requests were handled with such flexibility and care. Your team was incredibly hands-on and truly committed to making sure everything was set up just the way we envisioned. It really felt like everyone was there to support us, and that made a huge difference in our experience. That same level of care and support was felt throughout the entire event, and it gave us so much peace of mind to know we were in such good hands! Rachel, the event staff, and everyone in between were incredible. They really made our day that much more special. Everyone was so professional, helpful, and accommodating during the planning process.

had mistakes or were late taking payments from the get go aside from the very first payment.
Their departments don’t seem to communicate so then despite what was on our banquet event order, they missed 90% of the instructions.
In turn, our event ran late and the cake we had mainly went to waste. They didn’t set up wine bottles from their own wedding package. Napkins weren’t ready as guaranteed to my planner, room wasn’t ready when it needed to be ready.
The only reason I have it as one star is because at least the manager of the events department refunded us $3600+ with gift certificates. But definitely caution when using this venue.
Until their communication problems are fixed, I’d avoid this location.

guests. Kasia was very keen on making sure all of my details were noted and executed as directed. Kasia allowed us to create a meal package that would better fit within our budget. The package was all-inclusive, so I didn't have to look elsewhere for the cake and reception flowers. The cake was delicious (from the Cakery) and several guests went back for seconds! The staff were very helpful during the reception and even found my husband the next day to let him know that he left a cable in the reception hall. Crowne plaza helped make our special day truly unforgettable.

The sales manager called my facility and got it worked out pretty quickly and even placed us on seperate ends of the hotel to insure we didnt see eachother the following morning :) They have resturants, a bar and even a night club in the lobby area and the rooms were nice and roomy and very clean. getting our money back. we had the credit card company handle it since the charge was not authorized. We had previously agreed overages would be in a form of a check paid by the bride's father. When the bride's father went to make sure that the bill was clear, they said everything was paid and okay. All of our cake wasn't served and they did give our guest a different flavor when requested. After the main meal, service was not good. Coffee wasn't refilled for example. The room wasn't set up when the guests arrived, and they promised no other function would be in the room before our reception. Don't get me wrong, we had a successful reception, but it was a shame to hear about these issues when we returned from our honeymoon from our immediate family.
