Keith and team have this business on lock. Ever since I found out about this team I have seen them excel month after month. Even adding a new family member to their team they still make things happen! Being a professional photographer I get to see the workings of this team. The technology they use for the sparklers, music, fog stuff is insane. Its actually more than I can think of to be honest!! So here is the deal. Book this vendor if you want the best of the best. We hired Keith as our DJ pretty late in our planning process (about a few months out) in comparison with our other vendors. However, from the first call, we knew we wanted to work with him immediately. As a type-A bride who obsesses over details, his detail oriented process and the extras he throws into his services, like displaying our pictures onto his DJ booth, were exactly what I was looking for in a vendor. He also made our music planning portion of the wedding easy with the app that he provides and it allowed us to invite our guests ahead of time to add songs they wanted to hear during the wedding. We had a few planning sessions to nail down exactly how the day will go and it ended up perfectly. Easily one of the best vendors we've worked with. Thanks so much Keith!!

Awesome experience and awesome company to work with. Tons of communication leading up to the day of and on the day of. Team was there with plenty of time to set up, extra lighting behind our table really set it off and the Photo Booth was an absolute hit! 10/10 would recommend!

The Cruz Entertainment team did an absolutely amazing job!!! I could not have asked for a better experience or performance. They were extremely helpful, organized, and communicative in the months, weeks, and days leading up to the big day. They allowed us to be very specific on the genres and songs we wanted to hear (and didn't want to hear) and were not annoyed by the level of input we wanted to provide, which I really appreciate. Our package included a DJ, a saxophone player who also played the flute and mini trumpet, photo booth, and uplighting. The DJ (Rob) and saxophonist (Pedro) were EXCELLENT!!! Completely blew everyone's mind with their skills, adaptability, and creativity. I know I'm biased in saying it was THE BEST music at a wedding ever, but I also heard that from all of our guests too! We all had the most magical time and danced the night away. The only bad thing was that the night had to come to an end! I wish I could relive that night over and over. Couldn't be happier and would recommend Cruz Entertainment to anyone (and hopefully be able to hire them again!). HUGE thanks to the whole team for making our day perfect and unforgettable!

We hired Keith and Cruz Entertainment for our wedding at Arrow Creek Golf Club in Reno on May 6th. It was going to be an outdoor wedding but was changed last minute due to the weather. Keith was more than prepared to make the last minute changes. He and his staff were extremely accommodating and understanding. We worked with Keith over the course of a few months and had a few zoom meetings to get our timeline in order and ensure he had everything we wanted to make our wedding special. Keith was so much more than a DJ. He was the best "host" we could of asked for. He made sure our guests were in the right places at the right times, made sure the wedding timing went off without a hitch, and improvised when needed. His cloud machine took "dancing on a cloud" to a whole new level. Our guests were so surprised and everyone enjoyed how absolutely beautiful it looked! His photobooth options were endless- Both back drop options and props. The photo machine was easy to use and we got to save everyone's photos. He really has state of the art equipment and only the best in sound quality. I'm sure there is so much more that goes into it behind the scenes! The tv screens and lights are just the perfect touch. The ability to customize is just fantastic and makes you/your wedding feel special and not "like everyone elses". Keith and his team communicated with us when needed, helped us work around things there were unplanned, and made our night truly magical! Keith also gave us a gift at our wedding that was just so nice! A small emergency kit. We felt like much more than "another client". I 100% recommend him for any event, big or small! What a time! Kevin did a great job on our wedding day! Kevin was able to add in the bilingual (English-Spanish) aspect that we were looking for when searching for DJs. We have heard a lot of positive feedback from our guests about his set, it was a hit! The whole process leading up to the wedding was very smooth with Kevin and Keith’s help. They were attentive and asked a lot of questions to ensure it was a successful day. We were able to use their photo booth services as well which was very convenient. Overall, an awesome experience with Cruz Entertainment!

