Crumble & Whisk, based in Berkeley, CA, is a wedding cake bakery. Owner Charles Farriér has always been passionate about the culinary arts, and is delighted to share this enthusiasm with couples on their special day. Specializing in French pastries and cheesecakes, this bakery enhances weddings all over the San Francisco Bay Area.
Crumble & Whisk was founded in 2014, following the chef’s years of experience in other venues. Charles has worked on trains and cruise ships, as well as in upscale restaurants and catering companies in the Bay Area. He began to branch out and explore his skills in pastry making, sharing his cheesecake creations with friends and family. They loved his original flavor combinations and delectable crust, leading this business to become a popular source for cheesecakes in the area.
So every guest can enjoy their treats, Crumble & Whisk offers vegan and gluten-free choices. Chef Farriér and his team offer a variety of flavors, from classic to seasonal, as well as some global-inspired tastes. Past creations have included nectarine and elderflower, and roasted corn and blackberry. Old favorites like lemon and New York-style cheesecakes are also popular. This talented chef uses fresh fruit and flowers as the final decorative touch to his decadent creations.
