We have known Adriana and her family for over 30 years. We are in the photography business and have been referring all our brides to her for their wedding dress. Adrian absolutely loves what she does and it shows in her perfect fit for all brides. She is meticulous in making sure every bride is thrilled with the dress they chose.Her alterations are second to none. I bought my wedding dress at Cruz’s bridal and couldn’t be happier! I went to 3 other salons before going there and they all didn’t have as current as styles. It’s so nice when you go in for your appointment you are the only bride in the salon! That being said you do need to make an appointment. I was beyond excited about the size and fit of my wedding dress, the alterations were perfect thanks to Adriana and her team!

Such a fantastic experience... WOW! I brought my dress here after it was altered wrong at the place I bought it from, the previous place took too much off the length by mistake (needless to say, I was freaking out!) Adriana assured me that she could fix it and make it look even better than before. She worked her magic using some left over lace that had been taken from the dress, reattached it to add length, and the dress looked brand new again! She was so accommodating and reassuring the entire time, making sure that I would feel comfortable and confident on my big day. SUCCESS!!! Thank you so so much for everything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I bought my bridal gown when I was living in New York, so when I moved back to California, I knew I'd need to find someone amazing that I could trust with my alterations. I found that at Cruz's! The whole team was so warm and lovely and helpful from the very beginning, even though I hadn't bought my dress there. They took their time with the alterations and did as many appointments as necessary to get it just right, all the way up to the days before my wedding. Adriana was so much fun to work with and is incredibly talented. She could always see exactly what needed to happen next and my dress looked even better than I could have imagined. She even put up with me losing weight in the weeks beforehand and needing further adjustments! My dad came to one of the appointments and she took the time to let us practice walking together and teaching us how to do it right. She even filmed it so we could see. Now I have another great memory to keep forever! Thank you so much to the whole team!

Adriana was spectacular! As a bride who went into he the whole dress shopping process with self-conscious issues, she and her team made me feel comfortable and beautiful from the start! Found the perfect dress there, the headpiece and veil. Easy to schedule fittings and my dress fit perfect for the day. My favorite part was the undivided attention during dress shopping. I was the only appointment and had the whole store to myself and my guests.

A huge thank you to Adriana at Cruz's Bridal for making me look and feel like a fairy tale princess on my big day! The dress was beautiful and it was everything I had ever imagined I would wear on my wedding day. They really care about how the dress looks on you, what kind of style you like and with alterations they care about how it makes you feel. I couldn't imagine saying "Yes to the Dress" anywhere else because they treat you like family. Adriana takes the time and attention to every detail until it is perfect. I am already recommending Cruz's to my friends who are looking at dresses and I was recommend by a couple of friends to check them out, best decision ever!

I love every single person working here! They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable in and thrilled with my wedding dress! They were very knowledgeable about what adjustments would work and what wouldn't! Adriana is a master seamstress and does amazing custom design. My dress was a Maggie Sottero and the absolute prettiest I have ever seen! I have already recommended Cruz's Bridal many many times over! Thank you for everything!

I had set my mind on a backless mermaid gown, and used the word "whimsical" to describe what I wanted. The consultant went out on a whim and grabbed a dress that was nothing like imagined, but ended up being the dress of my dreams! Gorgeous! However, I couldn't afford $1000. Turns out, they called me 2 hours later while I was at another salon, and offered me the dress for 50% off!! It was a sample dress in a size 2, and I was still smaller than the dress, so we think they figured there wouldn't be many other people to sell it to. We went back in and tried it on again. They were so sweet, and we bought the dress right then. I had my dress altered elsewhere for much cheaper, but they do have very reasonable alterations if your dress is really tricky. They charge up to $500 for alterations and just swallow the rest. Such great service and nice people!

I went to Cruz's Bridal for my wedding dress bustle and a petticoat based on other reviews. I thought they would be great. Boy was I wrong! I tried to make an appointment multiple times, and they were never available until the final time I tried. This should have been the first thing to turn me away. When I finally got into the store, I never had their attention, they always had another customer in their store that they paid attention to. I was placed in the back of the shop and was always forgotten about by the staff. When I asked for a petticoat to try on with my dress they grabbed the first one, regardless of the size. When I asked why the petticoat was hanging out of the bottom of my dress, I was told that my dress was too short. After I took off the petticoat, I asked about the size and that's when they found out that it was too big for me. Once I was shown what the bustles looked like, I was never given a price, but was told that it was a good price since all I needed was a bustle. I decided to also purchase a petticoat from the store and Adrianna suggested that I buy tulle for her to add to my petticoat to give it the pop of pink that I wanted. After making an appointment to pick up my dress I was called multiple times by the store to reschedule my appointment because they took on another customer who did not have an appointment. I ended up paying $230 for a bustle and a petticoat, my petticoat was $89.00. If I had known this beforehand, I would not have gone to Cruz's Bridal. When I picked up my dress and purchased my petticoat I had about 2 1/2 weeks until my wedding day. I was told by Adrianna that this was plenty of time, as long as I bought and brought her the pink tulle within a week (it took at week for the petticoat to be shipped in). I took her the tulle 2 days later. About 4 days before my wedding, I had not heard from the store or Adrianna, so I called to find out about my petticoat. I was told that some stuff came up, and Adrianna was not able to work on my petticoat yet, but since I was the only wedding for that upcoming weekend, my petticoat was the first and only thing she would work on. That was another lie. I was told that I would be contacted the next day and that was another lie (3 days before my wedding). I called them on Thursday (2 days before wedding) and was told that it still wasn't ready. I ended up getting my petticoat Friday at 5:30 pm. My wedding was the next day. They did not even apologize for putting me through all of that stress the day before my wedding. If you want a store that will overcharge you, not pay attention to you, then you should go with Cruz's Bridal. If you want someone that cares for each and everyone of their customers, then stay away from Adrianna and her team!!!