Keith was incredible and we can't say enough good things about how much he elevated the experience at our wedding. From his pre-wedding planning toolkit and app to his presentation and day of service, he is a true professional and really takes pride in his business. We had a VERY snowy NYE winter wedding and he called early to check and confirm that he was on his way (chains included on the trailer). Just the best service. Our guests are still raving about the music. He even let us add the photobooth last minutes (as in the day before) without issue. Best DJ ever!

Cruz Entertainment was so awesome! From the booking process, the super easy to use app for timeline and songs, to rocking the day of I cannot recommend them enough! The DJ did a great job of reading the crowd and playing awesome dancing songs for young and older people alike!

Paul and the Cruz Entertainment team provided such a fun night for us and our guests. They were super professional and the friendly. We had a wild crew, so we really appreciated their patience and time! The package we got was perfect, and the Cruz team even had some lighting that made for a some great ambiance.

I usually do not do reviews, but this is defintely a time where it is not only necessary, but warranted. Keith, Jose, and the rest of the team did an amazing job. For one, Keith had a baby that was due the day before our wedding. Instead of packing up and telling us "sorry you are out of luck for a DJ for your wedding", Keith was up front with us and did everything in his power to ensure his team was all set up for execution. This speaks to his character and the company as a whole. Not only did his team execute it, but it was flawless. Jose ran the DJ Booth and we never had a lull on the dance floor. It was amazing song after the next. If you are worried about the sound carrying, or lack thereof, that will not happen. Keith uses the best speakers and sound system available to ensure there is no gap in sound throughout the venue. Additionally, we got the photobooth included. It was a hit. Everybody loved it and we have amazing photos that we will always have. Keith blew every expectation we had out of the water and I will recommend for anyone having a wedding in the Reno/Tahoe area to book Keith. Excellent work.

We hired Keith for our Tahoe wedding and it was one of the best choices we made in all of wedding planning! Keith kept our dance floor packed ALL NIGHT. There was no lull in the dancing! I can’t tell you how many compliments we got from our guests on how much fun they had.

Working with Cruz entertainment was really the perfect wedding DJ experience. They are so responsive, and you can feel that they really care. They do everything they can to make sure the couple to has a stress-free planning experience. Not to mention the day of the wedding they were on top of their game! We also loved the Vibo app that they use to help plan the wedding timeline music. There was really nothing easier about our wedding than dealing with this company. They were very flexible when our wedding was canceled due to the wildfires September 2021, and had no issue with being available for our reschedule date in June 2022. Keith was so much more than just a DJ for our recent wedding. He helped set up the timeline for the day, provided flawless sound for the ceremony and speeches, served as MC for the activities, and facilitated a non-stop dance party after dinner. Very professional   I booked Cruz for our small out door country wedding. Our cermony/ reception site was complicated and difficult because we had a noise level limit (noise ordinance) also it had no power he had use generator, no problem he said, and that's exactly what happened no problems, flawless!       Keith met with us via Zoom (we live out of town) a couple of times, but stayed in contact with emails and text, he was always available for any questions we had. Made it easy with his app to add music and questions within. He showed up with a smile on his face and set up exactly where I wanted. Checked in with me throughout the wedding, very attentive with out being obtrusive, made everything flow just as I had asked him to do. Recommend for anyone's wedding in any situation.

Admittedly, I had a very non traditional wedding… and Keith and his team were here for it! 100% willing to execute my vision. Totally on board with making my day the best day possible, he held the flow, kept my guests in alignment and was the perfect support that I needed for my entertainment piece. Keith is incredibly detail oriented and does an amazing job of time lining and involving the guests. He was flexible and able to make adjustments on the fly. Had a smile on his face the whole time and gave hugs and high fives as needed. Every bride needs someone in their corner on their wedding day— Keith is that guy!

