d us book our hotel blocks, transportation to our venue as well as food for our after party and breakfast tickets for our guests. She was professional, kind and responsive. The hotel itself is warm and inviting everything was spotless. The front desk staff was professional and friendly on a VERY busy wedding weekend and gave everyone proper time when checking in/out—at no time did people feel rushed. I cannot say enough good things about the facility and would highly recommend to anyone in need of space/accommodations in the area

a beautiful wedding and did everything in her power to give us everything we asked for. She went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. She was an absolute joy to work with and I am so incredibly happy that I was able to spend so much of our planning time with her. Chef Peter and the rest of the kitchen staff are INCREDIBLE. The food at the Crowne Plaza in Suffern is SO DELICIOUS. My parents and I are still dreaming of the cheese and spinach stuffed chicken and the Chocolate Trilogy dessert. My guests are still raving about the food at our cocktail hour. Diego was by my side the day of my wedding and made sure everything went off without a hitch. My guests have been constantly talking about what a great job he did. He not only ensured that my husband and I were taken care of, but he went out of the way to take care of our parents and my guests. I don't know how he did it! I couldn't have asked for anything more. He even made sure we sat down to enjoy our meals. It was the perfect day.

t choosing my date, my husband and I were about to choose the hotel but we were then informed that they had no spare hotel rooms for the date we originally wanted. We felt that this was something we should have been told before going for a tasting and preparing to sign a contract. We were also told that no other parties happen on the day of our wedding. During the cocktail hour my husband and I discovered that there was a big sorority reunion going on until 8pm (our wedding was until 11pm) and we were sharing photograph areas and bathroom amenities (that my husband and I stocked for our guests) with this Sorority. The hotel gave us a hard time about breakfast Sunday morning after our wedding in terms of pricing but we ended up paying for breakfast for our guests who stayed the night in a separate room. Well, the spread was poor quality (not what people in the restaurant could have gotten for a cheaper price), cold, not replenished when things ran out, it was difficult to get coffee, and they charged us for myself and my husband (when bride and groom were supposed to get their breakfast for free). There were 16-year old girls on a soccer team staying at the hotel that night and some of the young girls kept looking into our reception and some even came in and started dancing to our DJ. Diego eventually got them out but it should have been handled sooner. Pros: Beautiful ceremony, reception, and guest rooms. Great front desk service and prompt responses on email communication. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Delicious food and excellent menu choices -- all my guests stuffed their faces and couldn't stop raving about how good the cocktail hour was. Great bartender service and excellent mixed drinks. Decent prices for how beautiful the hotel is. Overall despite some hiccups with service, this is an excellent place to have a wedding and I wouldn't change anything about my wedding weekend because it was a gorgeous event with everything working out perfectly in the end.

the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Everyone complimented the hotel and the look of it/rooms. We had over 200 people at the wedding so it required a lot of work. My sales manager- Theresa Brown- was great! I sent her tons of emails asking numerous questions and she was always very responsive. Diego- the maitre'd was equally amazing. He was so helpful the day of the wedding and during breakfast the next morning.