Cruz's Bridal is AMAZING. They made appointments based on my schedule and catered to my ever need. Adriana is such a kind, sweet, and knowledgeable owner who gives you the just the right amount of advice. I wanted to change a significant piece of my dress...I LOVED my dress but didn't want a corset back. I purchased the Maggie Sottero Marianne in Blush...I absolutely loved my dress! Adrianna was super accommodating to see how she could get rid of that corset, she adjusted my dress using extra lace that was on the inside of the dress and made a flap to cover the corset! It turned out awesome and you could not even tell that something was changed! Thank you Adriana for making the dress of my dreams come true. You and your staff are amazing and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go elsewhere...Cruz's Bridal is simply the best!! XOXO

Cruz's Bridal and Tux is hands down the best business, dress shop, customer service experts in existence. They dropped everything to take care of my dress, hand-stitching, as many fittings as I could to ensure absolute perfection. I also was able to experience their dedication to another client by dropping absolutely everything to make sure she got her dress fitted perfectly, even on the day of the wedding. They are incredible women and I wish I could shop for a wedding gown all over again just to experience their generosity and concern for their customers. Not to mention the vastly wide variety of dresses they offer.

I found a beautiful dress at Cruz's after trying many others on elsewhere. They were helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel very confident with the dress I chose. The only downside was I had to end up going back four times for alterations which I didn't realize would be the case in the beginning. Overall, great dress though!

Cruz's Bridal was AMAZING. They made appointments based on my schedule, are opened weekends, and cater to every bride. You can truly count on the service at Cruz's and when they make an appointment, they keep it. They offer care instructions for garments, offer great advice on how to wear and handle them. I was even given advice on how to walk down the isle with my father and how he should lift my veil and may I say... It SAVED my day! I am so thankful that I was pointed in their direction. I traveled two hours one way to work with them and may I say, it was worth EVERY mile!

I am so happy that I chose Cruz's Bridal & Tux for my wedding dress! I live in Burbank so the drive was a bit far but extremely worth it. Adriana and her ladies are great. They make you feel so comfortable and are very knowledgable in general. Adriana asked for me to point out a few dresses that I liked and then she pulled a dozen based on those picks. The dress I bought and fell in love with wasn't even one of my initial picks. I was so happy with the quality service I received as well as with my dress. The alterations were inexpensive as well.

This store couldn't have been any better! It was such a treat to work with Adriana and Holly and the rest of the girls there. They were so accommodating and made sure never to let me panic or worry! They made me feel beautiful and even helped me find the perfect dress which was NOTHING like what I had in mind!

They were so helpful with everything! I really recommend them I tried on 12 dresses and their staff was so amazing and helpful! I loved my dress the alterations were great! I was also able to take pictures of the dresses I tried on. They are great!!

This is an amazing place! From the moment I had my first dress consultation I knew this would be the place I would find my dream gown! Holly was amazing, she had so much patience and really listened to what I wanted, Adriana the owner was absolutely amazing she obviously has many years of experience and is an amazing seamstress, my dress looked flawless. I would absolutely reccomend this place to anyone in the area.

All the ladies at Cruz's were MORE THAN HELPFUL! I went in with one request... "No lace, no rhinestones, no glitter, no sequins, no embroidery,no embelishments, but something UNIQUE!" and they found me the PERFECT DRESS! I absolutely loved it! My only complaint was that it ended up being too short to wear with the high heels I chose, so I had to get different shoes last minute, but it was not their fault. I ordered the short length and I am 5'7". They did many rounds of alterations to lower the hem and take in the bust to make the dress fit just perfect! I was expecting a HUGE bill for all the work they did and it was only $100, which I thought was VERY REASONABLE! All of the ladies there genuinely care about you and your wedding and they will to whatever they can to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Walking into Cruz's Bridal, I was taken aback by how small it was. When I saw the prices of the dresses at first, I was nervous that I would not find anything. Holly immediately put me in dresses that fit (this was a huge improvement over the first bridal shop I visited) and got a sense of my body type. Then, out of nowhere, she showed up with a dress off the rack that was exactly what I had wanted. Once putting it on, I knew the dress was the one! Having a consultant who was able to read what I wanted and what would look great on me is in invaluable. The owner, Adriana, is so warm and patient. She made my dress & the sash beautiful. The only downside was this shop was nowhere near my house. Still very worth the drive!

