I loved the packages they had available, and they honestly made planning the reception so easy! During my experience, I not only felt like I had someone in my corner, answering all of my questions, I felt like I made a friend. Erica and the rest of the staff (shout out to Kelly, who handles the block room reservations – she was awesome!) made sure that we had everything we wanted and more. There were so many little details that I didn’t think of, but Erica did, and made sure to help me every step of the way. Erica was such a pleasure to work with, went above and beyond for us, and I honestly cannot recommend her and the Crowne Plaza enough!

The food was absolutely delicious. People remarked how amazing the cocktail hour was and that there was so much good food, it was almost like we served two dinners. for us. For the last year and a half, and especially the night of the reception, she and her staff kept things running smoothly so we didn't have to worry about anything. We shopped around a ton before deciding to choose this venue, and now that everything is done we feel it's an excellent value for the cost- really a steal. Guests were raving about the food, especially the hors d'oeuvres, and the room looked beautiful. Even beforehand, every time we walked into the hotel to meet with Erica, the hotel staff was so friendly and we felt like VIPs. I can't say enough good things about the experience here.

Me and my husband are very picky eaters so we knew the food was gonna be the hard part. It was more than delicious! Even the dishes we thought we'd never like were so tasty. My husband and I had an executive suite that was included in our price. Both of our parents also had free rooms which was so nice. And the rates for the guests who wanted to spend the night had a very nice cheap rate. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfy. Erica even gave us a bottle of champagne and some chocolate covered strawberries which was so so sweet. The folks at the Crowne Plaza really helped accommodate us and all of our requests and needs. Everything was perfect and I wouldn't change a thing!

ontact was Erica Goddard Breslin, and she was amazing! She answered every email and phone call in a timely manner, even when she was out of the office! Erica made the planning process so easy, and gave suggestions where we asked. She was great working with our vendors as well as the vendors supplied by the hotel as part of the package. Any time an issue arose, there were very few, Erica was right on top of it asking what she could do to help. We genuinely felt like Erica cared about our wedding, and wanted us to be 100% satisfied. The night of our wedding, Erica also had another wedding taking place at the same time. You would have never known, because she had everything under control and was available throughout the night any time we needed something. The staff the night of the wedding was outstanding. From the bartenders, the maître d, the servers, the coat check, and the front desk personnel. Everyone who attended our wedding had a great time, the food was amazing, and we did not receive any complaints from our guests. We would highly recommend this venue, and in particular recommend working with Erica if you are looking for a stress free planning process. Thank you for everything!

From the beautiful tasting to creating the perfect atmosphere for our day, to arranging for the comfort of our handicapped guests overnight she really did handle every detail. Our guests could not stop raving about how awesome everything was: the food was delicious and hot, everything looked gorgeous, and the staff was courteous and professional. (Our Maitre D' was the man!!) We still get compliments and it is months later! I would recommend Erica and the Crowne Plaza Valley Forge to brides in a heartbeat. I could literally feel all the stress of planning melt away when I met with her. She leaves you feeling purely excited for how awesome your day is going to be, and she doesn't disappoint. Everything was PERFECT, we couldn't have pictured it better!!