I cannot say enough good things about Cruz entertainment. Hands down the best DJ company in the area. We hired Keith for a wedding in Cromberg CA and my guests kept telling me that it was the most fun they’d had at a wedding. We attribute that success whole heartedly to Cruz entertainment . My husband and I gave Cruz a list of songs we liked for each moment (cocktail hour, dancing, dinner) and not only did he play those songs, but he also found sounds that matched our choices. He supplies amazing light shows when it gets dark, and he has a big screen on his DJ booth that allows for a picture show with pictures you choose. Cruz is fun, amazing to work with, and made our special day the best it could be.

Cruz entertainment is an amazing and caring company. Keith, the owner, really works hard to make your event more than you can imagine. He offers lights and sparklers, photo booths, dancing on a cloud and a lot more. He works side by side with you to make sure everything is planned and runs as smooth as possible and creates a night to remember. His team is filled with great people. Ours was an unusual wedding in that we (the parents of the Groom) hired the DJ for our son's wedding because it was held in our backyard and home. Our son and his fiancé live in another state, so couldn't be here in person during the planning. They weren't even going to have a DJ, but we felt it was important to have someone serving as emcee to keep the flow of the reception going. Keith did a great job of that. He was also flexible, since in the last couple weeks prior to the wedding, we added a bagpiper (loved by the groom) to play a couple of songs and Keith worked them in with the other music. Keith and his assistant showed up early and set up their professional-looking equipment. The lapel and hand-held microphones he provided worked well, with no feedback. He did a good job of playing the ceremony music and the songs requested by the bride and groom, which we agree are the most important since the day is all about them. All in all, Keith did a great job and the majority of the audience had a great time. Items that could be improved upon were better communication/responsiveness during the planning process, and also playing just a few of the songs requested by the people paying for his services. Keith uses an app called Vibo to have his customers select the music they want. There were some hiccups in figuring it out and we couldn't get ahold of Keith to assist because he was out of town. Eventually we figured out on our own that the bride and groom had to grant permissions to the people they were asking to add music to the app, but they hadn't been told about that. The ages of those at the wedding were 25-79, not uncommon for a wedding. Some of the older guests commented to us that they wished there had been some 50s-60s music or a couple of slow dance songs included. Those songs had been put in the app under the "Guest" section, but as far as we heard, none of them were played. That being said, the younger end of the audience had a great time and loved Keith. We would hire him again.

We talked to a couple Dj's before meeting with Keith and as soon as we met with him we knew he was going to be the one for our wedding. He was very kind and knowledgeable during our meeting. In the first meeting he posed many questions to help us not only plan our wedding day but ensure we did not have any surprises that would trip us up. Keith was thorough in the final preparations and helping guide the perfect types of music, and specific songs, at the right moments. When the day came he was on site early with a team to help get set up. After our main entrance and his introductions he kept the music and party flowing smoothly. He had his photo booth setup near the main entrance and it was packed with people all night, and the images were very easy for us to retrieve after the wedding. That was the perfect addition to our evening and it captured the best moments from all our guests. After dinner he kept everyone dancing and having a great time all while keeping us on schedule for the toasts, timed dances and final wrap. Perhaps the most notable thing was Keith's attitude and demeanor. He was upbeat and having fun, he was approachable to our guests and he kept an eye on us to be sure we had everything we needed. He was even coaching other members of his staff during the night, which proved he had complete control and confidence in his ability (and he did not disappoint).

Words can not describe how amazing it was to work with Keith and his team. He was super responsive and was always quick to answer any questions we had. We had the Tahoe package with the added uplighting, dancing on the cloud machine, and the photobooth. Everything was reasonably priced and truly made our wedding magical. Definitely would book again for any event in the future.

Wow. After coming down from a wedding 'high', I am still blow away from how amazing Cruz Entertainment made our wedding. From the first interview, these guys were on their game. They had the best equipment, including lights, an amazing photo booth and an AWESOME display custom made for our day. Cruz Entertainment lit up the dance floor. We had multiple guest and even the venue coordinator comment on how fun and full the dance floor was all evening. Music selection for cocktail hour, dinner, and ceremony was easy to choose on their app. They matched the mood to keep people going and dancing. These guys went above and beyond expectations, and we could not think of anything we would change. THANK YOU GUYS for making our day perfect.

