She read the room and played banger after banger which made it impossible to leave the dance floor!  Gina is the BEST DJ I've ever experienced. She is polite, professional, and so, very skilled at what she does. Her responses are prompt and detailed. It was an honor to have her expertise for our wedding reception! She made our reception more fun and lively than we could've ever dreamed! Highly recommend!!!

I had made a bunch of Spotify playlists and he was able to help me edit them for all of the different parts of the ceremony/reception (including all of my crazy specific requests like walk-up songs for speeches, making mash-ups of certain songs, playing a Greek dance for my mom etc.). On the day of the wedding Jason was incredibly helpful - my sister officiated the wedding (her first time) and Jason helped her navigate the ceremony and even stepped in to announce where the cocktail hour was and that family should stay for photos. As the MC, he kept the whole night flowing seamlessly and provided a great vibe as the host. I am still getting compliments about the dance floor from guests two weeks later - multiple people told me that this was the only wedding they have been to where they didn’t sit down once or skip a song! The dance floor was popping all night and Jason even handed out our glow sticks for us and kept my husband and I hydrated (both with drinks & ice cold H2O!) We bonded so much throughout this process that I am literally going to recommend him to all of my friends, family, and loose acquaintances. I could not recommend Jason at Crucial B more!!

t getting the vibes right at your wedding. We heard every song we wanted and more. Everyone (even old people) were out dancing at our wedding. I was having the time of my life thanks to Gina. Her set up was so classy and did not detract from our elegant wedding. We also loved supporting a female DJ. Women are just so reliable, organized, and better at most things (let's be honest). If you want a SUPER lit wedding--hire Gina!!

The little things he did throughout the day were getting us a plate of appetizers or else we would have never gotten any and he also went through the buffet line with me (the bride) to make me a plate. My mom asked the day of for him to play a clip of a song during her speech and he nailed that. Also throughout the night, he wasn’t just a DJ but also a “host” for the transitions from each activity to the next which helped keep everyone engaged! He took control of the reception and I was just able to sit back and relax- which was awesome because I didn’t have a wedding planner. He even put a short video together of pictures from his point of view from the night. Lastly, he brought us some homemade apple butter!!

Gina is incredibly affordable for the level of service she provides and we couldn’t be more thankful for how thoughtful, helpful, and fun she was on our big day!

We got married at a summer camp that required three different sound set ups for the ceremony, dinner, and dancing and Gina worked with our coordinator to make it absolutely seamless, everything just happened perfectly without us having to lift a finger. Our guests were partying it up on the dance floor until the very end of the dancing portion and we got so much feedback that everyone had an amazing time. Something I love about Gina is she doesn’t leave a song on too long, she switches it up often and it keeps everyone on their toes. Highly recommend her for any engaged couples looking for their wedding DJ!

A wedding DJ isn’t just in the background playing music: he’s really your MC for the event— introducing the wedding party as they come into the reception, keeping the flow of events running smoothly, making sure no one is just standing around bored, etc. Jason was amazing in this role! He was personable, organized, and had everyone enjoying themselves on the dance floor! He even gave my sister some DJing lessons and let her choose some songs! He and our wedding coordinator and our venue all worked so well together, and they commented how happy they are when they have events with him. Highly recommend!

It was essential to me to find someone who would be able to keep the energy of the room up and everyone on the dance floor. Throughout the planning process, she was very easy to contact and bounce ideas off of regarding music choices and flow for the wedding day. Based upon our conversations, I had no doubts that she understood my vision for the reception. On our wedding day, I was incredibly impressed with how often she checked in with us to see if we needed anything--from our dinner to music. I don't think I ever saw any other DJs do that from previous weddings I attended. Once the dance floor opened, she played a wide variety of tunes for my guests--from my Swifty sister to the Alt groomsmen to my Kpop loving MIL. I got so many compliments from my guests throughout the night and the days following. Needless to say, I will definitely be recommending Crucial Entertainment for any future DJ worthy events that my friends and family plan in the future.