When Ray and I started looking for an all-in-one wedding venue for the ceremony, reception, after party and on-site hotel, we had several options. With us both growing up in the restaurant business and having experienced working weddings, we had very high standards. We knew that we wanted real food and not the standard “wedding food”, high-energy bartenders that are not only fast, but had personality and fabulous music to get everyone out of the dance floor. What we didn’t expect was that we would fall in love with Erica (Goddard) Breslin. Erica is the wedding coordinator for the Crowne Plaza of King of Prussia. From the moment we met her, our search for a wedding venue was over. She was professional, personable, organized and we knew that she would make our wedding dreams come true. However, she far exceeded our expectations. Erica walked us through every step and took care of every little detail. Her preferred list of vendors made it so easy for us to find a florist, wedding cake (Cakes & Candies by Mary Ellen), DJ (Dan Breslin of Silver Sounds), and tuxedo (Sagets) rentals. She was not just a coordinator; she was more like the Fairly Godmother of Wedding Planners. When people would ask Ray & I if we were stressing over the wedding planner and all of the details, we always chuckled and said NO. We were never stressed because we had a secret weapon in Erica (Goddard) Breslin. She made our wedding dreams come true. While Ray & I were busy with living life, work and enjoying our year of being engaged, Erica was always keeping us in mind, handling all that she had to do seamlessly. From the wedding contract, time-line, guest hotel room reservations, ceremony planning, vendors, table linens, special lighting, food tasting, outdoor patio set-up, reception details, after party at the hotel bar, and not to mention getting us the best DJ in Dan Breslin to make the dance floor rock all night long, and a million more details . . . Erica did it all. Thank you to the fabulous bartenders Lou, the personable wait staff, and talented Chef and kitchen crew (AMAZING UNREAL FIVE STAR FOOD), and the hotel front desk staff. Special thank you our lovely Maître Dee Brian, who not only looked after Ray & I but also took exceptional “first class” care of our parents. Not only were Ray & I over the moon happy for having such a magical day, our guests had the time of their lives. Rave reviews kept pouring in from our family and friends saying the food was “AMAZING, Unreal, Best Wedding Ever, So Much Fun, Took us days to recover”. Ray & I had the time of our lives, so much so, that we want to have an anniversary party and do it all over again, as long as Erica Goddard Breslin is in charge. We are so grateful to have had the amazing Crown Plaza Chef, Lou our fabulous bartender and of course the truly talented DJ Dan Breslin of Silver Sounds. e bridal party, etc. Our bridal party consisted of our three children. Needless to say, our day focused around blending a family and embracing the children that complete our family. Therefore, we had included all of our extended families and their children to celebrate with us as well. We ended up with over 20 kids at the wedding. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way Erica and the staff at the Crowne welcomed the kids. They all truly felt like an important part of the day! From the moment I met Erica I was beyond impressed. During our conversations I felt like I was talking to a good friend that I've known for years. Not only was she knowledgeable, she was helpful and genuinely interested in every part of the process. This coming from someone who is a corporate meeting planner - says something! She is truly top notch and I'll always be so grateful that I had her by my side! Our guests raved about the quality of the food and service as well! It was all around the perfect choice for our special day! We were extremely pleased with our entire experience at the Crowne! I would absolutely recommend giving the Crowne and Erica a chance to host your big day! Although I should warn you - once you meet Erica, you will be hooked!

emely helpful from Day 1 to the very end of our wedding night!! I am so grateful for Erica! Everything went off without a hitch and we even hosted a brunch at the CP the next day for our guest! We were looking for the ultimate hotel and wedding reception in a centralized location between NJ and Central PA, the CP did just that for us!! Sad it's over, but I can say confidently that I had a great overall wedding experience with the CP!!

with everything, going far beyond her duties as an employee at the hotel. She answered any questions (and we have many!) promptly, and she accommodated us as much as possible. We spent so much time with her, she practically became part of the family. Erica was amazingly organized and essentially held our hands through each step of the process, from booking the right room, to choosing the meal, to recommending vendors, to keeping us on schedule on wedding day. The price is fair; the food was delicious; the ceremony and reception were perfect. Our guests, nearly a month later, are still telling us how much fun they had. There is simply no other venue in the area worth using.

The packages offered were inclusive so it was fun to work with their vendors for the cake and flowers arrangements. The ballroom was beautiful. We had a our ceremony in one half of it. During the cocktail hour,the hotel staff turned the entire room over to a gorgeous ballroom with dance floor and tables. It was incredible to see the transformation in record time. Our guests raved about the food,and everyone felt well taken care of during the event. We had an out of town guest who fell ill and Erica made sure they were accommodated in their sleeping room. The hotel itself is very nice and reasonably priced. Our guests loved their rooms- shower in bathrooms are awesome and the beds are very comfy. As someone who travels often for work, I can very much appreciate these in a hotel. My husband and I felt like royalty on our day. :) Our wedding day was so special and the Crowne Plaza was a big part of the magical experience. Thank you!

If you have a budget in mind, the staff at crowne plaza will work with you and create an excellent experience for you and your guest. Erica Goddard is the catering Manager/Wedding Specialist and is excellent at what she does. she is truly professional. I recommend this venue to anyone that is getting married in the near future.

