This makes me and husband second time staying to celebrate our anniversary. The King suite is always our go to. Very rooming, spacious. We always enjoy the spa pool,so relaxing. If could give 10 stars I would. Overall satisfaction.

I stayed her with my wife during a friends wedding. It was really nice and conveniently located. The rooms were newly renovated and the suite was impressive.

e lucky, you’ll be greeted by the sweetest human alive - JOHN! The rooms are spacious, clean, freshly renovated and so clean you’d feel safe to eat off the bathroom floor (which you know, don’t). The hotel offers a lovely view of the other building in Downtown Orlando. The pool is nice and clean. It almost exactly like the Crowne Plaza I used to stay at on Universal Boulevard that closed down. Most negative reviews are so obsessed the fact that there is no free breakfast. I think that a clean and safe hotel heavily outweighs a mediocre free breakfast. I did get $23 room service for breakfast and the french toast was delicious. And it arrived exactly on time and the woman who brought me it was an absolute pleasure (even at 7:00am)! I love you guys!

om for tomorrow night was booked correctly since they expect to sell out for a nearby concert. I really appreciated the extra customer service.
Check out the eating area/ bar. It’s kinda bright and feels like the breakfast buffet but Oscar made it wonderful. He runs it like his own. They have a decent selection of wines and several of the people are apparently regulars. Oscar was celebrating one of the patrons birthdays after seeing it on his ID. Super nice guy and made the late night sustenance a bit brighter.
