t for a quiet room (with a beautiful sunset!). She deserves a promotion. This a spacious hotel, connected via internal bridge to a smaller Holiday Inn - and a large convention center. It also shares the trail with the adjacent Novo Nordisk HQ, a remarkable example of pristine modern architecture in itself. The highlight of the property is, of course, the lake it sits on, and the little forest and walking trails surround it. The trail is not long, and ends rather abruptly in a forest dead end by a picturesque stream bank - but absolutely magnificent and tranquil. I didn’t take day pictures: I was absorbing the serenity and reflection from a lounge chair overseeing the glittering water - but hope to add them when I come back, which I will. The hotel has a basketball court, racquetball court, pool, and open tennis courts surrounded by lush green. Only to make this honest review more balanced, I’ll add that the clock in the basketball court was broken (still showing time), and that coffee ran out in the lobby too early for me (there are 24/7 free coffee machines in the Holiday Inn section across the internal bridge) - but the room was excellent, the staff was friendly, and this gem tucked in a private forest not far from Princeton is absolutely recommended. * Edit: finally got time to add pictures and videos I took on the picturesque trail and in the little private forest. I really enjoyed my stay, so I booked again - and checked the concierge lounge on the 5th floor, to do some work in quiet. And the suite was top notch. Bottom line: exceptionally located property and an all-star management team. Thank you, and I hope to see you again!

they are clean and decent for a longer stay. As someone staying long-term, I do wish the rooms included a small kitchenette for added convenience. My main complaint is the cost of breakfast as it feels overpriced for what’s offered. It would be nice if a continental breakfast was included in the room rate. Also, parking could be improved, as the lot is a bit of a walk from the main entrances. Overall its a nice hotel and I do recommend it.

The bed was plush and supportive, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to unwind after long days. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches: great lighting, plenty of outlets, a clean modern bathroom, and a peaceful view that added to the overall experience.

ndly, the Flight Restaurant is slow. So very slow. We were not even given a menu until after people seated after us and ordered. The food was mediocre - overcooked and dry. Insufficient staff who did their best. The rooms are dark even with the window shades wide open. The mirror plugs in but does not light up. No one in my group could figure it out. I had to flush the toilet three times after each use. The shower door would not stay closed. The soaps and shampoos are delightful. I even purchased some after using it in the shower. The bedding is thin and inadequate. The heating/AC system is very loud. I generally feel unsafe in this hotel. It is sprawling with no security to be seen anywhere and no way to restrict access to the floors as other hotels have now. Each doorway is recessed so that someone could easily hide and you could not see them from the hall. The front desk is nowhere near any of the rooms. There was an incident of a young man passed out in front of one of the rooms. Afterwards, the hotel did not even bother to contact me. I will not be staying here again.

e helpful I can't say the same for IHG's support. I needed a receipt for an expense report which I never received by email. I called them thinking it should be a relatively easy process. Four calls and more than an hour on the phone and I still have no receipt. Why is this such and act of Congress? When I've had to do this at a Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt property I have a receipt in my inbox in 5 or 10 minutes. IHG needs to get its act together.