Cruz's Bridal was pretty good. They have amazing, high quality dresses at very reasonable prices. The staff is very nice and everything went very smoothly. I had one minor issue with an appointment I had but overall, everything was great. I would recommend Cruz's Bridal to my friends.

I walked in this store wanting a disney princess dress after many tries I wasnt happy then Adriana said "I have the perfect dress for you" I tried it on and fell in love with it. Got my dress and my bridesmaids dresses on time with no issue. They make you feel like family they are great

At Cruz's, you won't find sales people who are pushing you to make the decision right then and there. They actually WANT you to take pictures and look them over, and THINK about it! They want you to make the right decision! This is SO refreshing after all the places I went! Not only did they have THE DRESS for me, but they were so amazing to work with. They took care of all the alterations, and each time I went for a fitting, she really cared about my feedback and wanted to make the dress a perfect fit! They all know what they're talking about and are by far the best dress shop! I went everywhere from places in the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita, and Camarillo--and I came back to Cruz's! I wouldn't have had it any other way :)

When looking for my dress, I went to at least 5 different shops. The ladies at Cruz's were so easy to work with and were able to suggest dresses that I would not have seen. Because the wedding was so soon, I bought one of the floor dresses. While other shops did not offer to dry clean the sample dresses, Cruz's did it without asking. They also repaired the very small things that needed to be fixed in a very timely manner.

Adriana and Holly are two of the most sweetest people i have ever met. they really worked with me and encouraged me ever step of the way. when i would start to get anxious and have bridezilla attacks they were the ladies who made me feel better. They truly care and are very hard working. i had to have 5 or 6 dress fittings because i kept loosing weight, but instead of getting frustrated like some other people may have... they both smiled and encouraged me to keep going. i highly recommend cruz's if you want to feel special. i know i did. (and they do have a large variety of dress's for any budget)

I have gone to Cruz's for other reasons in the past for formal dresses so they were the first bridal shop I went to for my wedding dress. They are experienced and well knowledged. And their alterations are top notch! My dress was in good hands while at Cruz's!

The ladies were very accomdating. They were even willing to do my LAST TWO fittings in one day. Holly knew the style I was looking for even when I didn't. She did not try to put me in a dress I could afford and I really appreciated that! The lack of a star comes from my dress not being ready the day it was scheduled for pick up. Not all that bad but nerve racking! Also, I was reassured that Adriana would reinforce every loop and closely examine and fix any loose detail and beading. The day of our wedding, 3 loops broke as I was being tied into it and there were strings and beads left loose on the detail. They did great and then it seemed like the business became too overwhelmed to follow through. But I didn't love our wedding day any less.

Holly helped me find the perfect dress at the right price.

Cruz's was fantastic, they stayed open late for me and came in one day when they were closed to make sure my fittings were done and done right. They are very professional and know exactly what they are doing with the alterations. I highly recommend them, not to mention they are very reasonable in price, with a great staff.

I love love love Adrianna! She is just so great and wonderful to work with. I loved that they let me take pictures of me in all of the dresses I tried on!! My dress was simply perfect! I actually found it at another shop and asked Cruz's to order it, as they didn't have it there, and I really wanted to work with them! We got the bridesmaid dresses there too, and they were the only place that carried the color I wanted (a very vibrant purple). Love the level of care and attention we got for Adrianna and Holly!!

I got me wedding dress and veil here and she really took her time with me and went above and beyond what she had to do to make sure I was 100% happy. And that was just what I was on my wedding day. Thanx to her!

Adrianna and Holly... I don't even know what words are best to describe them. Cruz's Bridal was the second store I went and the last. My family and I were treated like long time friends right from the start. I felt so comfortable with them. Not only were they able to help me find a dress (and my bridemaids dresses), they helped me find other venders I still needed. These ladies are like Wonder Women of weddings. Any questions or concerns I had, they had solutions. I have been and will always recommend Cruz's Bridal!!! Thank you Ladies so very much!!!

My cousin got her wedding dress at Cruz's a year ago for her April wedding. I remember loving it so when I got married last August, I had to go there too. They are the most personable people, always give you the attention that you are there for, and they will never let you leave the shop looking like crap! They are very honest and extremely professional! Adrianna, the owner, is such a sweetheart and has an amazing personality. I am so happy with my dress and also with the staff of Cruz's. I will recommend them to every single one of my friends!

My dress was beautiful! The cost was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They took care of everything from purchasing the dress to alterations. They even altered my daughters dress which was purchased at another store.

They are the BEST! Adriana the owner is fantastic along with her assistant Holly. They are so attentive and accommodating. The day of my wedding Adriana’s daughter came to lace all my girls and myself up so the dresses were perfect. I could not believe how awesome their customer service was and how they had the answer to every question and concern, I had. My day went so smooth and stress free because of them. Adriana came to bustle my dress after the ceremony so it could be done without ripping it and look beautiful.

These ladies don't mess around! They know their dresses and will take very good care of you. A great value with great service. This is not a fluffy boutique trying to rip customers off they will help you find your dress and you'll love the price tag too!
