She listened to everything we wanted to get out of an experience, made it happen and more! Some with excursions, some without, but they each included things we wanted to do. She gave us suggestions, advised us of places to visit, etc.... There was a misunderstanding when we (my husband & I booked an excursion without Emily's help), Emily took the initiative to correct the issue even though it had not been her fault. She gave us the in's and out's of making our traveling experience a breeze. We traveled to Mexico and back smoother than ever!
