We booked our honeymoon to Belize through Cruise Holidays, and the honeymoon itself was absolutely wonderful! However, booking it was very frustrating at some points. Before I booked, I was passed around to multiple agents who asked the same list of questions I had answered before. I ended up with Aubree who was extremely nice and did a fantastic job answering my questions and concerns throughout the process. Email seemed like the preferred method of contacting anyone at the company. There were no direct numbers to the agents and each time I called I was faced with an always disgruntled receptionist who at one point refused to transfer me to Aubree. I almost took my business elsewhere, but Aubree is the reason I decided to stick with them. It also helped to speak with Mimi in the beginning who helped ease any fears about traveling to Belize. I would only recommend Cruise Holidays if the booking process were greatly improved.

We wanted an all inclusive but didn't know where to look. A friend recommended Cruise Holidays and I cannot thank her enough! Mimi listened to what we wanted and suggested the absolutely perfect resort (El Dorado Marmora in Cancun, MX). She even got us a double upgrade! Our room had an infinity pool on the balcony. It was a perfect week - the beach was wonderful, the activities were fun, and the food was out of this world. The staff at Cruise Holidays was attentive and very helpful. We will for sure be using them for our trips in the future!

Great, great, great people to work with! It was so helpful (and stress-free) to call Cruise Holidays, get recommendations for honeymoons, based on our interests, and have them book everything for us. Every thing went so smoothly, and they made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. They picked the perfect location for us and we had a WONDERFUL time!

Cruise Holidays & Comfort Tours arranged an amazing honeymoon! Our travels were seamless and stress free! They advised that we stay at the El Dorado Resort in Mexico... I've never felt so pampered and relaxed. Our honeymoon package included a half day at the spa with massages on the beach AND a candlelight dinner on the beach. Beautiful surroundings and rooms! Unforgettable!

We've been clients of Cruise Holidays for years, and they did a great job of helping us book our honeymoon. Everyone there wants to make sure you have a great experience, and even though we ran into some logistical issues with our trip they have been awesome to help us get everything settled. Great company to work with!

We worked with Cassie Johnson &amp; she was great! We couldn't decide on what we wanted to do or where we wanted to go, so we made multiple trips to see her, often keeping her past closing. She tried to work in our budget, helping us choose dates that would save us the most money. She was great! No problems at all with our travel arrangements, will use them again!

Mimi Comfort gave us quite the honeymoon deal! She was able to show us our options and get us a good rate at a week at the Marival Residences & World Spa all-inclusive in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. They have great connections and are highly regarded name with their networks!
