For our wedding, the venue and reception were at seprate spots so we hired Cruise-A-Palooza. They were exceptional! Phil was our driver and he was so sweet! When he found out we had some extra time in between the ceramony and reception, he took us along the scenic route in Milwaukee. My husband and wedding party had so much fun playing music, singing, and celebrating on the bus!

It really provided an elevated wedding experience we wanted our guests to have. Cruisa-A-Palooza was one of the more expensive shuttle bus options when we were looking for quotes, but Derek was quick to answer all our questions and very communicative all the way through. Communication was important to us which was one of the reasons we went with Cruise-A-Palooza. The post-follow up check in was also a nice surprise and greatly appreciated. both pickups and they were able to get to the ceremony before it started safely and efficiently. My husband and I took the shuttle back to the hotel at the end of our wedding night and were so happy we got to experience the shuttle ourselves! Tom was so nice and played the best music! The seats were comfortable, there were different colored lights, and AC (honestly this was so great after dancing all night). We kept saying how we wanted him to just keep driving so we could enjoy the music and the ride! We spoke with Derek and Brittany throughout the process leading up to the wedding and they were very prompt and so kind to communicate with. Derek reassured us about our timeline and Tom really was the perfect driver. I would recommend Cruise-A-Palooza 100 times over! They were truly an amazing vendor and one of the best to work with!

time; 2) were very good at communication leading up to the wedding day and on the actual day; 3) the bus was INCREDIBLY clean; and 4) booking was very easy. We booked the Paragon bus, and it was perfect for our very large, 21-person bridal party and parents. I should also note that the speakers on the bus are fantastic - we had a great time on the ride to and from the ceremony location! The bus was also roomy, and it was at a comfortable temperature. The company's knowledge of the area was also very helpful for us. For example, there was unexpected construction that we were worried was going to mess up our timeline because it would necessitate taking a detour between the ceremony location and the reception location. When we called the company to talk about it, they were already fully up to speed about the construction, and they offered to come earlier to give us an extra cushion on our timeline. We obviously had to pay for that, but the modification of the original booking was so easy. The bus driver was also incredibly nice and super helpful. We had a very positive experience with this company!!

d get to our reception venue a few minutes earlier than we expected! I also really appreciated that he communicated with both me and my sister before the day, so we knew exactly what to expect. Once we got to our reception, Mike was great about communicating with my sister, who was communicating with the photographer about where to meet for pictures. It was also really nice that he could wait for us to get pictures done so that if people weren't in pictures, they could hang out in the A/C on the bus. It was also nice that once the pictures were done, he could drive us right to the hotel entrance too, so we didn't have to worry about walking farther.
The bus itself was really nice. The best man had no issues connecting to the Bluetooth, and there was plenty of space for our wedding party and all our belongings. Loved that we could all be on bench seats facing each other and having fun!
It helped the day go smoothly, and the 40-minute drive felt like nothing because of how much fun we were all having.
The whole experience was awesome - really can't say enough good things!
