Again, when compared to the website for non-block guests, rooms $40 cheaper were available. 3) Wanted to charge our guests double the going price for breakfast ($35/person, rather than the $16/person for guests just walking in for breakfast) While the hotel was somewhat responsive, they were disorganized, with no lack of communication between the events planner and the front desk staff. We are very glad we only had guests staying here and had our wedding ceremony and reception elsewhere.

The venue itself is gorgeous--definitely several steps above other Crowne Plaza properties that we visited in the Bay Area. Having our ceremony in the courtyard, cocktail reception up above the courtyard on the sun deck, and reception in the adjoining Cyprus room was such a convenient, lovely, easy arrangement for both the wedding party and our guests. All of the vendors that Kelsey recommended did an outstanding job of bringing our vision to life--especially since we didn't really have a vision to begin with! Booking the Crowne Plaza Cabaña was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I would do it all over again 100x if I could. The money you spend here is money well-spent. We could have done it cheaper elsewhere, but it wouldn't have been nearly as stunning, convenient, or seamless as it turned out to be. Thank you to the entire CPC team for helping us pull off a wedding day that was BEYOND our wildest dreams!!!
