HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you're on the fence about going through a travel agent - DO IT! It makes a world of difference. My husband and I didn't worry about anything while we were on our honeymoon because we knew what to expect! They explained everything about the cruise ship, booked each excursion, and let us know details that you just wouldn't know until you've experienced it. For instance - they let us know that the taxis/guides weren't in (nice looking) cabs, they are in (semi-shady looking) vans. So, when we got there we weren't put-off by that. Where other people there were really nervous to take a taxi, we knew it was safe and normal. Another concern for us was PRICE, as we were getting married at the time also. And they price-hunted for us and got us the best deals on flights, hotels, and packages for the cruise. (We absolutely HATE comparing and booking flights online, and you don't have to do anything like that during this process with Joshua and Stephanie.) There was a little hiccup after booking our flights and Joshua called the airline himself, so we were not stuck on the phone, and then called us back a while later after it was fixed. Excellent customer service. Also, they are SUPER organized, get back to you quickly, and are very tech-savvy so you can do everything online. BUT they also put together a hard copy for you, so you don't have to worry about printing anything out during the process and it getting lost. Another example (hasn't actually happened yet) is that while we were finalizing details about this trip, we talked about how we want to go to Ireland next year, and BOTH Stephanie and Joshua starting talking about where to go and the excursions we could do there - right off the top of their heads! So, they know their stuff. I know there is so much more I'm leaving out because there are were so many times that they went out of their way to accommodate everything we needed. But, shoot them a quick email to start a conversation and see for yourself! Bottom line - we are extremely impressed and will never travel without at least talking to them first to get their opinion. I'm sooooo happy we found them to plan our honeymoon. It was truly amazing.
