We had our August wedding reception at The Crowne Plaza. It was incredible!! The staff was awesome and people are still raving about the food!! Everything was perfect!

got from my guests is that when they checked- in the front desk service was terrible. I, as the bride, had trouble checking in because my father's credit card was on file, not mine, considering we were spending 7,000$ that day, their should have been no questions asked. Also I put in requests for certain guests to have baby beds and mini fridges. The reservation manager said that would not be a problem but it was. The front desk would not offer ANY help in the matter. My mom ran into the housekeeping manager in the hall and she took care of it right away, when the front desk said that would be impossible. Another guest that is handicapped had issues with the front desk. All in all everyone's issues were resolved once they got passed the front desk. Other than that the food was great, the coordinator was exceptional.Would defiantly recommend.