The day of the wedding ran super smoothly. The say of was wonderful. The servers and banquet manage Brian were amazing. The day of coordinator was different than Laura b/c of a prior obligation but it was still amazing. The bartenders had so much fun with my guests and were so personable and fun themselves. The only issue we had was on the hotel side of things. The messed up a lot of our guests reservations and we were originally told that once the block of rooms they blocked off booked up they would open a new block of rooms for my guests to get their special rate. This was not the case, as once the original block was booked at was it. And our "special" wedding rate was not a lower rate and was actually higher then hotel prices when booked online. Overall, GREAT JOB! Thank you for making my day amazing!

e kept us in the loop with reservations and what to do with out of town bags. It was all very seamless and the perfect place to stay. On Saturday night, we had an Out of Towners dinner in the area then everybody met back at the hotel in one of the meeting rooms for a dessert, which was delicious and already set up when we got there. Tables, chairs and lighting in the room were perfect for the informal occasion. We hung out at the bar afterward and again on Sunday night after the wedding. There was plenty of seating, the food and drinks were delicious and the bartenders were friendly. Note: the lobby at this hotel will take your breath away! Also, guests are able to go to the nearby Bally Fitness center, and although we didn't get there, we heard it was nice and had a pool and classes that a few guests took advantage of! On Saturday night, my husband (!) Kyle and I were able to find out what room we'd be in Sunday night and get the keys. On Sunday (since the room wasn't available when Kyle left), they kept our things at the front desk and they were waiting with a bottle of champagne over what was once ice (but was water by the time we arrived), with breakfast vouchers and a handwritten note from Kat thanking us and congratulating us. A great touch! Each room that we booked in the block got 2 free vouchers for breakfast at Stirlings each morning, and we utilized the shuttle for 2 free trips to and from our venue (as well as paying an extra $25 each way for a 3rd trip, which was totally worth it when Kyle and I used it ourselves going back to the hotel)! Everything was great, the details were not missed, and it was so nice to have everybody together in the same hallway the first night. Kyle and I were also able to request to be somewhere else in the hotel the 2nd night, which was perfect, yet we weren't too far away. Kat came to visit at breakfast on Monday (where we were able to get an area with about 40 seats together- another win!) and we were able to thank her in person, but I think the best way to say thanks to the Crowne Plaza is to share our experience with you. Check it out. You won't be disappointed! Note: Our rooms came to $115 plus tax per night (about $124 with tax). The dessert was $8 per person and had a selection of a few different things (cookies, brownies and more), tea and coffee. We brought along our own music and it was perfect. Other note: There was a wedding at the hotel on Saturday night and it sounded like so much fun. I'm sure this would be a great venue! I do wish that our block was on the 2nd floor (or that the doors were closed at the start of our hallway) because it was loud when we were trying to go to sleep Saturday night!

l, everything that was included in the price was very impressive and it was a lot more for my money than other venues. The Wedding Specialist, Erica Goddard, was very nice and easy going. She was friendly and appeared easy to work with. So we booked the Crowne Plaza. I worked with Erica up until the day of the wedding and she responded to all emails quickly and was just so competent and easy to work with. Pretty much anything I requested I was given. What I was working toward was having everything completed the Thursday before the wedding so that I could be free to trust that the Crowne Plaza would take care of what we had hired them for and I could just relax and enjoy my wedding weekend. WOW!!! My wedding at the Crowne Plaza exceeded my expectations. The Crowne Plaza provided me and my bridal party and the mothers a conference room to get ready in. We had lunch there and everyone got their hair and makeup done and got dressed there. The room was spacious and we were able to enjoy our time together and we were not crowded. It was really an added perk that helped make the day much more memorable! When I walked into the ballroom it took my breath away. The Ballroom was PERFECTION!!! It looked like a fairy tale wedding! From the uplighting( we had amber), to the centerpieces( which matched the bouquets), to the Ice sculpture( which was exactly what I asked for), the chair covers, the votives on all of the tables, the gift table( which they had decorated with the girls bouquets), the candy table, the seating chart table....It was just incredible! When I walked into the cocktail hour Erica met me with a drink and to see if there was anything that I needed. All of the guests were raving about the appetizers. I was very busy but I tried the coconut chicken and it was delicious, the beef wellington and spring rolls were also delicious! When My husband and I walked around to talk to our guests once in the ballroom everyone could not stop talking about how good the food was and how full they were because there was just so much food! I was truly impressed! The Maitre D' Michelle and the Bartender Jose were constantly checking up on my husband and I and making sure we had everything that we needed. They were so sweet! The rest of the staff really did their jobs well and made the evening run smoothly. We also added a midnight snack of Philly Cheesesteaks which was great! I highly recommend this venue! All of my family and friends continue to rave about how beautiful the wedding and how good the food was that night!
