, they failed to provide a proper Certificate of Insurance (COI) that met our buildings’ property managements’ very standard and clearly stated requirements (no other vendor had this issue). As a result, the building prohibited them from entering the premises, leaving us without a bartender on the day of the event. What’s most frustrating is that this failure was entirely on their end, yet they offered no meaningful solution, no accountability, and worst of all — no full refund, even though no services were rendered. We had hired them months in advance and could never have anticipated such an outcome. We were left scrambling at the last minute to find a replacement, adding enormous stress to an already busy day. To make matters worse, the company made a verbal commitment to issue a full refund, then reversed course, issued only a partial amount, and became evasive and combative when asked to honor their original promise, despite again, agreeing to refund the full amount over the phone as this the contract was terminated due to their inability to perform. Furthermore, this event was a fund raiser for a charity near and dear to the community Crystal Bartenders serves, but that was met with complete indifference. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity is unacceptable for any service provider, let alone one trusted to handle a formal event and one trusted for years in the community. Crystal Bartenders had become a household name and the go-to for any event. This is no longer the case. Management has been handed off from the ownership, and community relations are not prioritized anymore - a sad but common outcome of successful businesses where greed leads them to their own demise. Avoid Crystal Bartenders. There are plenty of of reliable, professional alternatives — this is not one of them. They will tarnish all relations with you even for a few dollars. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