Keith and his team were a pleasure to work with! We went with the silver package and did a photobooth add-on. Their wedding event questionnaire and use of the Vibo app easily helped us put together a day-of timeline and select our music even before our Zoom planning meetings. Unfortunately, we had to postpone the wedding due to covid, and by the time we rescheduled for October, Keith was not available for the new date. Paul filled in, and he was fantastic. Our guests raved about the music and appreciated the mix of both older and more contemporary songs across multiple genres. People stayed on the dance floor the entire night! The photo booth was a hit as well--at our request, Keith had another employee, Dallas, there to assist anyone who needed help with it. My husband and I highly recommend booking Cruz Entertainment!

Wow I cannot say enough good things about Cruz Entertainment! Since the very beginning, Keith was right by our side making sure that nothing would go wrong for our big day. He did not DJ our wedding himself, Brian did. However, Keith stuck around from beginning to end through the entire planning process. Whenever I wanted to meet, he would make it work even if it was at 11pm at night. He is an incredible vendor! We were super worried about the music being played at our wedding because we had such a huge mix of people. We didn’t know if it would be possible to please all of our guests. We had people who liked Hispanic music, others who liked swing dancing country music, and others who enjoyed those wedding hits. We shouldn’t have been worried whatsoever because Brian did an incredible job catering to all of our guests. All of our guests were dancing. There was never a second where the dance floor was empty and for that we are so thankful. Whether it’s with Keith himself or another DJ under the same company, BOOK THEM. You cannot go wrong!

We had such an amazing experience with Keith! He was so organized leading up to the wedding, making sure we all felt comfortable and ready for the wedding. Keith had an easy to use timeline and website, as well as a great app where we could add songs we wanted & didn't want. During our wedding he was fantastic, he even took some pictures of our special moments. Our guests had a blast, he did fantastic reading the room and what songs would be great to keep the atmosphere positive and fun. We will definitely keep him in mind for any event that would need a DJ and would recommend him for any event!

Keith was absolutely AMAZING. Weddings are so stressful and he made sure the entire time that I knew he was here for me. He helped me do my entire timeline and walked me through everything on the day of the wedding. The photo booth was a HUGE hit. There was so many props to choose from and the pictures came out perfect even when it got dark. He matched our colors, had our picture up for everyone to see. He exceeded every single expectation we had. Any time I had a question during the planning of the wedding he responded immediately. Not only was Keith so easy to talk to, but he was so organized and professional. He made the process a breeze when it came to figuring out what songs to play when. We had to last minute change our wedding venue and Keith and his team without hesitation were willing to travel over 4 HOURS to our new venue. We went with the deluxe package and all the perks were worth it. The photo booth was a hit, the up lighting was SO useful last minute, and the light up glow sticks is what really sold me! There are so many little details too that our guests noticed and we appreciated like a photo of us on his DJ booth that he added. Keith knows how to read the room and did a great job transitioning the music as the night got later. I have never seen a dance floor at a wedding so full for so long. Not only was Keith and his team so receptive to what songs we want played but he also went out of his way to add in songs that I would have never thought of. 10/10 for everything. My husband and I are still talking about how much fun we had on the dance floor. We had so many calls and texts telling us how awesome our DJ/music was. I wish I could do it again!

Keith was very attentive to details. He had lots of outlines and an app to help guide us through the process. He was very responsive and answered any questions that me and my now husband had. We also did a lot of zoom calls with him during covid, as well as being accommodating when we kept having to change our wedding date a few times due to Covid. Being a Type A personality, I appreciate details and responsiveness from a vendor and Cruz Entertainment went above and beyond. We got to use an app where we could select the music we wanted to play and we filled out worksheets to make sure everything went smoothly. We kept in contact through e-mail/text and zoom calls throughout the planning process. The music was perfect and his set up looked so professional which looked great in pictures. We got the photobooth and 1000% recommend. Everyone loved it and I'm not sure if there was a time where there wasn't someone using it. My husband and I are very happy that we went through Cruz Entertainment for our wedding and we will recommend him to anyone in the Reno/Tahoe area!

