I immediately got in touch with Crystal and the entire process from booking, to postponing due to the pandemic, to the turn around in receiving our highlights video to the main feature video was seamless. Also, Crystal captured "extra" footage of our toasts and especially special to me, was our first dance, which was played and sung by my brother. I cannot thank her and her team so very much for capturing all the moments during our big day and allowing us the opportunity to relive it through our films! of town so we only met over the phone, but she took the time to make sure I knew a little bit about her background, which made me more comfortable around them on the actual wedding day. She was always very quick to respond to emails and answered all of my questions. On the day of the wedding, they were great at capturing special moments without making us feel like we had a film crew following us around. They blended in very well. They also arrived early on the day of the wedding, which meant one less thing for me (or my maid of honor) to worry about! The film quality was incredible! From the music, to the scenes she chose, it brought out so many great memories and emotions. It was so fun to watch our film and relive it all!. Having the video captured so much that we would have missed with just pictures. Overall the experience was amazing!! I highly recommend using Crystal and Sarah to capture your wedding day!
