re so laid-back but know how to get things done which fit my style perfectly! Jess was on top of every single detail and all of our vendors kept saying how much they loved working with her. Camille worked with us on our design/styling and I can say I was blown away with how all of the various aspects came together. I teared up when I saw the reception! They were so flexible when we decided to move our reception outdoors and their knowledge of what works best in various situations like seating and day-of timelines was super helpful. They have a great eye for what will look best and I trusted them fully with my vision. I have received so so many compliments not only on the decor but also from guests about how smooth and on time everything was on our wedding day. I can’t imagine making our wedding happen without them!

at the top of my priority list when it came to wedding planning, while on the other hand, my husband didn't see the importance and always joked that he could be his own wedding planner. It's safe to say that Jessica + Camille have now changed his mind because he recommends them to our friends now. Our experience was a little unconventional in comparison to what future brides will experience, in that I found Jessica 3 months out from my original planned wedding date, as I was frantically trying to postpone our original wedding. Our goal was to book new vendors for our "microwedding" who would be responsive, solution-oriented, and organized during our short timeline. They were just that and more. Camille set up the mood board of my Pinterest dreams and made sure the design was cohesive and matched the style I was looking for. She recommended vendors from various price ranges so I would have the choice on what I would splurge vs. save on, without compromising the whole look. Jessica was so organized with the timeline and I trusted her to make the best decisions as needed before and day of. The wedding day went as smooth as I could have ever imagined & even if any mishaps did happen behind the scenes, the day was completely stress-free for me, my husband, and guests. Everything went on time, Sammy made sure to have us fed between ceremony and reception, and Jessica always made sure there was a drink and my and husband's hands throughout the reception. It's the little gestures like that that we could not be more thankful for.

e the sweetest, most professional, and talented team. They're calm under pressure, they have so many wonderful recommendations and were the biggest help in bringing our dream wedding to life. We booked them for our March wedding in Solvang, CA. Our date happened to be the last weekend before the everything shut down because of covid. I'm sure they must have had A LOT on their mind that week/weekend, but they were so calm and collected. From managing so many of our vendors to completely blowing my mind (and all of our guests, too!) on the wedding day with how gorgeous everything turned out, I can't recommend Crowned Events enough. Hire them! You will be so happy you did!

When we began the process of planning our daughters wedding we truly had no idea where to start or what to do! My daughter found "Crowned Events" through social media. Jess was so knowledgeable, accommodating and beyond patient as she helped us navigate our way through the necessary steps of planning our daughters wedding. Her suggestions were always exactly what we needed at the time. Both Jess and Camille stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. We hired them for the "partial planning package". The value that we received in their never ending and ever such sweet service far surpassed the money that they charged. They both were available day and night to answer our questions, offer suggestions, put us in contact with vendors, help us negotiate contracts, help us understand when and with what would be worth "the splurge" or if certain items we would be able to select a more affordable option with the same results! Each and every step was made so much easier by working with Crowned Events!! am. I had ideas about what I wanted but I honestly didn’t have the slightest idea where to begin putting my “pinterest boards” into a reality. I knew a handful of things I wanted – for it to be sentimental, to surround myself and support vendors that truly loved what they did, to enjoy the day everyone warned me would be over in the blink of an eye, a tented reception space, time with my husband at our wedding. (Most people will tell you they never saw their groom or bride the majority of the wedding) They went above and beyond to deliver all of those things. I hesitate to even call Jessica patient because it was truly like she was unphased by every stressor that was thrown her way – our guest count went from 130ish to potentially 250+, my mother (sweet angel) can be extremely overly meticulous and very difficult to deal with, and I struggled to put into words the vision I hoped for my wedding day. Again, she didn’t seemed phased by any of it. Whenever I said “no” to an idea, there was never once any push back. Whenever I could not make a decision, Jessica gave me logical advice about each option and let me decide based on what I thought was best. And whenever I couldn’t decide and I asked them to decide for me, I was ALWAYS blown away by the end result. These girls know how to hunt for a deal too. There were little details and elements of the wedding that I wanted to happen but couldn’t justify spending the money for, but they found a way to make it happen under reasonable means. I’m emotional writing this because I know this experience is rare. I know wedding planning can be difficult and tiring and frustrating. But that was honestly not the experience for me. And I could attribute it to the fact that Jessica, her team and I are compatible, but I really thinks it comes down to the type of service, passion, and people who make up Crowned Events. Jessica has put together such a special team of women. I often hear women talk about how they had wedding withdrawals or how they would have done x, y and z differently. I wouldn’t have done one thing different and that is solely because of Crowned Events. The only thing I miss is interacting with people who truly put their all in to what they’re doing. They equipped me with so many options and reliable, honest feedback to choose the BEST team of vendors I could have ever asked for. They made me feel sane and chill when I felt overwhelmed or lost. They never harped on it or made me feel bad but I know 1000% that amazing team of girls was bending over backwards, over working them selves to deliver the most memorable experience ever. And I really feel like it wasn’t for any other reason than they are passionate about what they do. They’ve perfected the art of wedding planning. I can honestly say that on the day of my wedding there wasn’t one time that I was stressed or feeling overwhelmed. I was able to enjoy every second of our day, and live the moment without a single worry. ng the months leading up to it, all which made our day exceptional. Everything was virtually seamless on the wedding day, and we felt so confident knowing Camille was at the helm. We really felt like we hit the jackpot in getting her as our Planner. Camille has this incredible quiet confidence about her. She exudes cool, calm and collected energy, which was exactly what we needed and made us feel so comfortable on what was an otherwise butterfly-inducing day. She had all the bases covered, and we could tell she was highly experienced and genuinely cared about us and making our day perfect. Camille will always hold a very special place in our hearts for playing such a key role in this monumental occasion!

