Cruise Planners - Collecting Memories Travel

stination wedding in the beautiful Riviera Maya, Mexico. She set up a trip for us to visit the venue prior to commiting, attended each virtual meeting with the resort, provided guidance and insight throughout 2 plus years of planning our destination wedding to ensure we and our guests were accommodated in the best way possible. Her communication between us and venders was vital to catching any hiccups prior to leaving for our wedding. Emily went the extra mile by attending our rehearsal, wedding events, and wedding day to ensure all items were carried out flawlessly. If anything changed or went wrong, Emily was by my side to ensure it was taken care of and I was a happy bride. Even when it was not her responsibility to fix it, she jumped in to make sure our experiences were the best possible. That speaks VOLUMES to her character and we greatly appreciate everything Emily has done for us these past years. It is because of Emily that our wedding trip, wedding excursions, and day was perfect! Speaking of wedding excursions, Emily planned the most fabulous adventure for us the day after our wedding with THE most amazing tour guide, luca. Our day consisted of exploring Tulum, visiting a Mayan village to learn their traditions and culture, making tortillas with them, and being blessed in a Mayan wedding ceremony was very special. She listened to everything we wanted to get out of an experience, made it happen and more! If you are looking for a travel agent who gets to know you, cares about each detail, and goes the extra mile to make you feel like VIP for your special occasions. Emily with collecting memories travel is who you need! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are looking forward to planning more adventures soon! - The Nickle Family

away on our honeymoon. In our conversation I gave her some details about what we were looking for. By the following Monday, she had sent me 7 different options. Nailing everyone on the head. Some with excursions, some without, but they each included things we wanted to do. She gave us suggestions, advised us of places to visit, etc.... There was a misunderstanding when we (my husband & I booked an excursion without Emily's help), Emily took the initiative to correct the issue even though it had not been her fault. She gave us the in's and out's of making our traveling experience a breeze. We traveled to Mexico and back smoother than ever! Thank you Emily for all the research you did to ensure that our Honeymoon was everything we wanted and for literally holding my hand throughout it all. If you're looking for an experienced, down to earth, travel agent that will treat you like family (even though you only met 2 weeks before-lol) Emily Perez-Menendez is your go to!!!!

cess so much easier for us. We let her know what we wanted and she accomplished it with such professionalism it was amazing. As a bride anything that can be taken off of your plate is awesome but when you know you can trust the person it makes it even better. She really makes you feel like you are family and she will do anything and everything in her power to make this part of your wedding process truly memorable. I highly recommend her as you won’t be disappointed.