Keith seriously made our wedding amazing! I couldn’t imagined anything better! His app he has, has so many music choices and a timeline that helps out a lot. He came up with ideas that we would of never thought of and turned our wedding into a fairly tail.

Keith was more than amazing! He went above and beyond what we hired him to do. He was so thorough with his work, knew exactly what I wanted when I couldn’t put it into words. So many of our wedding guests said they haven’t had as great of a time that they did dancing in a long time. Keith has so much to offer than just music.

We had Cruz Entertainment do our wedding and it was the best decision we made! The team was so accommodating and worked with all of our needs. It really made our day special. From the music to the lights, to the awesome photo booth it was amazing! Communication and organization leading up to the wedding was spot on. Keith was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He took the time not once or twice but three times to sit down and have a zoom meeting with me and my fiance before our wedding. Besides the video calls were the countless text messages checking in, the phone calls when things changed and the overall wonderful customer service. Our COVID wedding changed multiple times and Keith was there every step of the way to encourage and reassure us, no matter what popped up. Keith's wedding planning and song cheat sheet were lifesavers! My fiance and I loved going through the lists of recommended songs for each part of the day and in the end the lists were very helpful in choosing multiple songs for our reception. There's also the wedding app that is genius. I shared it with the Bridal party and parents and they got to add songs they would like to hear at the reception or during dinner and they loved it. The app is very user friendly and definitely handy to have. The day of the wedding went spectacularly. Keith and his team were fun, energetic and so nice to every one of our guests. The announcements were prompt, we stuck to the timeline well and all the songs we requested we're played. All in all, Cruz Entertainment is the best you can get for your money to make your day amazing!

This photo booth is great item for any kind of event/party! My guests and I had so much fun capturing moments that we always get to look back on. Keith is great, super kind and very professional! I would highly recommend using Cruz Entertainments!

We got married 06.20.2020 and Keith went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The music choices were incredible, he was extremely flexible when our wedding went on later than planned and he kept me updated through out the whole planning. We hired Cruz Entertainment to provide the entertainment for our new gym's grand opening this past weekend and he did an incredible job!! Keith showed up exactly when he said he would, he was very professional with his set up, and he kept the event going at a nice, fun pace for the entire event! He kept our requests about music theme in mind and everybody had a blast. He even let me borrow his mic to use during the grand opening because we didn't have one. When the day was done, his take-down was quick and easy! We'll definitely be hiring him again for our next event!

I am so grateful that I had the experience of having Keith for my wedding this summer. He was a great guy to work with and we had a quality experience for a fair price. He met with us several times before the event and answered any questions we had, and really understood what we wanted for our special day. He provided all the necessary equipment, his set up looked really nice and professional without sticking out from our decor Keith was so great to work with the day-of for both our ceremony and reception and everything went smoothly. We had such rave reviews from all our guests on the music. It was a perfect combination of my and my husband's favorite songs and crowd-pleasers. One of my favorite memories from the day was seeing our dance floor full all night with EVERYONE... even those (there's always a few) who swear they don't like dancing, but what do you know, they were on there busting moves like nobody's business. I highly recommend using Keith for your next wedding or event. He MC'd and DJ'd our wedding last weekend and we couldn't be happier. Keith made the entire experience from start to finish, through song selection, site preparation, and timing/scheduling of announcements completely stress free and easy. His professionalism both before the big day and during the event left us free to worry about all the other myriad details while his song selection and setlist remained on point from guest arrival through to the final dance. He set the mood perfectly and read the dance floor expertly. Our guests have been raving ever since about how much fun they had and we owe that in no small part to Keith's exceptional performance.