immediately got to work! There were so many details that I wasn’t aware of but Jessica and Kyra took care of it all! Throughout the whole wedding planning process I was a procrastinator but Jessica and Kyra were 10 steps ahead of me. Our wedding day went so smooth and my husband and I were able to enjoy every second of it. They took our gifts & personal items we used for our wedding to our hotel room, pulled up our getaway car, made sure we ate and made sure we enjoyed our open bar. We did not have to worry about a thing and danced the night away. As my husband and I were driving back to our hotel after our wedding I started sobbing because of how perfect and special our wedding day was because of Jessica and her team. There are now words to describe how thankful I am to have had them as a part of our wedding day.

needs. My husband and I signed with Jessica 10 months before our wedding. We already had our DJ, Photographer, and Venue picked out by that point, but she has a lot of recommendations if you don't. From our consultation with Jessica, we decided to hire her team as our Wedding Designers and Month of Coordinators. I believe this was the perfect combination for us because the whole process when extremely smooth...enough to make me nervous that we weren't stressing out like I thought we should. Jessica also has a great eye for design and practicality, which is a HUGE plus. Design: My husband and I picked some pictures out on pinterest...and BOOM! They made a Mood Board for us with all the elements and feelings we wanted our wedding to have. From there we chose to leave EVERYTHING up to Jessica and Camille. They were very attentive to keep to what we thought was important and also gave us alternate choices in case something was not fitting our budget. Month of Coordination: Jessica and Camille took full reigns at this point. They coordinated with all of our vendors and made sure we were not forgetting any aspect that may have fallen through the cracks. They even made it super easy to pay all of our vendors with clickable links in our email. This package included Day of Coordination, which if you were to pick anything, at least have the Crowned Events team for this... Day Of: Everything I needed, my husband needed, and my guests needed, they magically took care of. Jessica brought 4...5? magical teammates with her (honestly felt like there were 10 of them). They kept the wedding party on time, took care of vendor needs, and even picked up my exchange gift I left at the Hotel!! The wedding was honestly better than I expected or could ever imagine. Jessica and her team rolled with all the changes we made day of (like the order of the reception events!). They prepared our getaway car with little amount of belongings we still had at our venue...since they already brought over the majority of our stuff in our hotel room! Perfectly organized I might add. I literally didn't have to worry about doing anything that whole day because Jessica and her team were already 100 steps ahead. I can honestly say that Crowned Events made our Wedding special. Our guests raved about the design, fluidity, and punctuality of the Wedding. I owe that to them. Besides being the sweetest angels, these women are hard working and attentive to your needs. No matter your budget, Jessica will find a way to make it happen. They are the best.

Jessica was a month-of planner for me, but her design consult and amazing suggestions helped me way before the month-of started. On the day of the wedding we discovered the tables couldn't go where we originally planned (ground slope!) and Jessica was able to create a brand new (and even better) table layout on the fly. Her styling of the venue also went above and beyond any expectations I had. I couldn't be happier with the service Jessica & her team provided for me and I highly recommend them for anyone planning a wedding!

stress free. Hands down, there is no other company we would have rather chosen to coordinate our special day. We did a meet and greet initially and I vividly remember thinking hiring them is a must! Not only does Jess have the sweetest personality along with a killer sense of style, I could tell right away she was extremely passionate about planning and coordinating. She took the time to get a good understanding of what our expectations, visions and vibes were. I knew we needed some type of coordination help on the day of because our venue was a garden that was open to the public up until noon. The thought of us and our families trying to get everything situated ourselves between noon and 4 PM felt daunting and impossible. The Crowned Events team literally took care of every single detail! They contacted our vendors, met with us (at our venue and over coffee) a number of times, sent several check in emails throughout the planning process and assisted in sending me ideas for vendors and decor. Jess also created and provided my friends/family an agenda that laid out the timeline of the entire day and her team made sure we were on schedule from start to finish. They set everything up, styled everything beautifully and helped pack everything up at the end of the night. Jess and her team even took our overnight bags to our hotel and decorated our room with beautiful rose petals and candles. It was amazing. Unfortunately, Jess got extremely sick a few days before our wedding. However, she handled it with such grace and did everything in her power to make me feel at ease and taken care of. Until the end of time I will always remember and brag about what a rockstar my wedding coordinator was. She had a few of her colleagues run our rehearsal and they did a fabulous job - I left our rehearsal feeling so excited and prepared. She even had her mom fly out for extra reinforcements and we could not be more thankful for all of the additional help she provided! On the day of, still not feeling very well, Jess was adamant she be there. Sure enough when we got the venue, she was there with her clipboard in hand and was running the show. I was amazed and moved by her dedication and determination. Jess and her team truly care about their couples, they go above and beyond in everything they do. The examples above are just a few memorable highlights from our experience with the Crowned Events team, I could go on and on. Our day definitely would not have been as seamless and enjoyable without them. They completely exceeded our expectations and we cannot thank them enough. We would highly, highly recommend Crowned Events for any couple that is in need of wedding planning/coordination help!

