I also booked my appointment during the week because the weekend proved to be quite a challenging experience due to the shops being overly busy. The minute I walked in, I was greeted with such a genuine smile, warmth and professionalism from Marina that set the tone for the entire experience. Despite my initial skepticism, she went above and beyond to cater to my needs and preferences, ultimately helping me find the perfect dress that surpasses my expectations. What truly stood up for me her genuine desire to make sure I was happy with my choice. Not only did she offer valuable insight and guidance, but she also made me feel like a priority throughout the entire process. The level of service I received was unmatched, and I was blown away by her dedication to making my wedding dress shopping experience truly unforgettable. She new exactly what I was looking for. It was very unique and special experience. Will definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Also, she came in to the rescue to fix my veil on my wedding day that my mom accidentally burned with the iron. I don’t even know what I would do without her being there. ly tried on one dress prior to saying YES! She’s very busy but she never let that interfere with her giving me amazing service! My dress took about 8 months to get into the states so please order ahead and be patient! It’s all worth it!!!!!!

It was way out of my price range but totally worth it! Medina, the associate who guided me on my journey was so knowledgable, sweet and fun. She made the experience for not just me, but also for the members of my bridal party unforgettable! She really listened to my needs and wants and brought great ideas to the table. After helping me pick MY DRESS she was attentive via email helping coordinate dress selections with my bridesmaids. When I went to pick up my actual dress and try it on for the first time Medina did a great job of giving me advise for alterations as well as accessories. I couldn't recommend Crystal Bridal Salon more! THANK YOU!

It did not take me long to pick out my dress as I did show up knowing the brand I like but Marina was also able to recommend a few others that were just gorgeous. The bridal shop was clean/tidy, the experience was just amazing, communication was great, 12/10 would recommend!

of every step of the way. The place looks very small outside but the inside is a a hidden gem with 2 floors of dresses :). The consultant made sure it was a special experience and selected some of the best dresses based on the vision I had. I loved that the store had a ton of dresses to pick from with a variety of price ranges too. I ended up choosing a Pronovias Privee dress that I had been eyeing and could not have been happier with my "Say Yes to the Dress" moment. I wish I could do it all over again!
