We loved the style of her cakes and we decided to do a 3 tier cake w/semi-naked frosting decorated with strawberries and hops (we did a brewery wedding). Heather sent a follow up email with a quote and concept pic shortly after our initial meeting and we promptly booked it! When the day of the wedding came the cake looked better than I could've imagined and we got so many compliments from the guests! She was so easy to work with and I booked with confidence knowing that she would be able to deliver the day of!

What i love about her baking style is that her cakes are not overly sweet but have so much flavor! After testing her cakes out we looked no further and booked her to make sure we could get one of her cakes at our wedding. I highly recommend Crumb and kettle! You will not be disappointed.

our only setback because they were all so good and we couldn't decide on a flavor! We definitely had to go back multiple times to get slices to "help us pick a flavor" but in reality, we just had to have more cake. Besides the taste, our cakes (we had 3) were absolutely stunning and turned out better than I could have imagined! I would recommend Heather and her team to anyone, even if you are not a sweets person. Will definitely be getting any and all cakes I need for birthdays from here!

nd the lemon blueberry for the grooms cake. Both good decisions although I was very partial to the lemon blueberry! Cake is not too sweet. Delivery was on time to the venue and the design was exactly what we wanted. I would suggest scheduling a meeting if you want something that is more intricate, but we were able to settle all matters through email. Offered payments online - very convenient.

sweet and so so talented. When I saw her work on Instagram, I was immediately blown away and knew that she would be able to create such gorgeous cakes for us. And the flavors!!!! There's so many to choose from and it was really hard to pick just one, so of course we ended up having her make 3 wedding cakes for us! You have to book her because she will give you a beautifully designed wedding cake that will taste delicious!

She was a little slow at responding to emails but it was also around the time of her own wedding and opening up their storefront so totally understandable, I only include this to say that she’s worth waiting on. Heather surprised us on our wedding day with not just one, but FOUR awesome cakes (in our four favorite flavors). The cakes fit our wedding “theme” perfectly and all of our guests LOVED them. I had multiple pieces. I even danced with a piece. It was THAT good. I highly recommend Heather, as I know her business will take off (even more-so) in the coming years and she will be very difficult to book! 10/10 would use again. (Not for another wedding because obviously - but for a baby cake or anniversary or whatever else she will make us another cake for.)

We tried three different bakeries before finding Whisk Until Sweet, and there was no contest. Her cakes taste so natural and fresh, no artificial flavors or overly sweet/rich here. boy, we couldn’t have imagined anything better. The hardest part about working with Heather? Deciding what cake flavors of hers to choose! AKA, she was a dream in every way. From her perfectly balanced, simple white to her incredibly delicious banana rum, we were thoroughly impressed – and that’s coming from a bakers granddaughter. Heather’s motto is all about making cakes as pretty and yummy on the inside as they are on the outside and she definitely has it down to a science. I haven’t seen a cake come out of her kitchen that isn’t absolutely flawless and delicious. Months after my wedding, people are still talking about the best wedding cake they have ever tasted. Heather’s French style baking includes moist cake and very decadent buttercream – can I say YUM enough?! We loved her eye for design so we gave her pretty open parameters on what we were looking for. We showed her photos of cakes we liked (all hers) and the color scheme of the wedding, and she was off! She sent back several design options and we were in love. ‘The one’ was exactly what we were looking for and more. This sweet girl has definitely found her calling. The actual cake was elegant and modern – it fit our wedding perfectly and looked exactly like the design. Her attention to detail is unreal and so appreciated. Heather is amazing and anyone would be lucky to have her bake for their day, not to mention, she is very reasonably priced. I enjoyed every second of working with her and could not recommend her more!

I can assure you that was not the case for us! There wasn't one piece of cake left at the end of the night because all of the flavors were so delicious! Heather really cares about creating beautiful as well as tasty cakes with the most delicious ingredients! Our cake tasting was the most enjoyable and fun vendor meeting we went to. Heather made us feel important and got us excited for our big day. She even does a photoshop proposal of what the cakes will look like and they were spot on! This was very helpful for my visual personality and really made me feel confident that she understood my vision. Obviously I can't say enough great things about this vendor! She was a true blessing and you need to book her asap! You won't regret it!:)

cake turned out EXACTLY how I wanted and tasted phenomenal as well (so phenomenal my husband and I each had two slices and got many, many compliments). We chose the almond cake with vanilla bean buttercream, and it did not taste or have the mouthfeel of normal wedding cake (which I typically think is pretty mediocre). Brava, Heather! I cannot wait to cut into our top tier next May.