could stop feeling the overwhelming stress that a 150 person wedding puts on a bride! We decided on a venue that was on the water in San Diego, but all you received with that rental was that, a location on the water. We had no idea when choosing this venue what that would look like on the day, we just knew we loved the location. What that looked like in reality was several meetings, décor sessions, emails, hours, and absolute chaos that had to be put into the vision that I had. We had a very colorful, bohemian, fun, and beachy vibe to try and create. The ladies at Crowned Events had incredible vision and even better execution! I remember myself and my husband pulling up to our wedding venue and being absolutely blown away by every detail being blown away. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Crowned Events if you are looking for a team with vision, execution, organization, and overall ease. I would use them time and again!

Crowned Events (Jessica & Addie specifically) did more than just design my wedding, they helped take a load of stress off me which made the wedding planning process that much better! They were always on top of their jobs and I never doubted that something would go wrong! They did a great job of communicating with me through phone calls so I knew and could decide on every detail. As far as the wedding day goes, they were at the venue bright and early with smiles on their faces. I was able to enjoy the getting ready process with my friends and family because they literally handled EVERYTHING. My ceremony, cocktail, and reception set up were all absolutely perfect and beautiful! They were also amazing at making sure everyone was in their right places on time! During the first look, my husband got some makeup on his jacket when I hugged him and Jessica was right there ready with the Tide-to-go! HA! I felt so comfortable with them, they are all beautiful on the inside and out! I would 100% choose Crowned Events to design/manage our wedding again! WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

ica I felt like we were instant friends. She is so bubbly and sweet it was really easy to feel comfortable around her. I had this vision for my wedding which involved a lot of DIY (an entire Penske truck full of stuff to be clear ). Jessica and her team (she had to bring on another couple people because of how much stuff we had) did an absolutely amazing job bringing my vision to life on the most important day of my life. It would have been easy to get overwhelmed by the amount of items needing to be set up but Jessica and Crowned Events conquered it no problem! On the big day, the wonderful women from Crowned Events were able to set up all the decor, keep the bridal party on track, organize and coordinate with all the vendors, and be there for me to help calm the pre-ceremony jitters. By doing all of these things I was able to focus on what was most important to me, soaking it all in while starting my life as Husband and Wife. I would recommend Crowned Events to any of my friends!

e a few crucial things actually had been screwed up by some vendors. I was pretty surprised to hear this because from my point of view our wedding day had gone so smoothly + flawlessly. But that just goes to show how great of a wedding coordinator she is because she put out all of the fires without anybody even knowing there was an issue! She made our day completely + totally about US and handled everything so that we could just relax + have a great time. This is one of the biggest days of your life + you don't want to have to worry about anything, and with Jessica + Crowned Events your day will be everything that you ever dreamed of! If you don't choose Crowned Events to coordinate your event you are making a huge mistake!!

She was a friend, confidant, and advocate for me, which I especially needed as my family and I did the property at our own ranch and put in a lot of time and energy into the event. She is confident in herself and her abilities, and can take on the toughest groomsmen if needed. She also has an excellent team that provide additional back up. I even recommended Jessica to my sister in law, and Crowned Events created a beautiful full coordination wedding for her and her now husband! My parents did not really understand the role of a coordinator until Jessica talked them through it, and they saw how much stress she could take off our shoulders the day of the wedding. I didn't have to think about a thing as soon as Crowned Events showed up! Jessica came over to our ranch and walked through the venue with us, and helped us critical think about details of the day, and had so many answers for things that were on top of my worry list. She also made the planning process so fun, and she truly became a friend of mine and my bridesmaids throughout the year of planning! A coordinator can bring so much to your wedding day, and it really is money well spent to not have to worry about where the DJ is, or setting up the chairs and tables at the reception. It is great to not have to be the go to person the day of, and just be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy being the BRIDE!

It wasn't easy wrangling together the groom and the nine lovable goofballs called groomsmen but they did it with professionalism and most importantly made it FUN! Everything from the ceremony to the reception, to the grand exit (complete with sparklers) went off without a hitch because of the very careful and thoughtful planning by Crowned Events. They literally made our day. We truly believe we would not have had even close to as an amazing wedding if not for Jessica. She is truly a gem and we are so grateful to her.

She literally took care of everything. I live in Portland so she jumped in as our month of coordinator. She was such a positive impact on my day and making sure everything was perfect. She brought several girls with her to help assist - which is BRILLIANT because things don't always happen at once. Our day was perfect and if anything didn't go as planned then I still don't know because she handled it =) Thank you!!!
